I arrived and ordered three empanadas. They served them, and I paid. I didn't know there was an order before mine for 10 dozen empanadas. But I think it makes sense to honor the order for three empanadas rather than keep me waiting until I finished the 10 dozen. There were no other customers except the two of us. But they made me wait 45 minutes until they came up with this fantastic idea of ​​giving me my three and sending me home. Aside from that, the empanadas were delicious.

The empanadas tasted delicious, but I would change the dressing. I couldn't tell if it was chimichurri or vinaigrette, but it overpowered the flavor. I thought the price was a bit high at $44 each, and they're small, but they taste great.

My husband and I left the Benito Juárez Avenue branch very disappointed. It was our first visit; we were the second to order and the last to receive our food. They didn't even ask if we wanted to eat in or take out. There was one delivery driver and two other people working. Inside, they were having a problem because some empanadas were spoiled, and then it took even longer to get them. I think we were the unluckiest customers out of all the orders. We ate there, but honestly, we didn't even finish them. We were too embarrassed to say anything to them. They were having enough trouble, they were so careful with the little ones... Oh well, we fell for their marketing...

I love empanadas, but the service is incredibly bad. They're so arrogant; when they make a mistake and misplace my order, they don't even apologize. They always charge me for the topping and don't send it to me. When I call and tell them not to forget, they say, "I never forget, there's none," but when I go, there's always some. Terrible service.
