We absolutely love Spring Creek! Delicious Texas BBQ with good service and food options for the whole family to enjoy. I love the brisket and sausage plate, and the choices of veggies including green beans, potato salad, corn, and macaroni and cheese are great. They have fresh, hot yeast rolls for guests, and offer cobbler and Blue Bell ice cream for dessert. So good!

This is our go-to spot to eat before going to the movie theater across the street. The food is consistently fast and tasty and they're rarely out of anything (a very common problem I've come across with BBQ restaurants). I love that you can get a simple meat and veggies dish with a variety of options for the whole family. But that is nothing compared to the atmosphere and service. I sound so old saying this, but I really do feel that it's hard to find a place that still values service with a smile. The folks that work here genuinely seem to want to be there and have great attitudes. Some even remember us and ask us what movie we're going to see :) Honestly can't say enough good things about this location and it's people. That is what keeps us coming back.

Everyone there treats you like family. I have celiac and they accommodate my needs with no reactions. I come in and they know what I like and to change gloves and cutting boards. Plus you get free ice cream on Sundays with your meal. Sara, Matthew, Halley, Jenna and Casie are especially friendly. Highly recommend for its family atmosphere.

This is my family’s favorite place to get BBQ in our area. The brisket is always great. And those rolls… those delicious rolls. Plus the staff is always really awesome. The young lady that works the to go counter most nights (it’s either Sara or Ann) always talks to my son and it has become his favorite place to eat, mostly due to the way they treat him like a king. I'm a regular customer a Spring Creek bbq in Garland just about every Sunday. The ribs and brisket are "melt in your mouth tender" everytime, including the chicken. This place has a very friendly staff that makes me feel like a regular customer. Sarah and Haley are great employees and are very friendly..they call me by my first name everytime I visit this location. I really enjoy coming to this location. I would highly recommend this place for their food, friendliness and atmosphere.

My husband and I go about one a week. The food is always consistent and good. The staff is courteous and friendly. However, one staff member stands out, Tucker! Every time we visit, he calls me by name and is genuinely happy to be at work. He usually is in the service line but last week he was busing tables and whistling the whole time he was doing it. I just had the most amazing experience at Spring Creek BBQ! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of smoky meats and the buzz of happy diners. I decided on the BBQ baked potato, and oh my goodness, it was a flavor explosion! My husband ordered the two meat plate, and we couldn’t stop raving about how tender and savory the meats were. I was super impressed with how quickly we got our food – in and out in under 15 minutes! If you’re in Garland, you absolutely have to check this place out. It’s hands down the best BBQ spot around!

I loved this location! We are at a winter guard competition taking a lunch break and my friends and I decided to come here and it was a great choice. The food was great, and the bread was a nice compliment. Also, when my friend asked for no bread and said she was celiac the man serving her actually cut her food on a whole new cutting board and with a new knife. Had a fantastic experience yesterday at SC-BBQ! The meats are all amazing, good smoke, not dry. Perfection! Sides are good. The fresh bread the bring around is fantastic, like time travel back to the way home bbq used to be. Finished it with excellent peach cobbler and Blue Bell vanilla. Shout out to Ava, and the whole team who were so kind as I was trying to take care of my parents. This place is more than the Texas Bbq mythos. It aspires to be the big hearted Texas we aspire to, and also the Texas family reunion. I wish I could give 6 stars!

02/01/26. @ lunch on Sunday. A group of 30 for a 50th Anniversary party. The staff was amazing, the young female manager was very helpful, had a wonderful attitude and excellent people skills, the girls that brought rolls and ice cream around were the best. Food was excellent. The staff made sure that all the members of the party were well taken care of.. It was a busy day and the line went quickly and the staff handled everything exceptional.

The food is delicious!, I personally love the turkey. The employees are so nice and work to keep you happy. Don’t forget to get some cobbler! Out of this world. Great experience.

We just visited today for lunch with our daughter and her husband. The staff was very friendly and courteous and anxious to meet our requests. There was a young lady serving freshly baked rolls that were incredible, and she stopped by frequently to ask if we needed any more. We had the chopped brisket sandwich and were asked if we preferred a leaner cut of meat, or something with more marbling. At a lot of places you get whatever they have on the cutting board, so this was nice. There is a great selection of other meats available along with ribs. Our meal came with two vegetables. Between three of us we had potato salad, macaroni and cheese, and the fried okra. Everything was delicious, and the okra was cooked to order so it was fresh, and not that heavily breaded type served at some places. The potato salad was very creamy, and was flavored just right. Sara, one of the managers stopped by to check on us and then told us about their app for the phone. Signing up will get you a free cobbler, and we were able to redeem it immediately. We chose the pecan pie cobbler with a big scoop of Blue Bell ice cream on the side. (We chose it that way and they were glad to accommodate us.) Haley (forgive me if I mid-spelled your name) our cashier was very friendly to add ice to our re-fills and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this location for fulfilling your Barbeque desires.

