Everything is super delicious. I only wish the meat was a little softer. But everything is delicious and hygienic. The weather is super-super. It's not too hot. And the bathrooms are super clean. Excellent service. If you haven't been, what are you waiting for? 💯 of 💯 I'll be back. It's become my favorite place. And Pepsi refills. I love it.

A great family atmosphere! As soon as you walk in, you can see how clean the place is. I had heard of the famous Pollo Loco but hadn't had the chance to try them. I thought they'd be like other places, but I was definitely blown away! 🤩👌🏻 These chickens are absolutely delicious, I 1000% recommend them! 🤙🏻 The flavor is unique! 🤩 I've never tasted chicken this good. The chicken is super juicy, not dry at all, not even the breast! Wow! 😍 Of the sides, I tried the rice, it was so-so, and I felt like there was too little of it. 😅 The fries 🍟 were the best I've ever had! 🤩 They seemed to have panko breadcrumbs (but I'm not sure). They were crispy and delicious! 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 But they changed them last time! 🥲 And the service! 👌🏻 The staff is very attentive and helpful. They clean the table, ask if you need anything else, and if you haven't finished your food, they'll give you some to go. They're attentive to service and cleanliness 👏🏻 All of this at this branch deserves applause 👌🏻 That's why I recommend it 👍🏻

One of the best in the area, don't forget to go to Pollo Loco on Wednesdays, where with the purchase of a medium chicken, they give you free tortilla chips with their green salsa. Wow, the best toreados chilies and the Jamaican water that characterizes it.

I've visited this restaurant at this location on more than one occasion, and each time I've been there, I've left with a very good taste in my mouth, both from the service and the food. The servers have always been friendly and attentive, which I think is remarkable in a restaurant. As for the food, it's chicken. There's not much to say, however, I must highlight the sides and sauces are good. Something I like about it is that every time I order something, the person at the register has suggested menu options that are best suited to my order. On more than one occasion, I've paid less than I expected thanks to these suggestions. I consider the prices affordable and worth it for what you get. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Finally, I must highlight the cleanliness of the place; it's appreciated.
