I ordered breakfast and when I left and later opened my breakfast order it had no sausage that was included with the hash browns and the French sticks and scrambled eggs. Check your order before you leave the premises.

I hate to do this to this location because I usually don't have any issues with them, but I was disappointed. My boyfriend wanted a late night snack & bought me one of the new Cluck sandwiches as well. I didn't get to mine until the next morning. When I opened the sandwich to see if I need to take anything off before heating it up, I found basically just chicken & bun. The pickels were a small cluster in one spot. I almost couldn't tell they were pickles. Then a splat of some sort of sauce that soaked completely into the bun. *Pic included*

So frustrating! Drove to this Jack in the Box because Google says it’s open 24 hours, but no one answered at the drive-thru. I called out multiple times—nothing. Lights were on, but no one seemed to be working. I went around and saw others waiting too, but still no response. A couple of cars piled up behind me. What’s the point of being open 24 hours if you’re not actually open? Total waste of time!

I hate to do this because this is one of my go-to places when I get hungry late at night, so I was quite surprised by what happened. I waited at the drive-thru for about five minutes, but no one responded to take my order. I also tried calling the store, but there was no answer. The lights were on inside, and there were two cars parked in front, so it seemed like the restaurant was open. If the staff were on a break or the store was temporarily closed, a sign or notice would have been greatly appreciated to avoid confusion.

I went last night 9/10/25 , around 1120pm . Order my food the guy kept on messing up my order wend I pulled up I did not get a receipt. After I ask .Wend I got home I didn't get 2 Tacos that I order and my food was cold an tasted old even my drink even my boyfriend was not happy with his food .I have been at this location in the day time an never had any issues, but last night OMG

Food , cold , burnt, buns look step on 2nd time bread torn look like rats been chewing on it, got sick pull over , unchecked, didn't even make it to my destination, thus is the 3rd time in months, manager never there , when you ask, by law food is supposed to be a certain temp, that's why we are getting sick off this store, as a adult we can eat what we want, when your kid's getting sick from this garbage, something has to be done. They use to be hot and good around 6yrs ago...between 2019 and now, run go to elk grove, it's work the gas and to get decent food, I, was sick all night , I, thought it was me, then I'm like last time I, I came in got sick , it was galt ca jackn the box, cold nasty food I'm done, and where are your managers. Why when you call when they decide to answer, managers not here

Service is so bad I was told they charge for ketchup and hot sauce after 6 packets. The packets are free to grab inside the restaurant. Also anytime I order here the food is treated like there was no care given to it and it looks like a mess. I will drive to Elk Grove or Lodi and recommend anyone who wants decent food and proper service to do the same.

Going this place from years but this time experience is terrible service is worst ever order including 2 larg curly fries 🍟 fries are all left overs peices burnt chewy. Told them 3 times don't add any meat into order still got ham. Will not go there again.

I hate to do this but waited 20 minutes in the car line just to get food with a long hair…I was enjoying the food until I saw the hair was gross out!!!!!