The food was okay. It was fairly dry, and a bit fatty on some parts, the coleslaw was outstanding!! I will be coming back to try some brisket! The customer service was amazing! We felt like family whilst being there, the African American Lady, Makayla, was the biggest sweetheart ever, she made us feel so welcomed, kept my family laughing, and made the best bread!! The cost of everything is fairly high but I guess I can see why. We will be making a trip back soon!

I liked this restaurant. The food was real good BBQ & it has a very cozy setting. It's really nice. When you go in, you go through a line and like in a cafeteria. You choose you meat, then sides, they huge pie pieces, then you get a drink, then go sit. The guys cutting the meat at the serving line were friendly, pumped & energized singing and chanting happily. 😃 Young ladies go around to each table offering fresh baked bread from a basket. The place is pretty big and has an room which can be reserved for parties or special dinners. You can order "Take Out" or "Dine In". Only thing is...it's a little pricey and the girls could be a little more cheerful and maybe smile more. Maybe we dined on an ehh day, cause I've gone to other restaurants on super busy days and the staff would be super cheerful. Sooooo....I think these ladies could smile more. Other than that, it was a nice place to dine.

The BBQ is okay. It's on the better end of chain restaurants. Rolls are good. The young African American women handed out bread and were very polite. She provided great customer service. She also attended the dessert station. On the other hand, Sarah, at the takeout counter, seemed to have a sour attitude. She was especially rude to her coworkers. This negatively affected the atmosphere of my family's lunch. She only tried to change her attitude when it was apparent that customers had taken notice. Hope the right person takes note of this behavior and justly corrects it. A healthy work environment is always important.

Ordered the Family kit of Brisket & Chicken w/3 sides, to feed 3-4 people they said. Thoroughly disappointed in portion size for $60. Barely enough brisket for 2 people, 3/4 lbs. He made up the next day by supplying a 3/4 lb replacement. But I WILL NEVER ORDER A FAMILY PACK AGAIN. HORRIBLE VALUE!! I informed the person attending us I would be giving this honest review. He agreed and did not the portions equaled the price but as he stated he had no control over that. It was way above him on those decisions.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, We ordered food and the cole slaw had soured, I took it back and requested a replacement the female cashier had a massive dont care attitude, I finally had to ask for manager and waited for another 10 minutes before manager came out she was about as effiecient as the cashier. Iordered okra to replace the slaw, by time it came out the rest of my party was done eating and my food was cold and I had spent my family time waiting at the counter. They never apologized or offered a discount. We always liked this place but won't bother with them again too many other good places to go. If your the owner reading this you really need to pay attention because your restaurant has DEFINETLY GONE DOWNHILL!

Employees yelling across the room while trying to enjoy your meal. Pulled pork was horrible. My son did like the ribs thou. Bread girl kept interrupting every few minutes, even after being told no several times. Will not be back.

I have eaten at this SC BBQ for years and for the first time ever was very disappointed, my marbled brisket was so dry it was crumbling the same was true for my sons dinner as well he is 3 and he asked for brisket for dinner and he refused to eat what was sent and I can not blame him. When I go to SC BBQ I expect good consistent food and that was not the case today. And with BBQ prices that is not only a hit to the taste buds but the wallet.

If you get brisket always ask for the marbled which is with fat, the food was good, but I didn't like the service or the amount of food for the $25 We spent, regarding the service, we tried to go to the line, which there was nobody in line. So we could see what we were getting instead of having to go over to the to-go desk to order it, they pulitely ask us to go to the to go desk. But we said we wanted to stay there while they fixed it. And they declined by saying you have to go over there. Well, we wanted to see what we were getting before. We paid the money we didn't get much. Here's the after picture. If I could give a no star review I would. I bit into my chicken and it was not done. Blood running down the bone. We took it back to let them know and the guy said "sorry" and that was the end of it. The sausage had great taste, but not even slightly warm. The ribs still had the membrane on them and I am pretty sure the brisket had been frozen or just came out of the fridge... if you want a hot meal and don't want to get sick, go somewhere else.

We use to enjoy our local spring creek garland but last staw with bad togo food over the last 6 months. We have tried to let our burnt to a crisp potato, burnt rolls, our mix up orders or leaving out paid items as mistake. But now See our potatoe gone wrong with curdle sour cream. I ordered a baked potato only and I got some meat on top, burt rolls but..overlooked but I took one bit and now I feel sickness.
