Hot n ready is a great easy quick option for dinner. The other pizzas and sides are great too, but this is my default 'need some inexpensive pizza on short notice' place.

I use this specific little Caesars often to get pizza and the staff are always friendly and the store and bathrooms are always clean I give it 4.5 only because sometimes they are out of dips lol.

I go to this Little Caesars frequently. The staff is extremely well mannered and service oriented. They always have well made, fresh pizza even when they are busy and the place is always kept clean.

The last time I was there, their speaker didn't work and it was a bit of a wait for my food, but they have always been polite and the food is hot and fresh. No complaints here.

I believe this location was a Long John Sil ers before Little Ceasers This, place rocks ,it has a dining section but We got take out. The Mgr took the phone order from my wife or daughter, I added something myself and didn't slow them down 1 bit. They had packets of parmasean cheese and red pepper flakes . I haven't had any of those for a long while,always put of stock ? Really. Fast Freindly service ,walking back to our room at Moody Gardens with 5 pizzas, people were asking where's Little Ceasers, we told them and met 1 couple who took our information and said thanks ,it's an awesome operation.

This is the only Little Caesars that I've never had to wait at. Not that I haven't had to wait in line but once I reach the counter they always have what I'm looking for ready to go. The only negative thing I have to say is that they don't carry the cinnamon bites. The staff is really friendly here and will work fast to accommodate you.

If you're looking for a relax pizza place. This is it. The atmosphere is so calm. Maybe because their so near the beach. Fortunately we all love pizza. And they make a good hand tossed. Right on 61st .near a lot of shopping opportunities. And some great history. Anyway we can sit back and relax and eat a ready in minutes. Pizza pie. Either at home, hotel, or at the beach, or in store you'll actually enjoy your date or trip or time off. They tell me my reviews are popular and people like them. If so maybe that's because you agree.

Little Caesars is out go to for a quick meal. It's fast, good service and inexpensive. I would never eat there. We pick up through the drive thru.

This location is surprisingly good, when you consider it is a national pizza chain. The staff here is always VERY friendly and helpful, and will make you a fresh pizza order if you ask. The pizza here is always good. Prices can't be beat for fast, delicious, take out pizza.

Quite literally the best pizza I ever had.

We ordered pizza from this location and it was suppose to be delivered by Doordash. The driver never came. I called the restaurant and the manager brought our order herself! Made our vacation so much more relaxing not having to leave to hotel to get food. My family and I are so grateful for her knowing she cared enough to do that when she surely didn't have to! Thank you!

Food is amazing but the services is not as good because they had to wait like 45 minutes for two pizzas and crazy bread but it is cheap and it is nice to eat after we go to the beach so fix y’all service y’all hear me

This is one of the best little ceasers ive been to in texas, it makes the ones from houston not even taste like a little ceasers, my standards have been raised and ill look down on every little ceasers in houston 😂. ill probably come here every time i visit Galveston. Staff is always well mannered. And every time I get a thick crust it's fine. Evey time I get a thin crust. It always sticking to the box. And the topping slides right off as if the bottom half is part of the card board. Sucks when you work all day and look forward for something quick and easy.

Given that a large pizza is under $7, I knew to adjust my standards. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home and opened the box to see that they did not skimp on toppings! A generous amount of cheese and pepperoni and it was tasty. Will definitely be going back, thanks 😊

I’m from Detroit. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Little Caesars. I watched to grow from a local Detroit regional chain to a national chain. And now I can enjoy a Little Caesars here in Galveston, my chosen home for the rest of my life. And look people like to criticize Little Caesars. But I love it. It tastes like home to me. And I have to say that this little Caesars location here in Galveston has never disappointed me. And one big reason is because of Luz. I only know her from this place, but she is bad ass. She knows her job and she does it well. So that’s why I’m giving such a great review to this little Caesars pizza location. Because of her.

Went there on a Thursday night, odered the deep dish supreme. Was told it would be a 10-12 min wait, if I didn't mind waiting. I didn't considering it was a last minute thought. Very nice customer service, especially when I relized I drove up 10 min before closing. My bad. Pizza was fresh and yummy.

Not as good as others however, with LC you get what you pay for. You cant really expect much when you are paying 5 or 6 dollars for a pizza. If you're in the mood for a cheap, slightly under cooked pizza with way too much sauce, look no further, you found your place to eat!

Totally love the customer service here and the pizza of course is awesome and so is the price.... what I don't like is the rude ass customers that don't want to wait in the drive-thru line like everyone else and attempt to cut in front of everyone by driving directly behind the building.. the line usually runs pretty steady until some idiot tries to be slick... please put up cones so I don't accidentally run my car into the next person that tries to cut me off ❤

Great place, food is always good. People are usually nice. Only giving 4 stars because my dipping sauces that I paid for have been forgotten on several occasions. Other than that, no complaints.

