I just love that this restaurant takes the EBT hot meal program! I had a combo of chicken, beef and fish (the land, sea and air platter). It's both a KFC and a Long John Silver's. The food was good. Just as good as I remembered! And the bathroom was tidy and clean. I'll definitely return there!
The drive through customer service I received tonight was beyond exceptional. I wish I knew their names because they definitely deserve recognition. They are a great evening crew. From the " How may I help you" until " thank you for visiting KFC" I was impressed. They were patient, prompt and friendly. I could go on and on. I'd come across town to grab a bite just because their customer service is so awesome!
Checked out this place recently and had a positive experience. Seating was comfortable and the environment felt welcoming. Food quality was good and service was steady.
Finally found a KFC that gives me the correct order with ALL sauces included The only issue I had was biscuits were not soft and tenders were somewhat overcooked .
When the chicken is good, it's really good. I've had delicious chicken here, however, they can be a bit inconsistent. Overall pretty good though. And the fried apple pies...oh man!! Good. Sometimes nothing will do, but KFC

BUT, honestly... many of them sadly don't realize that LITTLE THINGS MATTER. ℹ️> I wanted to have something different today. SO... I chose to visit my local ❌️KFC❌️ RESTAURANT. <> I took them up on their TELEVISION ADVERTISED $5.00 MEAL. *Consisting of... 3-CHICKEN TENDERS and FRENCH FRIES. 🙄 Well... at that particular time. There weren't any CUSTOMERS in the drive-thru. However, there was a party of 4 customers seated inside. ℹ️POINTℹ️>... My FRENCH FRIES had clearly been resting in a warm pan for some period of time. 😔 HOW SAD‼️ **YES... I know that IT'S a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. But, preparing ma a fresh batch of FRIES would have saved them this Review. So... I'm guessing that after I left. These 4 EMPLOYEES went back to TALKING LOUD and LAUGHING amongst themselves. 😃🥰😁😀 After all, that was the atmosphere when I entered. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ I mean... WHY NOT ENJOY YOURSELF. Even at The Customer Expense. 💰💰 I MEAN, YOU'RE GETTING PAID $20.00 AN HOUR.💰💰 <> What a joke❗️<> I was treating some friends that had stopped by. What a shame. JUST IMAGINE the wonderful Review that I would have given this FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT. And... seeing that they weren't particularly busy at the time of servicing me. ✅️ 🔷️To perhaps engage with me, ((THE CUSTOMER)) and say... SIR, ALLOW US TO COOK YOU UP SOME FRESH FRENCH FRIES. I wanted to try a KFC that I’ve never been to before to see if I would get better chicken that is hot and freshly cook! Well the chicken was hot and nothing about it was spicy the chicken was salty, they gave me 2 large side which has less amount of serving in bowl for a family meal . The Cole slaw was nasty and the Mac n cheese! I’ve had better coleslaw and Mac n cheese from other KFC ! I would never go back here !
The Male manager (didnt catch his name) gave me attitude once I voiced a question about an fault in my order. And anything I said I said he replied with a sassy tone, attitude, and kept trying to close the drive thru window on me as I was speaking. Mind u I was speaking calmly and with respect even though he gave none back. Only positive thing at this place was the food. A star for timing and food quality.
Very gross, chicken is not fully cooked, hopefully I don't get sick. They mess up the sides too,

This location service very bad I place an order online on June 208,:26pm with mashed potato poppers ,gravy.once I got there.they said ,they do not serve this item here then I ask for full refund back to my original cc the clerk call up shift manager.first she offer me small mashed potato replace,I said no She told me nothing she can do about it,I have to go to the app request for refund.it does not have option for that. I handle her my phone,she mess around 2 minutes,with no assistant help at all,she put down my phone and walked away in 10 minutes I wait too long and call back a clerk I need to speak manager why I have to wait more than 10 minutes. She turn back to me. I told her if I can not get a refund and you are unable to help me then substitute item with same value,she change her mind said no ,Refuse to give me any substitute item.I get upset it charge me but will not serve me then she call security guard to take me out of storeI ask for that manager name,she refuse give me her name.I feel like discrimination and blugary me.I paid for a price for this item but walk out with empty hand plus a security man hold a gun threatening me
I wouldn’t give it any stars at all ,the food is gross,service is horrible .i think they gave us days old chicken i am hoping we don’t get sick …
So sad, I went to get lunch today and was extremely disappointed i got the nugget combo with fries and their nuggets were stale as well as my fries a complete 14 dollar meal going to waste. I couldn't even chew.. Wont be going back..
I ordered the 20 dinner box it didn't look like the one advertised they just throw 5 pieces original a separate small box with super salty nuggets, 2 orders of fries and 3 bisquets. No sauces included. The drive thru Kristen rude needs customer service training definitely I don't recommend item
Rude staff! Over cooks or undercooked chicken. 9:30 pm refuse to cook any fish because it's too close to closing time (10pm) Why offer items if you don't want to cook it up until closing time? Doesn't make sense if it cooked to order as they always point out when ordering. Like I said, RUDE STAFF!!!
