I ordered from Uber Eats and driver delivered someone else’s food. I called the store and they couldn’t have been more apologetic. They were aware of the mistake and immediately offered to remake my order and deliver it themselves. The man I spoke to actually made the delivery themselves. Food was excellent as always, but mostly impressed with how they handled a mistake that wasn’t theirs.

This is the best Pizza and Pasta restaurant in Texas. The Frisco location has an amazing staff, the restaurant is always in clean, welcoming, and most of all the food experience is outstanding and award winning for taste. Please do not skip out on their desserts because their cheesecake and cannoli pastry’s are even better.

Our daughter just moved to Frisco 2 months ago and my husband and I have already visited 3 times. Each time we visit it is a must to eat at Palio's. I'm a meat and potatoes woman but their veggie pizza is to die for!!!! It's a must everytime we come into town. The wings are amazing!! Everything we've tried is truly amazing and the staff is so welcoming and kind. Thanks always to the staff at the Frisco location!

One of the most memorable experiences! The gyro was absolutely delicious—tender meat, fresh veggies, and warm pita, all paired perfectly with a side of crispy chips and creamy sauce. Every bite was satisfying, and the presentation made it even better. Highly recommend if you're craving something hearty and flavorful!

From the 1st step into Palio's pizaa cafe, I realized that I'm in heaven. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The bowl of salad was freshly shops and served. I decided to try the pizza that blowed  my mind, the crust was perfectly crisp and tasted amazing with every bite. The BBQ sauce was rich and flavorful, spread all over with love. The ingredients were attractive, and tasty want you to have another order. And the experience didn't end with the pizza. I also tried the pasta that I never imagined that would be that amazing. The bowl of pasta was rich and had an impressive taste. The service made this place as a must visit place in Frisco for pizza lovers. Now, this restaurant is my favorite place that will definitely become a regular spot for me and encourage everyone to try.

Wonderful customer service and delicious food! I am writing this review almost after a month (skipped my mind). However, I am still leaving the feedback because the customer service was exceptional and it definitely deserves acknowledgement. We dined in at Palio's legacy for one of my kids’ birthdays after an activity. Before planning this event, I also call ahead a few days back and the staff over the phone was also extremely helpful :) We follow a plant-based diet and this is one of the very few places where they carry vegan cheese and offer to customize our pizzas. We ordered Half n Half (Scorcher without meat, Hawaiian without bacon (Both replace cheese with Vegan cheese) and Veggie Pizzas with Vegan cheese instead of regular). The manager, Mark, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He was extremely courteous and very helpful. The food was delicious, they even baked us vegan bread sticks (not on the menu) and the kids absolutely loved it. Though it wasn't expected, Mark himself provided plenty of plates, napkins, silverware, etc.on our table. He checked on us multiple times during the dinner and also asked us not to clean up! I personally prefer to leave the place clean so I took care of the trash and other things but he made sure that we and the kids enjoyed the celebration. All in all, the experience was beyond expectations. I typically choose Blaze or Palio's for our vegan pizza options, but after this experience, Palio's is my first choice. Thank you Mark and staff at Palio's at Legacy :)

Amazing 🤩 great location, love the decor, very friendly, great quality food and great service as well. Prices are reasonable for the area and quality of food. We ordered a medium bacon and extra cheese pizza and two drinks for a total of $16, and was the perfect size pizza for two adults. I stuffed in the last couple slices lol. There is one thing to note, there is no garlic powder available, but doesn’t really need it honestly. Sooo happy we stopped in for lunch, you won’t regret choosing this restaurant!

Pesto chicken was solid. Gyro was okay, seemed like frozen premade stuff, and cheese steak was decent . Pizza was decent as well. Restaurant is clean and has good seating . People are nice and friendly.
