An intimate, warm, and welcoming restaurant serving delicious seafood and meat dishes! Owls everywhere, more or less amusing, in all shapes and sizes, very characteristic! Marco is a brilliant chef; the love and passion he puts into his dishes is evident in the taste! I recommend trying his first courses and the owl appetizer; you'll be delighted! The thin, soft-crust pizzas are generously topped (you'll be full, especially the seafood!), and the nice draft beer went down very well. Homemade desserts, the meringue pie and tiramisu were delicious. Despite the crowds on Saturday night, the staff handled the service perfectly. We were satisfied, enjoyed, and full. We'll definitely be back to eat at Il Gufo!

Best Pizza in Genova!! Pizza Chef warmed up the oven for us, thus it was 15 min before they close. Very nice experience!! Pizza was delicious and the price like in the good old times! Definitely coming back sometime.

100% satisfied, the "antipasto del Gufo" is unbelievable, made by fresh seafood. The black ink squid is soft and tasty, spicy cod fish is must to try. "Carbonara di pesce" is not a common dish to find in north Italy. Check for the daily speciality. Over all Im fully satisfied.

Really nice place, friendly and welcoming staff, it's a pleasure to chat!!! Delicious pizza!!! Especially the pesto one, in my opinion the best in the whole city!! It's not greasy with dripping oil, but not too dry either, fantastic, compliments to the pizza chef!!! The other pizzas are also delicious, thin but not dry, the edges are just the right amount of crispy!!! Good prices, we go there often and always only have pizza, but you can also order dishes if you like. Large place, with two rooms and a lower level; access to the bathroom in the second room is also possible for people with disabilities thanks to a small ramp. Payment cash or card. No outside tables.

Giorni fa con amici abbiamo mangiato in questo locale …..che dire ….è un posto bello e pulito ….ci siamo trovati benissimo nonostante sia stato pieno ed era tardi il servizio era veloce ….la ragazza in sala cordialissima e con sorriso spettacolare ….cucina ottima invece pizzeria da migliorare …..torneremo .

Ambiente casalingo, personale simpatico e alla mano , nel weekend conviene prenotare. Qualche volta sono un po' lenti se il locale è molto pieno . La pizza è a parere personale il punto di forza, gli ingredienti dosati in modo giusto e la cottura eccellente. Ma Buona anche la cucina . Ampia possibilità di posteggio nelle vicinanze. .

Ristorante pizzeria a Pra, senza grandi pretese. Servizio rapido e cordiale, ma una pizza che lascia un po’ a desiderare nel gusto e nell’appetibilità. Entrecôte di Angus buona ma non speciale, così come le verdure grigliate. Prezzi nella media. Ambiente un po’ chiassoso, confusionario.

As soon as you walk in, there's a smell... bad smells of fried food and cooking... like all places in the area, the places lack adequate ventilation and the kitchens are built right into the middle of the restaurant. The food quality is average... the prices are reasonable... the wine is mediocre and expensive... the staff are nice and attentive... They don't offer hand wipes for fish and oil in a canteen bag... it wouldn't take much. I'll probably go back in the summer for pizza at the outside tables. Install hoods... going out and having to wash everything is the worst review. Even more expensive places around here have the same flaw.

A note about the pizza being a bit overcooked and partially blackened/burned at the base. A little more attention or, at least, less overcooking would be enough. The seafood is still good.

Una pizza con gli amici il 9 giugno 2025, sperando bene perché qualche conoscente si era trovato male nel weekend precedente. Ci vado da anni con molta soddisfazione. Recentemente però qualcosa è cambiato: le cameriere sono cambiate ma sono ok. Il pizzaiolo nuovo è un disastro: la mia pizza alla diavola non sapeva di nulla, ma soprattutto mi è arrivata mezz'ora dopo gli altri del mio tavolo. Intanto vedevo che aveva da ridire con il personale, bruciava le pizze e accumulava ritardo. Tirava il materiale di malo modo ed era insopportabile da vedere. Spero che cambino di nuovo, per poter ritornare.

Sono rimasta molto delusa in quanto dopo diversi anni mi sono recata in questa pizzeria convinta di assaporare una pizza ottima come in passato ma non è stato così l'impasto era pessimo e anche la farcitura pesto e stracchino amara. Peccato era un buon posto ma non credo tornerò

Avoid if you are a tourist! Food was really good and waitresses kind but I was ripped off and charged for an extra pizza. When I challenged it the owner claimed the extra pizza was a bottle of Heineken. Which at 8 euros cost more than any of the pizzas! I got the tourist in Italy treatment.
