Some of the best and fastest oriental cuisine one can get for a reasonable amount of money. I especially love the honey walnut shrimp when it's on offer, a good mixture of savory and sweet and I don't even really enjoy seafood that much.
This is the best Panda Express I've been to in the Austin area, food is always fresh and properly prepared, and the employees are great. The manager Adrian does a great job running this location.

Express is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Georgetown, even though it can be considered fast food. The staff is very friendly. I enjoy the large serving portions. I really like being able to sample a new item anytime I go in.

I want to give a huge shout out this location. I stupidly ordered from the wrong location tonight. I ordered on the app and was not paying any attention to the location. I assumed it would find the closet location to me to order. It did not. It picked the last location I ordered from which was a good 45 miles from me tonight. I received a text that my order was ready for pick up. That's when I noticed MY mistake. Feeling like an idiot, I called the store in Georgetown Texas to beg for forgiveness of my ignorance. The lady I spoke with as I apologized, stated she would cancel my order, even though it was already made. I honestly was not expecting a refund. Only hoping. I absolutely was not expecting to see a refund in my account the same day let alone 3 hours after ordering. But here I am, 3 hours later with my entire purchase refunded, writing a review to let you know, that is exactly what happened! This store needs to be recognized. Thank you for your amazing customer service even though I made the mistake! My son and I are regular customers ordering at least 2 times a month and we will continue to enjoy Panda because of this. You went above and beyond, in my opinion, thank you!

I ate at this location last night. It was the freakin best! Let me explain. I know that the staff was ready to go but they had this food fresh even tho it was the end of the shift. I arrived at around 9pm. There were still many choices of entrees to choose from. I ordered chow mein, orange chicken, rice and Beijing beef. It was so fresh. The staff was still cooking at this time to satisfy customers. Big ups to Panda Express. I love to see this. Keep up the good work!!!!

Panda Express They have a variety of reviews here. Some good and some bad. My experience was pleasant and good quality food. Never been here right at the noon hour or close to it. So I really can't attest to what goes on in Primetime. But I can say that the food is good and always hot. Professional Service Clean restaurant Servers are great for the most part. I come inside to dine and I go through the drive as well. Each and every time I get what i order and that is saying something . Keep up the good work
The food tastes great here and the staff is extremely polite. Today I went to eat there and one of the employees, Nathan, was so nice and greatly appreciate his attitude towards us customers. It probably doesn't seem like a huge deal, but just a little kindness can brighten our day.
Good variety of food all taste amazing the staff is extremely polite and friendly.I can understand if sometimes they are not, it gets crazy working at fast food places. But All in all this place is great all the different types of chicken and beef and they still adding new ones to see if people like it.I highly recommend this place if you enjoy cheap and high quality Chinese food and to those who don't like them because of a bad night give them another chance and if you don't like it because of the food you had,try other food there. thank you for reading.

Everytime we stop at this location we are so happy to hear Anissa's voice. We've had issues in the past with getting our order correct or friendliness, but nit with Anissa. It is hard to get friendly service with excellent food. Thank you for getting it right!
It may sound silly, but this Panda is just better. The food always seems fresher probably becasue of the volume they do at this location, but the staff is the best. They are consistently nicer and more helpful, and the manager is the great. Kudos to management for the leadership and thank you to the line staff for the hard work.
Ordered double orange chicken, fried rice and crab rangoons. Went through the drive thru. Service was fast and friendly. Food was fresh, warm and tasted great. I haven't been inside this location yet to check the inside out but the drive thru was great. I did go through the drive through at 6pm on a Wednesday evening.

