I visited to claim my reward points. I had no clue I had $10 worth of points. Parking: There’s a large free parking lot. It’s a busy plaza, so finding a spot can be a hit or miss. Ambiance/Environment: I’ve visited this location a couple times before. It’s very casual. I like the bright yellow and natural sunlight that comes through the windows. They have a medium sized space with a decent amount of indoor seating. For whatever reason, there wasn’t any furniture during my recent visit. Service: There are two self ordering kiosks on the left once you enter. You can also order in person at the register. I ordered at the register, and the worker was nice and efficient. Drinks: I’ve tried their milk teas with boba in the past. I really enjoy their milk teas. They’re more on the sweeter side, so I suggest adjusting the sweetness level. The boba tasted as expected. I got the Signature Coffee with easy ice and 50% sweetness. I enjoyed the coffee. It was simple yet strong. Pricing: Again, I used my reward points to claim this drink. It would’ve been worth it if I was able to order a larger size. Unfortunately, the Signature Coffee only comes in a 16oz.

You can ordered it through a kiosk and customize your drink ( sweetness, ice level, topping, milk option) which is very convenient. Haven’t try blueberry flavor in a drink before, we ordered the blueberry matcha latte and the blueberry yakult. They are actually good! The blueberry matcha have more a thick taste than the yakult, and they put blueberry juice so even 50% sweetness is still a decent amount of sweet. We ordered 4 drinks on weekend night and wait about 20 minutes, not too bad. It is busy and a lot of people are getting boba. Inside have a few tables and chairs but the tables is on a lower level side, wish they have higher tables.

Hate this plaza because of the notoriously bad parking lot (among other things) but I had to try this place as a boba fanatic even though I heard their milk teas aren't that good. That being said, I ordered matcha brulee oat latte and it tasted pretty good so I'm not sure where the reviews about the milk teas being bad come in from. The service was good and it was pretty fast. As for the decor, it is bright, minimalistic and very inviting. May or may not come again to try other items.

The milk tea definitely needs improvement, as it lacked any tea aroma and was overwhelmed by the cream. That said, the packaging was nicely done.

It looks good but the tea flavor is not strong. I wouldn't order again unless my friends want to. Overall, not worth a visit but it's alright if you're near the area.

They took away all the tables and chairs. The drinks were ok but you could sit and relax. Now without the chairs to sit. I will go elsewhere since the drinks are not good enough to take and drink in the car with the horrible parking.

I ordered brown sugar milk tea and received a bland white looking drink without any brown sugar. It took me two times to ask the receptionist to replace it. Still, she never accepts there’s no brown sugar in the drink. Instead, she said the sugar is at the bottom and that she would add more brown sugar for me!!! I have had brown sugar milk tea long enough to know what it should taste like! Interestingly enough, it doesn’t taste good even after the “added brown sugar.” Quite disappointed and won’t come back.

And it turned out to be a fly, so disgusting, I used to buy boba from this brand several times, but from now on I refused to buy any of its drink. Just share to let you know, so you wont be unlucky like me. I know the receipt on the bottle look creased, I took it out to take photo of the drink, and throw into my bag; luckily I didnt throw it into the trash can so that I could find this after I freaked out of the fly as the proof of purchase.

And it turned out to be a fly, so disgusting, I used to buy boba from this brand several times, but from now on I refused to buy any of its drink. Just share to let you know, so you wont be unlucky like me. I know the receipt on the bottle look creased, I took it out to take photo of the drink, and throw into my bag; luckily I didnt throw it into the trash can so that I could find this after I freaked out of the fly as the proof of purchase.

What the heck is up with the new cups? I can't even shake them anymore. The slogan is shake 17 times lmao.

The drink tasted nothing like tea and just like sugary water with very very little tea scent that I felt.
