My experience here is fantastic!!! I came this morning and excellent service and well respect!!! I recommend this location and i love it when they are fast!

I’ve been disappointed in the Ultimate Cheeseburger for years now. Something just off with the meat / sauces they would put on it. Gave it a shot again and it was great! Look forward to this location for my ‘fix’.

Yummy tummy goodies, from the fresh pouch juices to the ice cream in a bun. I had the Mango ice cream, I've never had a mango ice cream this DELICIOUS !!!!!! I also had the melos/cantaloupe water in a juice pouch, that was soooooooo yummy. Love the Vibe, the deco and friendliness of the staff. I will be going again and again. Do yourself a favor and come have a treat here.

Great tacos, perfectly fried fries (not soggy or undercooked, but crunchy and hot), good cold drinks, friendly staff, order was right, napkins, forks, fast even though there was a giant line, asked me how much taco sauce I wanted and gave it to me to the T. What more can you ask for?!?

I could have sworn jack was closed for remodele Half the restaurant is closed off and dark from outside it looks abandoned. I feel they need and should remodel the jack in the box for future customers I'm sure there will always be plenty of customers So come on Jack make it's new Restaurant

The service was great.. This is the first place I believe I ever ordered a burger and it came out looking just like it did on the menu. It was a very good burger too.

The young lady taking my order was super patient and the new scrambler platter is flavorful and bomb! Better than the Jack by my house.

The cashier at the drive through window was very professional, nice and quick. The food was fresh and hot the only problem I have is how long it took to get through that drive-through I'm assuming they must be short staff to understand, however I have a great experience overall except the time setting in the drive-through.

The food is always good but the inside atmosphere is very restricted. I really needed to use the restroom so I went to the bathroom that was open and looked accessible. Not even a minute later they bang on the door pretty aggressively. I come out as fast as I can and they tell me the bathroom is not for customer use. I told them I was unaware. They were very rude and was giving me rude looks like I wasn't going to buy anything. I bought a 25 and ate outside since the inside is still closed.

Best food experience ever. Staff is amazing. Food is always hot and fresh. Never had any problems. I highly recommend it. But really miss the HELLAPEÑO Burger but highly love that if you ask the store manager about something they do not sell she will still make it for you. 🤗 Great way to make customers happy.

I have eaten here many times. I lately have been getting the chicken fajita Pita. Of course, when I want a nice buttery snack I'm partial towards the Sourdough Patty Melt with curly fries. The trick to good curly fries is not too much batter. They explained to me that they try to keep it light and if I weren't satisfied I could call the number on the cashiers receipt and complain. But why would I complain? The food was delicious. Now I want to go back.

Shoutout to the drive-thru staff on shift around 9pm on 02.26.2026. Best service of any restaurant I've been to in the past like 3 years and super sweet!

Good priced fast food which is actually fast and they always have ice cream unlike McDonald's. The two tacos for $1 are great, their breakfast is all day which is amazing and their shakes are delicious. Also try the cheesecake it's pretty good. I've always used to drive through at this location but I have yet to have any issues.

Even though this is in a hotspot, it wasn't crowded. There was ample parking, and the staff was very kind.And helpful and I watched as they were patient in assisting another customer. Definitely recommend if you're in the area, wanting fast food.

Pretty standard Jack-in-the-box. Service was a bit slow but not horrible. Staff was average for a fast food place, overall your average fast food joint in just about every way.

The inside is still completely closed off… just kind of surprising this far after the pandemic. Food was fine. One small error, not a big deal. I ordered through the app and specifically made sure that nothing was added in “add utensils”, and yet we still received napkins, plastic ware, and several packets of mustard (not any ketchup - I don’t use either but I just thought it was funny. Nobody ever gives out random mustard???). I’m only mentioning because if customers are given the option to OPT OUT of single use plastics, companies should honor that request.

We went through the drive through. The dining area is closed. The wait with 3 cars in front of us was very quick. The staff was friendly and the order was correct. The food was hot and fresh. The Spicy Cluck sandwich was what I ordered and it was VERY good.

It smells horrible in this location. Like a grease trap hasn't been cleaned in 10 years. The food however was good.

