This is my very first time at any Chili’s and I was really blown away. I only came for the viral Nashville Hot Mozzarella. I ordered the triple dipper with hot Nashville, honey chicken tenders and slider bites.. The food was soooo good everything was cooked perfectly, the flavor was there. We also got the fajitas and those were so good as well and I’m not much of a fan of American style food but I will definitely be going back. Especially at this location we got the best service ever, and such friendly staff.

After having a great Sunday Service at church, it always a great idea to spend a good time with your loved ones in a comfort, peaceful, clean and welcoming environment like here at Chili’s 🥰 It was our 1st experience to sit and eat here at Chili’s instead of grab and go as we used to do. Delicious food 😋 Nice, caring and respectful staff🤗 No one can say that I’m wrong👌And when I took the tablet on our table to check our balance, I screamed whaaaaat?!? Is this price real?!? So affordable 🤗 And I still remember my teen shouting loudly at the exit door while reading the notice at the door: “Please come back again”… “Oh yeah, we will come back again for sure” 😅 Truth always comes from kids' mouths 😅Thanks to Randy for the incredible service and for putting a smile on our faces🤗 The sweet Chili Zing sauce was wow 😋 One of the best Grill restaurants I’ve visited here in Georgetown and I will definitely recommend. My family and I were chilling at Chili’s 🌶️🤗😂

I always love eating a great bacon cheeseburger on the 3 for 10 menu at lunch. Chili's never disappoints in the burger and fries department. The burgers are always cooked to order (medium preferred), juicy and seasoned just right. And the fries can't be beat either. They're always hot, seasoned and crispy. When you pair a great burger with fries, add in another side plus a non-alcoholic drink for only $10 you got a deal!

I ordered the triple dipper. The 3 items I chose were the mozzarella sticks, boneless buffalo wings and egg rolls. The appetizer came with ranch and marinara sauce. It took longer than usual to get the food. When it did come I noticed the eggs rolls were much smaller than usual and my boneless buffalo wings were cold. Our waitress was quick to fix the issue with the wings. The manager brought out a fresh batch. My waitress was fantastic but the food was mid. Seems like the portions are getting smaller and the price is getting higher.

We had a good experience here overall. Service was good. Seated right away. Server did a good job checking on us. My wife’s steak was undercooked a bit. My asparagus was excellent. They didn’t fuss about us bringing in fruits for the kids. Pay at the table was awesome with that Apple Pay accepting machine they have at the table.

I've got to begin by stating that Thomas, our waiter, was an example of what all servers should strive to be. Not only was he helpful, courteous, and pleasant to talk to, but, he was also very efficient. He would bring us refills on food or drinks before we even knew we needed them. The food was also quite delicious. It stood up to the quality we are used to from Chili's.

I have never been to a Chili’s before. I was staying with my grandparents, and they took me here because they had a gift card. I honestly thought it would be a crappy experience and be sub-par, but I was thoroughly impressed. I came in starving, and left being more full than I could ever imagine. Thoroughly impressed!

I’ll be honest by saying I wasn’t excited to go to Chili’s when my kid picked it last night but I was pleasantly surprised! Everyone at the table go a triple dipper plate and no one complained. The food came out hot, tasty and overall better than expected. The service was nice and the wait wasn’t too bad either.

Awful curbside. Meat was raw in my burger. Missing salsa for my chips and salsa. Missing ranch for chicken tenders. All fried food tasted extremely old and stale. When we called to speak with someone about these issues, no one ever answered. We called probably 10 times. Not one single call was answered. AWFUL.

I was on a work trip in Georgetown and ordered Chili’s to go. Unfortunately I did not get to eat that night because my steak was so overcooked, it was hard to chew and swallow. Also, the asparagus was not good at all.

Whoever the manager was today should not be in management! I didn’t get his name, but he has gold teeth. I ordered a medium ribeye (to my steak people I know… why) and my friend who was sitting next to me ordered a surf and turf with a medium well sirloin. When the food reached our table I had shrimp on top of my ribeye that was medium well and she had a medium sirloin no surf. We inform our server. The manager comes over and said to me, “Do you have an allergy to shrimp?” I said no, but I don’t want my steak to taste like seafood which he proceeds to persuade me that it won’t. Then follows with so do you want to scrape the shrimp onto her steak or do you want me to take it back to the kitchen and do it!!!!!!! That was incident #1. I asked for my steak to be remade because I like my steaks medium. The newly prepared steak arrives and it’s medium well. I show the server and the server agrees. At this point our table is finishing their food so I ask for the ribeye to be removed from my bill. The same manager comes out and vegans arguing that he personally cooked the steak and it was medium. Then proceeds to ask what I wanted my steak to look like and I pointed to my friend who had the medium sirloin though she ordered medium well. This manager tells me that her steak is medium rare. I tell him just take it off my ticket because I’m not going to continue going back and forth with him. Unfortunately I was only able to get a photo of the last few bites of my friend’s steak that he claimed to be medium rare. Will not be returning to this Chili’s.
