We had to stop by this place for a large order for 6 people since we came back late from a long trip. And so we ordered to give sonic a try. Yes yes, we were expecting greasy food, so we ordered dou ble meat sonic burger and all the addings, chicken tender, chicken sandwich, fries and drinks. The burger was ok, not impressed vs in & out, the chicken for both the tenders and sandwich was overly cooked and dry, guess they must've left it in the fryer wayyyyy too long. And since we were late leaving we needed a place for morning breakfast and they were the only ones open for a fast breakfast. The 🌯 burritos were absolutely game on and made up for the burgers and chicken we had bought. As you can see the ratings. Originally we were going with a 1 star but the breakfast made up for the difference and so we gave it a 3 to give it some balance. Oh and we forgot to mention that they forgot to put together the order correctly and it took another 10 min to wait for the fries we bought in the evening. But let's just say were not coming back for any burgers or chicken, but breakfast, thats a hell yes.

I have never had such agonizing slow service from a “fast food/drive-in” restaurant. We waited for the bell hop but we never saw one. We ended up going in the drive thru. It took 20 minutes waiting for help. No one ever answered and we finally drove to the window to place our order. The food was good. I especially liked the cherry limeade. I got a junior cheeseburger which was pretty much like a MacDonalds cheeseburger.

This is our 2nd time eating Sonic foods, 1st was before pandemic. The foods we're nothing special but they're edible on both times & the staff were friendly with good service. It's the nostalgia of eating a quick meal out of the norm.

UPDATE: I was contacted almost immediately and asked to escalate my concerns so it would be taken care of. I'm sure it was an attempt to get me to remove the post or to show concern for the lack of cleanliness. I did contact them but they haven't responded as of this day. I tried folks, beware if you're concerned about the virus. This was our first visit at this location. We decided to eat in the patio where you need to order via the menu box (same as the drive up). The gal couldn't hear us and kept repeating our order incorrectly. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned and the gentleman wiped it down with a wet towel that left a ton of water behind. We asked him to wipe it completely because he didn't clean the whole table. He said all that all tables were cleaned when the customers left. Not sure if you can see it in the photos but they weren't cleaned. There was an employee smoking a couple of tables away but nothing was said to her. Needless to say it wasn't a pleasant visit and I could see they have a good following. Much luck to them but I won't be back 👎

Stopped by to get dessert. Got Oreo shakes. Apparently they don’t know how to use a blender cause the chunks of Oreo are so big you can’t even drink the shake. Failed to give us spoons. Do not go here. Just went with my boyfriend and they messed up our order. Twice. It's a waste of money and time. 20 bucks for nothing. Would not recommend. Head to the in n out across the street.

I ordered ahead, arrived in 10 minutes, checked in, waited another 20 minutes and hit the call button. 30 minutes later the food came out and looked like below. 60 minutes, not during peak time. Chili cheese fries had no chili. Chili cheese tots with onions were pretty sad as well. Woman in the car next to me arrived after I did and called to complained on the phone. Her food came out in 20 minutes after I was 30 minutes into my wait. And she sent her food back and still left before me. Awful experience for the second time!

I ordered 3 slushies for pick up at 7-7:05 pm. We arrived at 7:10 and the app said that it was already completed and would not let me check in. We waited there for a long time that my husband had to get off the car and asked inside. It’s 7:26 and they gave our drinks all melted down. This place really sucks and they can’t even get a simple slushies order right. They didn’t even try to renew our drink so it’s not melted after waiting for a long time having our drinks just sit there. I highly don’t recommend this place. If you want sonic just go the the Lemon street one and not Placentia street at fullerton. This is not the first time they did this to our order and honestly i think it should close down.

Steven had the worst customer service ever! Definitely needs a refresher in customer service. Reached out to corporate and spoke with Dutch to file a formal complaint. He was pleasant to speak with and was offered a burger. Will be back to redeem. Hopefully it will be a better experience to revise.

If you guys ever eat here late night, keep your receipts. If you get sick, there’s proof they try to clean splashing chemicals around while cooking , not wearing gloves, lady is cleaning equipment, to possibly touch someone’s food and throw it in the bag. While touching floors, mops, ya no! If you guys get sick, there’s proof and pictures posted. Enough evidence, keep your receipt, lawsuit waiting to happen

Another 1 star for this place, obviously the coworkers think it’s okay to close early and put everything away instead of having items ready to order. Drove 30min away just to find out that items arent being served. Not what I expect, I expected a fast food spot with a full menu to have every item available. Strongly dissatisfied, to make it worse lady in drive thru at night can’t even explain basic literacy and solve an issue. Anyways they are more concerned with closing than working. At this point, all this cleaning supplies and soap.. I don’t even feel comfortable ordering knowing there’s a strong possibility of cross contamination. Please TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES and check if they even have their FOOD HANDLERS LICENSE. Basic 101

My mozzarella stick is empty. That's enough for a one star review, but everytime ive ordered groovy fries, each fry was very short, some were hard, and others tasted slightly undercooked. Otherwise, its slightly cheaper than some other locations, but empty mozzarella sticks are unforgivable.

Sitting here waiting over 30 minutes for our order. Manager brings receipt that says it only been 3 minutes. When we tell him we've been waiting for longer and have asked other staff, he doesn't believe us. After questioning him and the accuracy of receipt, he refuses to serve us and kicks us out rather than address the problem or get our food. Grow a backbone and simply just own up to your poor service

I only went to sonic today for mozzarella sticks, and for the SECOND TIME they didn't have marinara sauce, like not having ketchup for fries. we ordered with UberEats because we were very hungry and have no possibility to go out from the college. The order was supposed to arrive at 1.05am, but it arrived more than 30 min later, and the food was all cold. After this, we opened the burgers and we noticed that all 3 of them were wrong: -pickles missing in the first -cheese not removed in the second and my friend couldn’t eat the entire burger because of that (paid addition of tomatoes was missing too) -in the third sauces and paid addition of tomatoes and bacon were missing. We called the restaurant, but they were like “there’s nothing we can do, it’s not our job to bring you new food.” They acted rude, like they don’t care and it’s not their fault, and I found the whole situation really disrespectful to us. They told us to ask for refund on the app and come pick your food on another date, but we needed the food in that moment. They didn’t try to fix it and we ended up eating nothing or something different from what we paid at 2am. You have really work hard to do such a big mistake like that and acting annoyed when the client is complaining.