I really enjoy the pizza I grew up on it there used to be a smaller store of Little Caesars but it closed down and when I finally saw it again about 10 years later I was really happy and The Taste is exactly the same now as it was then even though it's in a different shape however at this particular location the staff is really unprofessional I ordered two pizzas and was told it would be 8 minutes before it was ready that was an oddly specific number that they gave me and yet they didn't bring it out to me until 32 minutes later when they remember that I was outside because they came to check on a different customer and then they said what did you order and then they went back inside and I had to wait another 15 minutes if the group that's working there right now wasn't so concerned about fraternizing with the staff then maybe they could be more professional and get the job done the way they're supposed to be the place is great the food is good but the staff needs Improvement

Yeah, a lot of people give Little Caesar’s a tough time for not being great. But I disagree. It’s always delicious to me, and the price can’t be beat. Plus the service here is generally pretty good.

They actually cook the pizza long enough now! Got a OG Pepperoni and the edges were crisp with enough Pepperonis and chz. It almost burnt my mouth! I will say this it was in the evening around 6 so it could be a time thing? But yeah really was happy with the pizza 🍕

We ordered Little Caesar’s for drive thru pick up as we took the ferry over from Port Bolivar, and the timing was perfect. We were able to pick up our pizza for dinner as we left Galveston en route back to Missouri, and the pizza was hot and tasty.

It was very busy but the staff communicated well, so the wait wasn't long. The town gets busy after Memorial Day and stays that way till Labor Day. They could use extra help during that period.

I stop here to pick up pizza for my coworkers here on the island - this is a very nice location, and the staff is very accommodating and friendly! They always have pizzas ready. My only complaint is that the crust is usually a bit thinly-pressed on the edges, and it could definitely have a little more fluff to it; overall, you can't beat it in this economy. We appreciate the reliability!

This Place has gone up and down like a see-saw... Unfortunately!!! this time it's DOWN... They Never have any pizzas!!! And if so it's usually overcooked as if it was on a barbecue pit. The don't over napkins, and they had you food out quicker than McDonald's. This place use to over PIZZA.. and Breadsticks that was.... FRESH ...HOT....NICE...& Tasty. I will only order for kids if I come here. They need to definitely improve several things. Considering the same guy has been there for several YEARs... I'm rather disappointed in the quality of food and these Place overall.

This place is lowkey nasty! In the bathrooms for the women the 'wall' is bubbly and peeling and caves in when you touch it, the hot water faucet doesn't work and when I got the cold one to work it spurted out, smelled horrid and splashed out and on me. The floors are greasy and slippery, our cheesy bread tastes like it had been out for over several hours and there was burnt food crusted to the underside of our pizza. Not the move, I tell you.

This review might be a little jaded because I only like the pretzel 🥨 crust pepperoni pizza. It is absolutely amazing and extremely well priced. This is my guilty little junk treat. The pretzel crust pizza doesn't have pizza sauce instead it has a cheddar cheese sauce and I love it!!

The wait in the drive thru was really long! When we pulled to the window it was open but was ignored for 30 minutes. Then we see the older lady taking our order on the phone while we are at the window. I guess because it’s cheap pizza the employees act cheap. Don’t see myself ordering little Caesar’s anymore.

I gave Little Caesars a three ⭐️ because it’s really greasy , but I love the taste. The restaurant is really old, but pretty clean. The staff is really nice and so a great job. So while it’s not the most healthy choice, it sure is tasty 😋.

We ordered through the APP for a special price they offered. We arrived 10 min after ordering. They couldn't find our order in computer and the 2 employees were at a total loss as to what to do. We repeated our name 4 times with no luck. Finally found it in the warmer! We were over charged & didn't receive everything we ordered.

I don't know what ya'll are doing to the crazy bread, but ya'll need to fix it! I need it dripping! 😣 Last 2 times it has been dry with barely any garlic sauce! Before that I could devour the whole bag in my 5 minute trip home! Everything else, can't complain!

nice and friendly staff, although the restaurant has numerous signs advertising their pizza is “hot n ready” between 4-9pm, we came around 4:30 and the guy at drive through said it would be about 10 minutes. While waiting in front of the building like instructed, multiple cars began to line up behind us and customers started to get very upset by honking and yelling at us to move. To resolve the issue the staff needs to have food made efficiently and a better drive thru system. We ended up waiting 30 minutes for our pizza and noticed a couple cars behind us get theirs first and several customers just walk in and out with a pizza. This location does not live up to what lil caesars is known for; a hot and READY pizza.

