My family and I were looking for a nice place to enjoy our Sunday lunch and we are so glad we found Thai Charm! Chas was amazing and had great recommendations. We ended up ordering the Veggie Rolls, Green Curry, and Pad See Won, and the Cheesecake for dessert. Each of these dishes blew us away and were better than the next! On top of everything else, the service and atmosphere were kind and inviting. The interior was clean, cute, and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and will be back soon!
This was our first visit to Thai Charm Frisco - it was a wonderful experience. The food and ambience were amazing. Chaz provided great hospitality and service throughout. The food was fresh, well-cooked, and served hot. It was a quiet, fulfilling evening as we celebrated my wife’s promotion. We would definitely recommend Charm and look forward to coming back again.
A Hidden Gem Worth Coming Back For This restaurant was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff Chs was friendly and genuinely happy to help. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor.Whether you’re coming for a casual meal or a special occasion, this place delivers.Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu!
Service is great! They are very attentive and kind. The restaurant itself is clean and beautiful. I recommend getting the pad thai as that was the best dish we had as basic as it is!
The food is amazing 😆 Especially the pad thai is our fav. Thank you everyone for your service! And CHS is the best. Super attentive and friendly. Yall have to try!!
Amazing food!! This was my first time trying Thai food, and it makes me look forward to having it again! We had the Roasted Duck Curry, Sizzling Chicken, and fried rice. And the service was awesome! Chas helped me choose the Roasted Duck Curry as my meal, and I think it was a great choice. We’ll definitely have to visit another time!
We as a group of 20 International ladies recently dined at Thai Char restaurant and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — truly authentic Thai taste that exceeded my expectations. A very special mention goes to Patima, our waitress, who made the lunch exceptional. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made us feel welcomed throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding service, and Patima absolutely elevated our dining experience. I will definitely be returning — not just for the delicious food, but for the amazing hospitality. Highly recommended!
Walking in, our first impression was great. The restaurant is gorgeous and I am a sucker for dimlighting and jazz music. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and Tom, the bartender was amazing. He gave really good suggestions and showed lots of care when it came to our experience. He was an absolute delight! Thanks to him we got to try the Thai tea ice cream with coconut cream sticky rice. I ordered the Pad Kee Maw Duck with the Thai Sticky wings and my boyfriend ordered the Pad See Ew Duck and Duck Curry and everything was fantastic. The quality of ingredients can be tasted and the prices are fair. The portions are huge. Also, if you are feeling adventurous definitely try the Thai Teatini! It’s very light. Thank you Tom for such a great dining experience.
Thai Charm – Frisco, TX (5 Stars) We had an incredible dining experience at Thai Charm in Frisco! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, with lovely Thai décor and a relaxed yet elegant vibe. The service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure we enjoyed every dish.We sampled several items from the menu, and each one was exceptional. The Tom Kha soup was rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with creamy coconut flavor and a hint of spice. The papaya salad had just the right level of tanginess and crunch. The Pad Thai was one of the best we’ve ever had — flavorful, fresh, and not overly sweet. The fried rice was delicious and well-seasoned, and the spring rolls were crisp on the outside with a light, tasty filling inside. Everything tasted freshly prepared, and the presentation was beautiful too.Overall, Thai Charm completely exceeded our expectations. It’s clear that the chefs take pride in both the flavor and quality of their food. We’ll definitely be returning soon — this place is a gem for anyone who loves authentic Thai cuisine!
If I could, I would give this place 10 stars. Imagine visiting a place less than an hour before close with a strong craving for Thai food done right. Ok, now imagine going to a restaurant that nails every dish you have in mind for the perfect Thai feast. So these two things happened on a Tuesday, the Tuesday before Christmas that is...I was absolutely blown away by the flavors, the presentation, decor, and most importantly by the service received here. Tom and team were amazing from start to finish! We started with the fried spring rolls and wings for appetizers, then we shared the basil fried rice entree, and ended with a couple of refreshing scoops of Thai tea ice cream. We have been searching for delicious Thai food reminiscent of our former go to spot and we just might have found a place that can give them a run for their money!
Absolutely one of the best Thai restaurants around Frisco! The ambience is warm, stylish, and inviting—perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a special night out. The food is outstanding: fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and beautifully presented dishes. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great Thai food with an amazing atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back!
