I never review places but let me just say the food was so good at this location. My boyfriend and I went here for a date night. We had 2 for 22 special and we picked the firemouth wings, the chicken fried chicken, the fried shrimp basket. The food wasn’t cold it was hot and flavorful we didn’t leave any food behind! Our server told us when we paid that it was his first day working and we couldn't even tell. He was kind and attentive. We are definitely coming back to this location!

And we came here out of the blue with a pretty specific time constraint. We had another appointment we had to get to so dinner had to be pretty quick. We shared this up front when we were being seated and the service not only acknowledged this but took it into consideration. It exceeded my expectations how attentive, pleasant and focused the entire staff was to help ensure that we were not late to our next appointment. That alone is reason enough to go back. The food as well it was good. Red beans and rice is a classic and the etouffee was very good. Way to go team. This is how customer service is done well.

Yall need to come out and get something good to eat in an awesome environment. Ask for Dee, she's a natural people person. Dee has the perfect personality and the manager was kool, she came over to say hi and make sure we were OK. I've been going for years and will continue. The stuffed red fish is evolutionary, the fish Ah EE and rat toes are Revolutionary.

The food was amazing and our server AC was just as amazing as the food. He even gave my bf a recommendation based off what he was going to order and even I’m going to get next time because it was so good. This was probably the best razors I’ve been too taste wise (the servers have always been great). But AC was one of the best I’ve had in general. And the drinks were fullllll with liquor. I could’ve sat on that patio all day.

Had a catfish itch! This was my first time coming to this location. Cedric was my server. He was wonderful! He explained the menu and offered suggestions. The food was hot and came out quickly. I will be returning to this location in the near future. FYI. Get the steamed veggies for some balance. They’re not pictured but they were great! Thanks Cedric for the suggestion!

I’ve been to this location twice but I’ve had nothing but a good experience. I like to come to the bar and dine alone. I usually read my book, have a drink, and the shrimp and cat combo. Today, Victor was my server. He was very kind and attentive to my needs. I love when a server checks in on me from time to time and lets me be. I didn’t feel like I was being hovered over during my visit. If you are reading this Victor, thank you again for the service and I WILL be back! 💕

My husband and I have been coming to this local Razzoo’s for almost four years now and today 10/19/24 I experienced hands down the best service! AC our waiter was truly amazing! He was super polite, friendly and served with a smile. Honestly, He blessed us with his presence and good service is hard to come by now a days! I highly recommend this Razzoo’s location and I pray AC are waiter gets all the recognition and respect he deserves! Bravo! 👏🏽 😋

Our visit was great overall on a Sunday after Church. However, I would have loved to not pay that much for our food. I felt they were short-staffed for the number of customers that came through that door. We had a great time with our Server: Jason. He has AMAZING Customer Service skills! Jason was excellent, respectful, funny and kind. Thank you to the Team at the Dallas / Spring Valley location. I can always count on each of you when we visit with family and friends.

Gumbo was very good. The boudin balls were excellent. The rat toes we're good as well, just a little on the hot 🔥🔥🔥 side for me. We just had appetizers small dinner, very good food though.

Whenever I go there I sit at the Bar. Well, this time that I went. I met the most amazing person that happened to be bartending. His name is Victor, what a delightful and wonderful person. One of his coworkers whom he was very close to was having a birthday. Victor kindly let me know that he would be right back to take my order, went to help the crew sing 🎶 the Happy Birthday song to his friend , came right back attended to me and even brought me a piece of his friend’s Birthday cake. The ambience is very nice. You have big screen televisions all throughout the restaurant. I love it there. ♥️♥️♥️

I have driven by this place all the time as a kid and never visited. Came in here yesterday A/C our server was phenomenal and is what every waiter should be. The chicken po boy and red fish were great. I got the boudin balls not all that good in my opinion but I’m use to the original fried ones in Scott LA. Great drink selection to chose from

I visited Razzoo’s while vacationing and the food did not disappoint AT ALL! Literally everything was so delicious! The crawfish, the pasta, the toast, the rockafella oysters, the ice cream. Everything was delicious. Our server was very attentive to our needs. The manager even came by to make sure everything was good. This would easily be a five star review but my only complaint is that they were stingy with the fries on the kids meal lol. My daughter’s food looked like someone ate half of them and brought them out (see photo). Besides that, 10 out of 10 food, service, and experience. I would love to visit again.

One of the better locations for sure. Bar/lounge is open seating! Sometimes bartenders forget to check on their tables and come out from behind the bar. Crawfish is the best!!!!! Seasoned well.

April 2025 Love Cajun food but unsure about this restaurant. Great deco and vibe but low energy from the staff. My rating as 5 is very satisfied Food 3/5 Fondue was just sticky cheese. Fried gator was pretty good with great complimentary sauces selection. Boudin balls were tasty and hot. Etouffee with roux was not very tasty. Mahi Mahi was ok not remarkable. Speed of service 3/5 Slow not timely. Someone ran the food after ordered. I think they were under staff, many emptied tables. Garlic bread was tasty. Attentive and courteous 4/5 Friendly but waitress had a big stations. Temperature 3/5 Since we have a large party I assumed some of our orders were seating on the line. The fried items were timely but not the boudin balls. Cleanliness 1/5 I don’t think anyone was checking the restroom. Will I recommend? 3/5 neutral Will I return? Not sure. There are other good choices. One thing for sure, the menu pricing was reasonable with good portion.
