Collonut in Gavà. Interesting interior. We went with a group for dinner. The service was fast. The food was varied and delicious. We enjoyed it here. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Today I went with a friend for a vermouth at Conollut. We were pleasantly surprised, firstly visually: the decor is pretty and the place is very bright. We ordered two vermouths and some stuffed olives and potatoes to nibble on. The chips are homemade, and the accompanying salsa, "i oli y brava," is very good; the vermouth is also homemade.

It was truly a delightful experience sitting down for a drink at the COLLONUT vermouth bar. We had a pleasant time and enjoyed the dishes they offered. Their toasted sandwiches are simply wonderful, both the pancetta and the sausage. But I especially loved the sardine one—it was so good, honestly. The anchovies were also excellent. And what can I say about a perfectly chilled, expertly poured beer? These people know what they're doing. This is our third time visiting, and I'm writing this well-deserved review because the overall experience, from the moment you walk in the door until the end of your visit, is incredibly enjoyable. The team does a fantastic job.

A fantastic place to enjoy tapas and good wine! The atmosphere is modern and cozy, with a decor that includes a well-stocked wine cellar and hanging cured meats that give it a unique touch. The stool-style seating creates a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere. Although the staff is limited, I must say the service is excellent. Despite being at capacity, we were served by Anthony, a young, friendly man with an attitude that makes you feel welcome. His recommendations were spot on; he suggested the coca bread with oil and tomato, and I can say it was one of the best I've ever tried; the burrata was impressive, creamy, and very fresh; the croquettes were delicious, and the bravas, in an original format, were a pleasant surprise. The final touch was a delicious dessert, which made this experience truly memorable. Everything was so good that it flew off the table before I could take a photo. Highly recommended!

A few days ago, I tried this place on the Rambla de Gavà. It's relatively new, and it's a great place to grab a bite to eat. They have dishes that are all 10/10! I highly recommend it.

We'd already been to the one in Sagrera, so it was a pleasant surprise to see they opened one in Gavà! There were four of us, and we ordered croquettes, burrata, patatas bravas, a cheese board, and a Spanish omelet. Everything was very good, especially the burrata, which was delicious. The place has lots of tables and was very busy on a Friday night. The problem was that one table was incredibly loud, making it difficult to even hear the person next to us... so we finally left with a terrible headache!

FOR GOOD TAPAS. We stumbled upon it while strolling along the Rambla and decided to go in for dinner. The place is very nice, well-lit and clean, and the service is very friendly. It's a good place to go for tapas and wine. If you're planning on having lunch or dinner, as we were, it's best not to go. We wanted something to eat and were disappointed. We started with the idea of ​​ordering gradually, and to begin with, we ordered patatas bravas. Although the waiter told us they weren't the typical bravas, but rather homemade slices, I was expecting freshly fried slices of potato. Instead, they were like thick potato chips that, although homemade, were already prepared and, naturally, cold, though they were crispy. The same thing happened with the cod fritter; we thought it would be a bit more substantial, but it was very small. The coca bread was good, though; there were four pieces. The white vermouth was very good, smooth and easy to drink. Since we could see it wasn't what we had in mind for dinner, we decided not to order anything else and left. They don't grill anything, they fry everything. I repeat, it's fine for tapas, but I wouldn't recommend it for lunch or dinner.

We ate at Collonut Gavà today and, unfortunately, the experience was very negative. After the meal, several of us ended up with an upset stomach and even vomited. This isn't the first time this has happened to us: on a previous occasion, out of four diners, two ended up with stomach discomfort, and at the time we thought it might be a coincidence. But after today's experience, we can confirm that it wasn't.