GREAT SOURDOUGH JACKS! I was literally starving when I happened upon this Jack in the Box. I ordered a couple of sourdough jacks, a hashbrown patty, and a drink. I’ll always appreciate Jack for having late night breakfast! Everything tasted extra yummy. The dining area was closed so I had to opt for the drive-thru. Overall, the service was solid and the order was provided quickly. I’d recommend taking a friend at night as the surrounding area is a little shady. However, once in the property I felt safe!

It was just ok to me. The burger was on the room temperature side. May just be the location. Across the street from 2 schools so they might not take enough time to make the burgers pretty.

Just your average fast food place. Food is good, fries don't get soggy too quickly. Service is pretty quick, and I don't usually have to wait. The place is mostly quiet, it never gets too packed. Overall, I'd say this place is slightly above average.

Last time i was here i ordered a salad ... when i got back to work and opened up the bag to fix my lunch the lettuce had been frozen and was completely transparent brownish color and the drink i ordered was wrong ... so i over paid for a couple of chicken strips and tap water from the faucet at my office ... thanks guys ...

This store in need of a remodel badly I started going to this location about a year now and recently the food been crappy. As for the service, the ASST/shift Mgr needs to stop trying to get his freak on with the girls, seriously, wash hands, fix my food right, then you can try and get into your female workers panties after I am gone.

2 stars mainly because the place is a dump. Roof leaks in several places. Mens restroom smelled like a unmaintained rest stop restroom. Tile is super outdated. Parking lot is small and pot holey. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Oh and it was hot af in there. Probably the oldest jack in the box in the universe.

Cold and somewhat stale tasting fries, but an enjoyable Burger. The cashier seemed exceptionally unhappy to serve, however that doesn't matter much in the long run.

Employees were loud and ghetto. Holding on conversations with friends instead of working. Restaurant was dirty and the burger was so greasy that when I picked it up to take a bite it litterally leaked all over the front of my shirt. Not a few spots, it was a spot about 8 inches long and 4. -4 inces wide. Never have I been to such a nasty and negligent Jack in the Box as the one on Garland Rd in Garland.

They did want to give out the free jumbo jaks wen cowboys scored the one on Garland road did bit the one on beltine had a limit and we had 4 people with us jus didn't like that sum have limits others dont

Rude voice and had to take two people to take our order .. We said everything very clearly.. They even said ugh dam ..But I guess they are fustrated . even though it's 12 pm noon they have us a bad vibe and a bad look . . I don't like to be racism but they were black people. Which explains a lot of why they were rude to us and no it wasn't just us. . ! For fast food quality this is the worst service.!

Sadly, this place needs to shut down. The homelessness in the area has taken over this location like a parasite epidemic. You cannot walk in. I understand, but for Pete's sake, put a sign up or something!!! I have to pee!!! So we went to the drive through. The line was long. There signs everywhere promoting the popcorn chicken. Probably the worst Jack in the Box I've been to. Both times that I've gone there my food was cold, the people in the drive thru were rude, and they never answer their phone. I know it's jack in the box and I don't ever expect too much from them as is but with this one- don't have high expectations, because you WILL be disappointed. Also, check your bag before you drive off- they probably forgot something.

Ordered food on 01/02/23. Jumbo Jack with Cheese and Curly fries. The burger was cold, and the cheese didn't even have a chance to melt, so it was cold as well. I can't say that the food did it, but I had stomach issues about an hour after eating here. I'll pass on this location.

The worst jack n the box I’ve ever experienced. I never been the type to leave a review but they need to change the person in the drive thru. Messed up my order twice after repeating it to her several times both times. Then they gave me an old patty. I won’t ever go back. I’ll eat a 7/11 pizza before I go back there again. Burger was cold. I really wish I could get my money back but I was on my lunch break which I had to take late. I wouldn’t recommend that location to nobody and it needs to be shut down immediately

Lets begin by if I could give 0 stars I would. I went thru the drive thru and was given my order and never paid attention to them not giving me a receipt nor my card back. Well when I realized it I immediately called and after a few tries someone answered I explained that I couldve left my card there and she said no that nothing was left behind. Second try I called and mentioned I’ve looked thru my bags and inside my car since I never got out of it and no receipt nor my card was found. Once again she how long ago did you come? I said no more than 20 minutes well she was able to locate my receipt but still no card. After about 30 minutes she contacted me saying a customer had found my card in the parking lot. Im confused at this point because I went thru the drive thru not the lobby but anywho I go back for my card and i ask for my receipt and was told the worker had left and they couldnt give me a receipt. So I ask for their store location number and guy says its 7 11 I think. So at this point im afraid they could’ve tooken a picture of my card and made all this up. So id appreciate if someone can contact me directly in accordance to this matter. Thank you.