The pizza is very good and everything, but the only bad thing is the lady who serves them or knows how to treat customers is one who is in the window. Of orders and delivery she is a delegate with straight brunette hair and she attended us reluctantly angrily and that is not done with clients, they did not have any change, she did not give us what we asked for but anyway with workers like that, no clients will arrive

Pizza was ok. Bread sticks were good. That being said, the service was horrible. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 mins before anyone asked to take my order. Cars behind me were honking. When they finally took the order, I sat at the actual window another 10-15 mins, only to be told I needed to pull around to the front to wait for the breadsticks. I waited 15 more mins, watching others come out with breadsticks.....I finally had to get out of my car to get my things. I could cut them some slack if it was a Saturday, but jeez, it was a Tues at 4:00. This was my first time there, and my last!

Order through the pizza portal hoping it would of been faster than drive thru. My order was ready before time but they had it sitting in the portal for 10 minutes before putting it that it was ready until I confronted on of the workers. Women's restroom was basically destroyed. Sink leaking floor soaked ect. Pizza was sub par compared to other locations. Crust was basically unleavened like they used old yeast? Tasted like it's been sitting out since yesterday.

I ordered a large pepperoni and crazy bread combo and it was not edible at all.. the bread and pizza both were hard as a rock and noticably old. I will NEVER give little Caesars a penny of my money again. The world would be a better place if this company went out of business.

I usually go there and I tried to go Friday night at 9:30 but since online (and on the sign on the window) it said it’s open until 11. I got there and the doors were locked and the lady inside that was mopping told us they were closed. I understand closing a few minutes earlier but a whole hour and a half? That’s just being lazy. At least Change the times online and on end window.

Well today I ordered on the app and it asked inside pickup or drive thru so I told it inside...my pizza never said it was ready still 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready so I tried to go in to see, but the front doors were locked at 9pm and I had to go thru the drive thru anyway. When I went thru the drive thru, they told me to pull around that it was in fact ready already....needless to say it was ready, but also all COLD because they never even put it in the pizza portal or warmer I guess. My pizza was sitting on the counter and my wings were already in a bag waiting on me. Had they at least put the order in the portal letting me know it was ready i would have went in sooner when it was warm. Very disappointed with my food today!!!

So we got there at 9:20 tonight 12/11/18. They tell us to pull around and then don’t come to the window. The guy looked at us and walked by then the lady looked at us 15 minutes later and rolled her eyes like man their still there. Both of them making eye contact then walking away. There was no one in the lobby, behind us or in front of us so there was no reason for them to try to hide from us for 30 minutes until closing in hopes we’d go away. We were about to come in until they finally came up when they saw us getting upset. I meant if you’re going to close early that’s fine but let us know and don’t just leave us sitting there waiting and ignoring the customer on purpose.

We went inside Sunday 8/30/20 about 8 pm waited ten minutes just to order just one thin crust cheese Pizza , bread sticks, and a soda received order around about 8:40. How bizarre is that . Pizza was not bad but the bread sticks were old . lady was working hard and extremely busy up front but not courteous at all , Please whoever own this joint get more staff and trained them to be courteous even if they are busy. Will never go back to this location.

Worst costumer service I’ve ever seen! I called the restaurant 16 times in 30 mins and no one ever answered the phone. I drove to the restaurant still trying to call as I was walking in to place my Togo order. The manager heard me complaining about no one answering the phone, I literally saw him pick the phone cord off the floor and place it back in the phone. Then I hear him tell the staff in Spanish that they can’t unplug the phone any more sconce I was complaining. Which means they deliberately took the cord out of the phone so the wouldn’t be bothered my call in orders.The restaurant was empty except for one table so there’s no reason they shouldn’t be able to answer the phone. The manger tried to show me how to use the app instead of explaining why he had the phone unplugged. I asked the cashier for their corporate number and it was never given to me. I never raised my voice or caused a commotion. This was the worst costumer service ever.

I placed an order online to "save time". When I received my order it was incorrect. I was told they would make a new pizza. I saw the cook eating the incorrect pizza in the kitchen while they were making the new one. When confronted and asked to speak with a manager the cook eating the pizza said he was the manager. So much for health code training. He told me he was eating it because "it was trash". I asked for my money back. He gave it to me in cash and I left hungry. Waste of time.

