I ordered the 10-piece package and they didn't include the tortilla chips. I think it's really unfair that they delivered it. Since it was a drive-through service, they should pay attention to this. Pedí el paquete 2 que incluye arroz y al llegar a cas veo que no me lo pusieron. Y para colmo el pollo tan chiquito como una paloma, sin tortillas y sin arroz, que pretenden.

Me sirvieron piezas de pollo de menos , la salsas no eran las que pedí en mi ticket , el arroz no era el que pedí , la cantidad de salchichas era menor . No es la primera vez qué pasa . Pareciera que es cosa intencional y sistemática . Levanta las antenas dueño

I'm a regular customer, going twice a week, and half the time I go, they serve customers who arrive after me first. There's no order system in the parking lot where they take your order. I won't be going back. They always do the same thing, and when you tell them what happened, they do nothing. Plus, with the sauces, you ask for one type, and they give you whatever they want. They never listen to the customer, and the service is slow. It's always a bad experience.

This is the second time the coffin chicken is overly salty and dry... The wings are burnt... It used to be delicious... I would suggest the owner or manager try their products... On July 5, 2019, I went to buy two "coffin chickens," and the service was quick. The problem was when I got home: one chicken was hot, the other lukewarm on the outside but cold on the inside. I messaged them on WhatsApp at the number on the bags: 8186 5830, but they didn't even bother to reply. In fact, they take days to see the messages. To this day, they haven't deigned to answer. It seems that if you're unlucky, you get a reheated chicken from the ones they had left over from the day before. Oh well, they've lost a customer, but they don't seem to care.
