The cakes are delicious, but it's been a year or more since they've allowed us to use the restroom, not even to wash our hands. Update: They now offer restroom access, and they've even improved it. Excellent!

The chicken sandwich was very good, quite filling, but the soda and chips were a different story. The soda tasted strange and the chips were unsalted.

Tortas Bernal, a classic from the Monterrey family. I remember when I was a kid and I would go and order a simple cake with the cream on the side. It's a shame they don't make them like that anymore.

Just as bad as all the others, the bad service that made them famous means they'll soon go bankrupt due to lack of customer service and attention from the owners who invest their money in a good business but have terrible staff.
I've come from far away, through a lot of traffic, only to be told that cash is not allowed at this point. Such a good chain, terrible service.
The soft drinks there always taste really bad, they seem like pirated Coca-Colas.
We bought tortas and almost no meat, it was more of a lettuce and cream torta
No doubt about their great products, except that yesterday we went and the grill man told us that the cashier was outside with a young man and we waited for about 20 minutes and she never came back, we couldn't make the purchase 😡