I ordered a couple of pizzas for pickup a while back from this outlet. Ok it was 32 years ago. I was a starving medical student and, back in those days, there wasn't an ATM on every block. I came into the store and discovered I only had a $5 bill and a check book and couldn't cover the entire $8 cost. I offered to write a check for the remaining $3 plus tip but the manager adamantly refused to take the check. I was hungry and pleaded with him to cut me some slack. But he said that was their policy. I asked what would happen to my two pepperoni pies and he said they would end up throwing them out. What? I told him I would never buy another pizza from LC if he didn't relent. He did not. I left in a huff and ended up picking up pizza from Mario's, a way better (but more expensive) choice. It has been 3 decades and I have NEVER ordered a pizza from Lil' Caesars. I have ordered and consumed thousands of pizzas since then and nary a one from LC. Penny wise and pound foolish, as they say!

Yesterday was New Year's Eve. I went there forget deep dish pizza. I sat in line for for 1 hour and a half. There were only two people in the building. One person was in the back cooking. One person was in the front trying to hold down the main lobby and the window. If I was them I would have closed the lobby and just served out the drive-thru. Apparently people called out I left two people there. So I left and still after making it to the window. And still did not get served. Nobody came to the window and asked what I want. Because they didn't have enough staff.

Delivery kept being delayed on app, could not reach store or customer service for reason, almost 1 and a half delivery on a super slow day, ridiculous

If I could rate this place as 0 I would. My husband ordered in store, we should've paid 25.00 and he added in some mysterious charge and tried to get my husband to sign the receipt for 65.00. When my husband pointed out that our order shouldn't be that high, the guy didn't even apologize. We had to ASK for a refund since he charged our card that amount, then he ran our card again for the correct amount. He was also rude to other customers in the store. We've waited 3 days and they still haven't reversed those charges. We will NOT be back to this location.

I was really insulted today in front of my kids..The lady worked in register was really rude to me when asked about the price of pizza..Management has to give her a proper training how to behave to customers..If possible please don't go to this store when she is working. Pizza is good..Lets ready to have good pizza with arrogant service.

We go here probably two times a week for the last couple of months and “EVERY TIME” is great, pizza, crazy bread and service but theirs is always that one night when there fixing to close ten minutes left and we drive up to there take out window and expect the same quality of food we always get and sad to say it was absolutely terrible. Now with us showing up ten minutes left we can not call, go back or even give them back what they gave us we are stuck with it so here is there pizza back. (they honestly could have just said the food has been in the warmer for some time and we would have just said cool, thanks see you tomorrow)

So we actually had to wait 25 minutes for my hot and ready pizza (could be more will update later) Update: 5:45 pizza ordered; 6:18 pizza received. Do the math. No it was not even busy, yes others were upset too Pizza was neither hot nor ready

They are okay with customers sitting in lobby with no shirt on eating food that was brought in from a different establishment.

The experience was not very good. Apparently, they close the lobby 30-45 minutes prior to closing. So I called my order in and was told about 15 minutes to come to the drive thru. So I actually gave them 20 minutes and then showed up. I paid and was asked to park up front, and they would bring it out... ok, no problem. After 30 minutes of sitting there, one of the guys came out and asked, "What are you waiting on?" Seriously, you forgot about me after about another 6 customers that rolled thru? Terrible, never again. 👎👎👎

Worst pizza place i have seen. Has a drive thru that nobody will wait on or come to window. Go inside and they ignore you. I just left and did not come back. With service this bad i can only image how horrible the food would be.

If I was the owner of this restaurant, I would show up disguised and see how your restaurants being ran. I really hope that the owner wasn’t there today if so then you won’t mind me loading the image of the pizza that was sold to me today. It was not cooked thoroughly and it was doughy, just look at that wonderful placement of those toppings LOL Felt like I was invisible, no customer appreciation here, not even a thank you after I said it. It did deserve the one star for what appeared to be a clean store in front minus the water leaking through the ceiling from all the rain but that can happen to anybody in any building. This visit should hold me off on a little Caesars craving for at least a year or two, Thank you.

Here for vacation so I'm glad I'm not local. Door dashed almost $80 worth of pizza and bread sticks. I did order wings but I never got them. The 3 orders of breadsticks were burnt and hard. I did call about our wings but was told I couldn't get a refund because we door dashed.

Second time when on lunch that you don’t get service. I waited 10 minutes and just wanted a hot n ready 3 meat but they kept catering to new drive thru customers. 10 minutes…. That was the last one and I was waiting before they pulled up. I won’t be back after this being the second time.

Tried to order food when the store was still open for 20 more minutes the door was locked but a homeless lady came out to tell us they close the lobby an hour before they close to clean when we said we didn't have a car to do the drive though they said still stand in the line behind two other cars... How can you let homeless people inside that don't work there but not let people that wanted to spend money there inside to do so? Bad business.

I have had 4 pizzas not cooked fully at this location. Check to see if it’s cooked on the bottom. All 4 half cooked pizzas were returned on 4 different occasions for a refund 👍