Restaurant Review: I recently dined here, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food was flavorful, which made the meal enjoyable. The ambiance was decent, providing a comfortable setting, and the place had adequate capacity to seat small crowds without feeling cramped. For those who enjoy spicy food, you can request a level five spice. However, I found that even at this level, the food wasn't spicy enough to satisfy my taste buds. Despite this, the rich flavors made up for the lack of heat. I would consider visiting again to enjoy more of their offerings.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Our first visit to Thai Charm Thai Restaurant was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we sat down at the bar, Tom made us feel incredibly welcome. His friendly personality, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality set the tone for the whole experience. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor every dish was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly seasoned. The grilled chicken skewers were tender and flavorful, the coconut shrimp crispy and delicious, and the edamame was the perfect light starter. We also enjoyed a refreshing cocktail that Tom crafted with care the perfect pairing for the meal. The atmosphere was inviting, the bar spotless, and the service was top-notch. You can tell the staff takes pride in what they do, and it truly shows in both the food and the service. We’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending Thai Charm to friends and family. Special thanks to Tom for making our first visit unforgettable!
We had a lovely dining experience at Thai Charm! The Thai Iced Tea was perfectly refreshing, and the crunchy spring rolls were a great start to the meal. The Thai Fried Rice and Pad Thai with tofu were both flavorful and satisfying, with just the right balance of spices. Every dish tasted fresh and authentic — definitely a spot we’ll return to!
My friend and I were looking for another Thai spot and I think we found it! From start to finish, we had an amazing time and Thai Charm did not disappoint. Such aesthetic interior, the seating, the plating, to the food display was excellent. We ordered a Thai tea, hot tea, spring rolls/eggrolls, pad Thai with chicken and tofu, yellow curry with chicken, crab fried rice, and finished with mango sticky rice. We were pretty hungry…Service was amazing, they tended to us, rearranged the tables so we have plenty of room for the food, and even at the end, they packed up our leftovers. This is a great spot for small or large groups; dates, girls/boys night out/hangout, friends and family, business meetings. Check it out! We’ll definitely be back! Till then, let’s eat!
Absolutely loved my experience at Thai Charm! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I tried the Pad Thai and Crab Fried Rice, and all were packed with authentic Thai flavors — just the right balance of spice, sweetness, and richness. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere made it a great spot for a relaxed lunch or dinner. You can tell they put care into both the food and the service. Definitely one of the best Thai spots in Frisco. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort food with bold, traditional flavors!
Just tried Thai Charm, the newest addition to the Frisco restaurant scene. While we are big fans of a few Thai restaurants in town, Thai Charm will quickly move to the top of our list. While the menu has all of your favorites, it also includes several specialty dishes featuring duck, sea bass and others. The quality, quantity and taste of the food was exceptional. We didn’t post any appetizer pics because we ate them all. We look forward to our next visit soon!!
The food and ambience were great, though it’s a very small, cozy spot. We ordered coconut shrimp, Thai wings, pad Thai, and red curry — everything was good and tasted authentic.
Enjoyed our dinner. Little expensive for Dallas I feel. Pleasant service. Food was great for us. Liked the taste of everything. Ambience is nice and cozy - little modern for my taste but comfortable. My table smelled that’s the only complaint - towards closing time so I guess not cleaned well I hope this one time.
Overall I liked what I ordered, but they are more pricey than other thai places I go to. I got the ginger chicken and tom ka with chicken. I really liked the tom kha soup. It wasn't overly saturated with coconut milk and had lots of chicken. I would like to try the tom yum because it looks equally as delicious. The ginger chicken was overall good too, but it made my stomach hurt both times i ate it on separate days, probably from the ginger. Ginger can lead to stomach pain or GI issues, so I know not to ever get this anywhere now. Flavor was fine though. Overall a 4/5. I would come back to try the pad kee mow and pad thai.
A very welcoming atmosphere and ambience with friendly staff that always seem to serve with a smile. The food was about average, could be because we went in just 20min before closing. They were gracious enough to let us know the kitchen is to be closed soon before offering a seat. I truly appreciate that. The portion sizes were smaller than usual I have seen in and around. The Massaman Curry we ordered was definitely on the sweeter side though we wanted spicy level 3 (out of 5) and it barely had anything but Tofu (since, we requested Vegan option). It would have been ideal, had it had more vegetables and little more spice to it. With so many better and known choices around, the chances are less for me to return, but if I do return I will try the fried rice next time. Not many dessert options were found so we went on elsewhere.
