Nice seating area in the middle of the shopping centre and good food! Had a smashed avocado toast and almond croissant. Love that the smashed avo came with a balsamic glaze drizzle and that the almond croissant was toasted in a waffle press. Really shows the extra level of work added in when you order food rather than just a croissant straight from the cabinet.

The entire team at Mrs Fields Mount Gravatt is absolutely incredible! They take the time to remember their customers and always have my coffee ready within minutes of ordering. (Often saving me from being late to work) They are all so friendly, give amazing service and the coffee is fantastic! I’m so grateful to their team 😊

Great service all the time. The bosses and employees are really paying attention on details, and trying to remember their customers. After a few time visits, they already know what I'm getting. Sandwiches as well as the cookies are awesome. The red velvet cheesecake is a must have !

This has been one of those places I'd notice constantly (for the smell, the neat atmosphere, and most of all, the pretty advertising!) in the shopping centre and pass by thinking about whether to buy something from there, and today was the day I finally did! I grabbed an Almond Croissant as a treat – the lady at the counter asked if I wanted it toasted, and I said yes! Took just about 3 minutes, exactly like she'd said it would, and I was very happy! The workers were really nice, well-dressed, and the Croissant was wayy better than I'd expected! Can't share any pictures sadly (I gobbled it up on my way to work). Definitely going again. Might even try a coffee next time.

Disappointed with the toastie I ordered. Advertised 1” thick bread and received a squashed thin bread with minimal toppings. For $9.50 I’ve now discouraged for retuning. Very disappointing.

Went and ordered cookies and received the incorrect ones. The lady taped the bag shut and I walked away and opened the bag downstairs to find the wrong cookies. Walked back upstairs to be told she cannot give us the correct cookies and that nothing can be done. Not happy, bad customer service as it wasn’t our fault that she put the wrong cookies in.
