I just wanted to say that I found a broken fly in my food. Luckily, I discovered it in time, meaning I didn't eat it. But it was broken, so I'm not sure, maybe everyone who came that day got a piece of it.

We called about an inedible item and they refused to understand that it looked like it was tampered with as if someone was eating it and they just send over the remaining piece that they had left. Very bad phone service. Not gonna order from here again.

Poorly trained staff!!!! One of the male staffs was constantly asking questions to the cashier interrupting my order TWICE. I was tired of repeating myself TWICE (saying it 3 times in total) If he had some common sense, he should have waited until I place the order first. This gave me the feeling that it wasn't about customer first. When he brought the food to my table he FORGOT the cream cheese, neglecting any checks to ensure my order was correct. The microwaves were dirty. I walked in at around 8:15am with only 1 other customer inside. I have a feeling the microwaves were already dirty prior to the opening. I blame it on the poor management. Poorly trained staff and lack of observation from the manager to catch these things.

I spend $22 dollars on a bowl of lettuce, soup and a “medium” soda (it was small). I usually get the cranberry chicken salad sandwich but I gave up on that one because I end up getting bread and lettuce with a hint of chicken salad. So this time I tried a salad. The four bites that actually had toppings were really good but it left me with only a bowl of lettuce once those four bites were done. The chicken was almost non existent, as were the other toppings. It was the apple salad. I had four, small dried, thin apple slices on top. I feel like I’d be fuller if I just ate the $22 dollars. Raising prices and making portions smaller is a great way to go under. I will never spend money on any Panera again. This isn’t the only one that does this. I’ve been to the one in Whittier, Norwalk, some other location I don’t remember and they’re all this way. The only Panera that actually gives you food is the one in Pico Rivera. Sorry, I’m just done.

Worst food I’ve ever had from a Panera, the grilled cheese looked like it was made yesterday then just threw it in the microwave, and the soup was straight out the fridge, never eating here again

I use to be such a lover of panera!!! But, this location is horrible!!! Stinks inside and they covered outlets to charge your phone or laptop, so now if your a paying customer, you cannot chill, eat, and be on a device because they covered most of the outlets!! We'll I will not longer be a customer of Panera's, they have gone downhill in a major way!!!

My experience with this location on 10/04/25: I came here Saturday morning to have a breakfast with my husband. We ordered Avocado toast and Ciabatta egg and avocado sandwich. However, after we picked up our food from kitchen counter and sat to eat, we noticed there was no Avocado on sandwich, so we went back to kitchen counter asking for replacement. They didn't even say "sorry". we picked it up from counter again and looked our new sandwich, guess what .... this time the egg patty was missing... So my husband went to the kitchen counter asking again, the lady put the thin slice of egg into the sandwich and almost threw the plate at my husband without looking or w/o saying "sorry" ... It was the worst experience with restaurants and I regretted that I didn't ask for a manager even the owner that moment. The food quality was really poor, waste of my money... and they treated us really bad like a beggar. We'd never go back there and don't recommend to anyone ... Terrible, terrible ... such a shame for the name ...

Ordered the French dipper, lemonade, and a cookie. The French dipper was tasteless( The beef was underseasoned and had no flavor, even the bread was bad) The service was inattentive, and they took an extremely long time. I won’t be coming back. My advice- Stay away.

This Panera is an absolute joke. The general manager clearly has no business working in customer service. She was rude, unhelpful, and acted like basic questions were an inconvenience. When I asked for a recommendation, she rolled her eyes and gave an attitude like I was wasting her time. The wait was ridiculously long for food that looked and tasted like it had been sitting out. Zero attention to quality. The whole place reeked of sour mop water, like they just swished dirty water around and called it clean. It was genuinely disgusting. If this is the leadership running the store, it explains everything—bad attitude, poor service, and no standards. I wouldn’t eat here again if the meal was free. Do better.

We placed an order online and it we selected to be ready at 6:55pm on the app. The app moved it to 7:40pm. We cancelled the order and decided to make the order in person. The drive thru cashier didn’t want to take any $100 bills. Our bill was $125 and we only had 2 bills. They refused to take our $100 bills. So we were really disappointed. This location sucks. It looked empty and they were trying to make us wait over 1 hour for our app order. Plus they didn’t want to take our $100 bills. Smh avoid this location