I normally like Jack in the Box, but my experience at this location was less than satisfactory. The fries and the burger were NOT fresh and therefore it didn't taste very good at all. I'm not sure if this is normal for this location, but I definitely don't recommend it and I won't be back.

I got shorted a spicy chicken sandwich! I understand shortages happening in the economy, but I shouldn’t get charged for something I did not get! I called 2 times after I realized what I was missing and no answer from the place. I would like to be contacted to discuss a reimbursement!!!!!!!!!

This had to hands down be the worst of the jack in the boxes in the entire area, and thats saying something. I dont usually give one star reviews but this place deserves it on every level. Theyre a pain to get into, the staff is bad, and most of the time the food looks like it got slapped together by a monkey. Its just a total mess. Ive given this place a few chances before, and now only go there if its on a delivery route. But of the last five times i have been there, four of them i had to go back because there were missing items on the ticket. This last time i had to place two separate orders for two different people. Ive made split ticket orders before and its never a problem anywhere else i go. However here the guy didnt even take my order he just told me to pull to the window after naming off a weird price, to place it. When i got to the window he seemed to have forgotten (in less than three minutes) that he had told me to do so and tried to have me pay for the car behind me and then seemed all over the place taking my orders. I managed to get through and pay for it and he told me to pull to the front to wait which is fair. He comes out to hand me my order, and almost 3/4 of the order is missing. I told him that and he asks to see my ticket even though he had to have seen my order on the screen and the fact he took it himself. He goes back in and comes back out with the bag that obviously had been already put together. But surprise surprise he left part of it off. Again. I had to go in and show him AGAIN what my ticket was and it was obvious it had been made because he pulled it off the order line where it had been sitting. And i took a peak at the screen, there wasnt any other similar orders on the screen. How you take an order and manage to screw it up three times is beyond me but for the love of all that is holy, pull that kid off the drive thru and maybe re train him because that was a huge waste of time and i shouldnt have to show someone the same ticket for the order twice in a row in less than two minutes because theyre that bad. Especially someone who took the order. Having worked drive thru and trained drive thru as well as customer service reps, i was appalled. And given that 4 out of 5 times they screw up an order or leave something off, i only go to this place when im forced to. But i hate it every time and would tell people its worth driving a couple extra miles to one of the other locations or just picking a different franchise because youre likely to get ripped off and have to make a few trips in and out and by that time you wouldve had your order elsewhere. Its not the cleanest location either. So theres really no upside to this place. They dont make the food particularly well or fresh, they have terrible service, and theres definitely better locations that are easier on your car

I stopped at this location on Friday morning for the past two weeks, including today 5:10 am. Drive thru window is supposedly open 24 hours? I pull up to order and just sit there. NOBODY even acknowledged me being there. I even googled to double check the hours of operation while I sat there, So I pull around to the window to see if anybody is inside, nope! No sign of anybody other than the cars in the parking lot. I knock on the drive up window.....Nothing !! First time this happened I thought maybe something happened. Stuff happens sometimes! But this is the second Friday in a row that this has happened! Not sure what the issue is there, but it doesn’t matter I won’t go back to that location and considering that is the only convenient location in route to work I figure I’m done with Jack in the Box altogether. What-a-burger will be my new breakfast stop from now on.

Go to a sitdown restaurant and go somewhere will actually prepare real food. Do not go to this location. I don't get fast food often and this experience reminded me why. First they no longer carry mozzarella sticks yet they have three signs up in the drive-thru. Then I ordered two burgers and fries, get home and they gave me two of the wrong burgers. I go back to get them and some fresh fries. Give them the burgers back and all I get is an excuse about somebody being new, no apology, nothing for the inconvenience, not even a water while I wait. Worst customer service and a total waste of time. Do not go to this location.

I was just driving past by this Jack in the box when I decided to stop to get some tacos. I tried to go inside to order. And the business is closed. I see workers inside just looking at me at the door so stupid it's 6pm it should not be closed
