SLOW!! Need to hire more ppl for the night shift!! Had 1 making pizzas and 1 taking orders and running to help him. I understand the idea of "down time catch up" but I also know as the only store in our town, there is really NO down time!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!

I Love Little Caesars, My phone order was given to someone else by mistake. Sorry...ok...then do you still want your order? No Really. So I had to wait the usual 15 minutes all the while watching pizzas coming out with 5 people in a row picking up their orders. That's my story & I'm sticking to it. Oh no comp, no coupon just sorry. Doesn't help this crew person at all. Sorry!

Normally little Cesar's has pepperoni or cheese pizza available without any wait. I've been to this one 6 times, and it has never been "hot and ready". Once you do finally get your pizza, it's tastes great.

We were attended by a rude cashier by the name of Cameron. He didn’t have my sisters online order ready and was slamming doors and grunting the whole time while servicing us. My family and I have gone to this location for years and I am really disappointed in how the customer service was today. He needs an attitude check.

I came in to just pick up pizza . My birth name is Karen I always try to be polite friendly to everyone while I was waiting for food the counter girls started making fun of my name . I never said anything to them I know they knew I could hear them because they had their cook bring out pizza to me I told him thank you and left . I took the high road . I hate discrimination in every form . For me I just won't be back . Was a real downer not positive atmosphere at all .

Unfortunately my order was wrong and the pizza had little to no sauce. The young men and older woman working there, all but one very tall fellow, obviously didn't care at all about making good quality food or really doing their jobs. This location has continuously gone down hill in the last two years and I would recommend going across the street to dominos instead.

Charged me for 2 pepperoni pizzas and a 2 litter of soda and said I didn't pay for the soda so we were charged and didnt get a soda. Fat man in the front taking orders was rude and clearly hates his job.

This used to be our go to pizza place. Though over the past year they have lost our order 3 times out of the 6 times we ordered there. I was willing to give them one more opportunity to get it right, though they have failed us miserably, again.

Your website doesn’t work for ordering delivery anymore. Fix it please.

Waited 5 minutes for help while employees were talking so I kindly asked could I order, young lady preceded to keep talking while cutting what appeared to be an onion and said we’ll be right with you. Waited couple more minutes then decided to leave. Terrible work ethics.

I placed an online order for delivery and when I closed out the website it also closed out the page that allowed me to track my order. So I called the store to see if they can help me track it and the shift manager was rude and tells me there was nothing that they could do about it. It was his deliverance that was rude and it seemed like he was trying to rush me off the phone. He needs to work on his customer service skills and they need to update their website so online orders are able to track orders after its been placed. Never again with this place.

Tried to call 3xs to pickup an order. The ¹st time vm, ²nd someone picked up and hung up and did the same thing the ³rd time. The owner needs to fire them.
