The Habit Burger Grill

The people there are super accommodating and friendly. The food is also good, I'd recommend the portobello mushroom charburger (if you like mushrooms) it's chef's kiss. The server working there during closing shift on Saturday worked above and beyond expectations (I wish I got his name but give this man a raise!!). I won't lie, we accidentally stayed a little over closing time and they didn't kick us out. I want to apologize for staying over time, we were really enjoying the atmosphere along with our conversations. Thank you again for the great service!

This place is great. I come here often and today was really great even though they were pretty busy at 5 pm with the last day of a $1 double char promotion. Omar took my order and he was really helpful with my orders. I ordered 1 from the app and 1 in the restaurant. Omar was very courteous and very quick with packing the orders. Tables and seats are clean. Very nice environment. Lots of parking. I highly recommend this location for a good burger or chicken sandwich. I love their shakes, too! I get coffee or mocha shake.

Great service. Kind of went above and beyond for no real reason. Picked up a takeout order that was a minute or 2 late and offered me free sweet potato fries and a free burger voucher. That type of service doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep up the good work

I stopped by this Habit this morning to grab lunch right when they open since it's near my aunt place. I placed my order through the Habit app and the pickup time was 10 minutes after they officially open for the day. I arrived early to the plaza this place is in and found parking just fine. I was able to see the Habit truck as well since they were getting it ready. The dine in is a decent size inside of the place and they have outdoor seating as well. They made my burger within like 5 minutes and handed it to me. But I also placed another order of chicken bites for my cousin so I had to wait for that. The person then took my burger back because he said they messed up on something and remade it. The chicken bites was then ready but they put fries in my bag as well which I didn't order so I double check with them since I didn't want to take someone else's order. They said they made a mistake and the fries was for the other customer so I told them they can take it back since I didn't touch it. The burger was fine and was made to how I customize it.

The fries were soft and the tempura battered green beans were great as well. They do need to clean the tables and floors better for people who are dining in. Also, you can’t use a bathroom without a code.

We ordered the Family Charbox over the phone and it was 5 dollars Cheaper than ordering online 😜 There is a Mc Donalds across the street . The food much better and cheaper than Mcds and you see the people preparing your food which seems better for me ! We have about 5 burger places close to us and the Habit is our favorite......

It was our first time at this location. We ordered a Santa Barbara sandwich and a BBQ bacon combo via drive-in. The SB sandwich was great, the bread was crunchy and the meat was cooked and seasoned well. The BBQ burger was a bit too messy to eat but was good, but the fries were too cold that it ruined the taste of the whole combo :( We'll give this lựa chọn another try soon since we like its burger.

Well, to be honest, a Carl's Jr. restaurant is cleaner than this place. All tables were dirty and trash on the floor. Staff is completely clueless of anyone coming in and giving customer service. Would I cone back again? Nope, would I recommend this location NO.

Today I ordered early in the day and I waited in a drive thru line for 20-25 mins and the girl had the nerve to request and solicit a tip from me at the window, and now I'm starting to check all my transaction from previous orders here because I've never been asked or prompted to tip especially in the drive thru. Girl I'm sitting in my car and your standing in a window you don't deserve my money more than I do. The Habit should pay their employees more if they have them looking this shameless at a working establishment. What a horrendous look. Update 11/9/24 Photo of the burger what the hell is that on my buns and in wrappers and the bun is all soggy. I'm never going back after all of this. This was the last chance.

I came in on my birthday 01/15 and stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes before someone acknowledged my existence. The only female working on the January 15 shift at around 5 PM stood in the back of the kitchen talking on her phone and looking at me but never acknowledge my existence -pull the tapes. It’s on video. I finally said something to them -that they could at least acknowledge me… tell me it will be a minute BUT NO ….. terrible customer service. I get they are busy and that I’m not the only customer, but you can’t even acknowledge my existence even while looking at me …it’s kind of crappy. The guy working the grill guy working the fries they look at me they don’t say hi they don’t see anything. I used to love this place, but I don’t think I’ll come to this location anymore. The one guy that was working in the drive-through who I complained to it seemed like he was nice and apologetic, but he knew what I was saying that the other people there were three other people working back there we’re doing nothing. I guess this is how we treat each other.

The manager there at the time, Izabelle, gave my party and I (my parents and wife) attitude from the start as she had to correct our order after entering it in wrong in the kiosk. She was very rude throughout the whole process, even though she comp'd us chicken tenders w/o letting us know for some reason. She seemed agitated and hostile towards us as if we did not belong there. My mom (being a boomer) had to give her feedback about her attitude but in a constructive way. That's when Izabelle said that we shouldn't be there and told us to leave. We came to find out that this is the manager acting like this; someone who is supposed to be a leader and model employee. I don't know what type of training Habit provides their workers with, but Izabelle was thee most unprofessional, defensive, and spiteful worker I have ever seen at a fast food joint. Never going back to this location
