This is an excellent take out experience. First, I'm really impressed with how many items are available in half sized "choose 2" portions. We were able to get a variety of items with this awesome option. The baked potato is their veggie one. I had them leave the peppers off. So for those who like bell peppers, image multi-colored ones on it. It was delicious. The cheese sauce is so creamy. The Savannah salad was perfect. I loved the sherry dressing. My friend also got the club with cranberry/orange. She literally couldn't stop eating it was so yummy. Second, we ordered curbside pickup. On the drive home, the whole bagged tipped over in my new car! What could have been an @$&!!#@ experience was instead an oh-aren't-they clever!-Whoot! experience. The broccoli cheese soup (sooooo good!) was saran wrapped it supper tight. Not a drop leaked! This simple extra step shows how much they care for their customers.

Almost everything here was great. No complaints concerning people, cleanliness, sandwich or speed of service. Only two small things that weren't great: parking and the Caeser salad. This is a big shopping center and not enough spots for the number of stores, which is out of their control. A slight issue with my salad was that it was underdressed as some of the lettuce was dry. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Honestly the food was pretty good, but it was served super poorly. Our silverware was dirty, and the plate had gunk on it. The person taking our order wore a mask, which is fine, but they talked softly so really had no idea what they were saying.

The food was good, but holy smokes it is so expensive. This meal was $18. I got the French dip as part of the “choose 2”. The French dip is a “premium” sandwich so it costs an extra $1.50. You also have to pay for a drink separately. And it also prompts for a tip. Altogether, it was above $18. I wouldn’t mind if the sandwich perhaps was a little bit bigger because it’s not much. I left still hungry.

$40 for a sandwich and salad for my partner and I. I was at least expecting the high avocado up charge to be sizable but no, it was a few tiny slices and the $3 chips? Stale. :/ The chicken was also still slightly frozen in places. Very disappointing, haven’t been to one of these places before and I certainly won’t be again. Mediocre food charged at fancy city-cafe prices. I want to be clear that the staff was very kind, the store was clean, and not too loud. I am just upset at the quality of food and insane prices. Lowkey I’ve had the salad at McDonald’s and if you had me eat both, aside from the slightly larger size here, I would not be able to tell the difference.

Poor salad, black spots on avacado! Chips added to the salad when it was put for delivery, and now they are soft! Even ruined the baked potato by leaving under the heat lamp too much!

This happened with the one in Georgetown on University. We had our January Chapter meeting in Jarrell and they were supposed to deliver the lunch for the Chapter by 11:30 that day. We called and confirmed the day before the meeting and everything was a go. We completed our meeting about 11:30 and the lunch was not there. We waited until 11:45 to call to see where it was at and they said they were just leaving at that time (remember it was supposed to be there at 11:30) people needed to eat and get back to their offices. So I stood outside so I could speed things up by helping them unload. By 12:00 and still no one. So finally at 12:15 I called again because they are not that far away from we were at. I spoke with one manager and she said they were working on the order and almost finished with it and I reminded her that they were leaving with it at 11:45. Everyone was beginning to leave so I just told them never mind because we all at to get back to work. The manager that was talking to gave the phone to another manager and told him that I wanted to cancel and a refund since by that time the lunch was almost an hour late and had not even left the restaurant. He assure me that the money would be refunded immediately and we would see the refund back in 5 to 7 days. Here we are on Feb 5 and still no refund. We have called corp office and they assured us that the money had been refunded but can not send us proof where it was refunded. Not only were people late getting back to work with no lunch we did not get the money back either. They are making a hell of a profit off of us. We are a nonprofit organization and can not afford to lose $800. I do not recommend them to catering at all. This is not over. They took money for a service that was not provided.

The Club Sandwich seemed smaller and had too much mayo and not enough filling. The cheesecake slice was small. The carrot cake was okay. The Potato Salad side portion is half of what you used to get. Very disappointed. Spent alot of money for a small amount of food. I will not be back. The quality of the food seems to have gone down.

Sandwich was old . Tasted stale like it’s been stored away in the refrigerator for a while. Bowl of chili was cold. And the mango tea was warm like the ice melted away be fore the tea got cold. Wasted my money

This establishment is way past unprofessional. They almost double charged me for a to go order AND never gave me the drink I paid them almost $5.00 for on top of it. Not sure if the girl taking the order helped herself to a $20.00 tip or she just overcharged my card because she doesn't know how to work the register. But when I called to talk to the Manager the girl proceeded to tell me her Manager was in a meeting. I called back 40 mins later to try to resolve it and she told me sorry we are at the height of our lunch hour. He still would not come to the phone. I let them know if they refused to come to the phone I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge. The woman hung up on me. If you are going to patronize this place you better watch your wallet AND your credit card, because they are clearly stealing from their customers. NEVER AGAIN!

Waited 30 minutes for an online order . With my 40 pound toddler in my hands . They kept giving me blank stares and couldn’t find my order insisting my order wasn’t for their location although I showed them I ordered at their location . Had I used a 3rd party order service I’d understand somewhat . But I used their app . They tried to give me an order I saw when I first walked in 30 minutes prior . Now waiting an additional 10 minutes for it to be remade . I had half a sandwich and half a salad 🤦🏻‍♀️

We ran into Mcalisters since there is a Tesla charger right in front. Decided to just get a drink and we paid almost 8 bucks for a large peach mango tea! I told the cashier if he was right, and he said yup! Its expensive your better off buying the gallon. It blew my mind, just to get out of there I said ok, the tea it is. Got in the car and the tea was way too sweet. It made me more upset lol. I can only imagine the price for the food. The cashier was nice, the restaurant was ewe, one of the digital menus was broken and had black lines going down it. The women’s bathroom was worse , and the black and white tile on the floor was lifted, almost unsafe to walk on. But I mostly disappointed on the tea price. I will never go to one again.

Ordered a club sandwich without mayo and cook wanted to argue that he made it himself and didn’t put mayo on it even when it was obviously all on the sandwich. We didn’t even ask for the sandwich to be remade; we just asked for new bread and we would transfer everything over to try and not waste anything. The attitude was completely unprofessional.

Stood in front of 4 employees arguing for 5+ minutes without even being acknowledged. All while 2 plates of someone’s food sat there getting cold. Watched what looked like a manager walk out, see what was going on, then just leave the store… After trying to get someone’s attention and blankly being ignored, we decided it was time to leave. We absolutely LOVE McCalisters food and drove 20 minutes to have a lunch date with my wife there. Definitely not coming back to this specific location anytime soon😔

Food good, service not so much. 10 minutes late for a online, no biggie. Even giving the less desirable brookie over a my choice the brownie. No biggie. But what isn't a no biggie mistake. Having other people's sandwiches on mine Being the only one in line but everyone to busy half working and messing about. Too busy playing the classic "who going to assist her first" game Cross contamination was the worst part about this visit. More so because this could easily been avoided. That grill chicken looks old AF. So how long has it not been clean? 😔 my go to McAllister...gone downhill Then you know it can be done because my 2nd half is presentable
