Nice clean place . Nice people . Good food . We got one pulled chicken burrito and one quinoa tofu bowl and both were good . The mango habanero sauce was hot and great . The guacamole as over as it was 8 pm when we visited .

I love Bar-Eat-O, but can't help but feel that the prices are a bit too high at times. The food is really good, the bartenders are attentive and friendly, but for a college town, this place is just a little too high for my wallet. With that being said, they do a good job of running weekly promotional deals, probably for this very reason, which are good at getting me into the door. I just wish I didn't grimace every time I went to the cash register. :P Overall, it's a good place for a special day, but not something to make a habit of.

This is a new and up coming place. I really enjoy the vegan options. The best part is on mondays kids under 12 eat for free. The drinks are good and the staff is great. I look forward to what they have to bring in the future. If you are looking for a quick enjoyable note to eat dont miss Bar-Eat-o

We stopped in for a first visit at lunchtime on a very quiet Saturday. The place is much bigger inside than it looks from the road and I would imagine it’s a great college bar in the late evening. I wasn’t very hungry, so ordered just a couple tacos. My initial request was for the Chorizo, but was told that it wasn’t available at that time, so I chose the Baja Fish taco. They were just okay. I suppose it’s unfair to compare them to the fresh fish in a Florida restaurant as this is not remotely in the same class of place. Bar-Eat-O is a college town bar with some just okay food. Probably not worth the great reviews as others have posted. Not really recommended, unless it’s midnight on a Saturday and you’re 20 years old. 👎

Bar-eat-o? More like Bar-NOT-eat-o! When are they ever open?? We just want nachos on a Monday!! How’s the service? Wouldn’t know. Atmosphere? Wouldn’t know!!! But I mean they sell tacos so I bet they’re good. But just let me have some for Christ sake!

Food was amazing, manager was friendly, but I ordered a burrito and the guy with glasses and tats gave me horrible servings, for $12 I expect more food me gave me like 40 grams of rice and barley any beans

I've been here several times, both for food and drinks. When they first opened, I was super excited to try it. It was fine. With time, I hoped, it would get better. Sadly, this wasn't true. The food has always been 'meh' at best. Personally, I like Chipotle's food better. There are more options here, but it seems like everything sits out for long periods of time and the taste reflects that. I've had good experiences at the bar during the day. However, this was years ago. It was never that busy. I don't know if this place gets wild at night with the college kids. ***My most recent visit, there was no bartender. That meant we couldn't get drinks. There were people sitting at the bar just waiting and not one staff member acknowledged them. There was also a sign posted: "one drink per patron." Pretty bad for a Saturday at 3PM.*** Geneseo needed a taco place on Main St. Too bad this one misses the mark.

Friday night. 2 people working. 3 people in line 15 minutes till we can order a bowl. Then we get what I suppose is a 1scoop rice and 1 scoop protein bowl with some vegatables..maybe half full ..maybe...and that's being generous with the maybe...then the magician looking guy would rather do call in orders and leave people stand there(customer service *FAILED) , and then you will get served a child's size portion for full price ? Never again. .I gave it to my 4 yr old. He's still hungry.

If you do not know who’s working you get absolutely skimped on ingredients. Payed 14.50 for this meal and got absolutely nothing.