Large portions! Make sure you go at least one hour before they close do more choices are available. If its not too late, they will make your dish if they are out of it. Recommend the pepper chicken if you like celery. Be sure to do te survey on the receipt so you can get a free entree of your next visit.
Stopped by to get our regular order of teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef and spring rolls. So many choices, we try other entrees there but stick to the basics.
I went here recently with my three little grandsons and they enjoyed it. It was fun teaching one of them how to use chopsticks. They loved the orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. I wish panda express had the little clips that you can put on chopsticks to hold them together. Those are very helpful for people that are just beginning to learn how to use them.
Took a while for someone to take our order, but the staff kept acknowledging we were there.
Portion were nice. They do offer a military discount too.
I picked up dinner, so I can only speak to a couple things, but the employee who took the order in drive thru was super friendly, and sounded as if he was confident at what he was doing. Additionally, the food came to me as ordered, and hot! Sometimes, I feel like people are given “leftovers” as the food is cold and doesn’t taste fresh. However, that wasn’t the case here in Georgetown, off University Ave. I’m sure every place has its moments, but life is hard, and kindness, a smile, someone working to the best of their ability, always seems to make it a little better!
The spicy orange chicken was really good. However, the fried rice was not. Disappointed! The soda machine had no carbonation. The tea was ok. The beef with veggies was also good. The spring rolls were mushy and the rangoons tasted old. I hope the one we are getting in Kerrville is much better.
I go to this Panda Express frequently and lately the portions seem to be getting smaller and smaller. The service is usually pleasant. They are in such a rush to get customers through the line that it’s often hard to understand what they are saying.
This place always rocks and seldom do i complain about these guys . On one of my more recent visits they somehow got my order wrong . I didn't discover the problem until i got home . One thing i don't like about going through the drive thru ( which unfortunately is the norm these days . I called Panda Express after arriving home and they made everything right on my next visit at no charge . When you need a break from burgers and the like this is the place to go for good wholesome, healthy food at a decent price . Mario C.
It was good food and the staff was polite but there was only one guy working the line and cashier! I was in a hurry and waited like 20 minutes. It's understaffed. I didn't even get a fortune cookie.
I dont know what going on with the service... Today I came through the drive thru I had to wait for my order to be taken. I was ok with that but what I did not liked was how my items were baged the plates were tilted and for worst they placed the sides under the plates. Which got opened and made a whole mess in the bag so I had to clean all the plates and by the time I finished my food was not as hot.. This has happend a couple of times so they need to fix this trainning their employees on how to properly bag items.. Other then that there food is great..

I know that it the holiday season and y’all are super busy. What took me back was the look of utter annoyance by the woman taking two little kids orders last night. Crack a smile for the kids sake and move on. Guess what….kids as young as 5 and 7 usually don’t know what they want and have to be asked numerous time.
I was an online order and in the bag I purchase teriyaki chicken, there was no teriyaki. No sweet-and-sour for the crab ragoons and no sauce for the egg rolls and orange chicken taste like vinager no soy sauce

Drive through, told to wait 5 minutes, we waited 20 and people behind us in line parked for their food and received it 10 minutes before we did. Asked the employee about the timing on our food and we were told the inside and online orders blew up and got them behind…. Behind already placed food orders waiting??? Update will come once we eat our food to let you know if they were messed up our order to boot.

It's panda express, so obviously, it's nothing extraordinary. Well, for the exception of their extraordinary black tea, of course... That stuff is phenomenal!! Our last visit to this location was different, though. The orange chicken had a pronounced vinegary flavor. It wasn't unedible, but it distracted from our expected eating experience...
The service at this location is always good, but the noodles have way too many veggies. It’s been getting worse and today was the worse experience so far. I ordered several chow mein bowls and there were no noodles at all. It was all cabbage and onions. Really gross! Please change your noodles to only have a very small amount of veggies! EDIT: Uploaded photo of bowl so you can see it’s half full of just cabbage. Unacceptable!
I swung by the drive thru for some food and on found a piece of metal wire inside of my orange chicken. I thought it was a bone or feather stem but when i pulled it out to look at it, it looked like a piece from those metal dish washing fibers. I called the store to let them know just in case the batch i ate from was compromised. Posting this to raise awareness
It was kind of later that day an hour before closing time for the restraunt and i just gotten off of work. I ate nithing all day and felt dreained of energy so i went to panda express to order a bowl of orange chicken w/white rice. They ended up filling the bowl to the top with white rice and only putted 5 peices of chicken ontop. I dont think i would go there again. It isnt worth eating a whole load of rice with 5 chicken peices (and the chicken is small incase anyone wants to know)
Orderd a large 12 Rangoons spent 8 dollars on it, and only got 3. Searched the bag and everything and didn't find the missing 9 ☹️
I like the food.. They Always run out of hit sauce For me that likes spices food no hot sauce is a big time waste of my hard earned makes me regret not going somewhere else..Very disappointed not the 1st time this has happened
The usual Panda affair. Food quality is ok, maybe a little lower than other locations. Sometimes it seems the food has stayed in the steam tray longer than it should. You have to ask for soy sauce and fortune cookies, which is weird. Edit: the soy sauce is now Publicly available again. However, the food quality has dipped into “inedible. “ got mushy flip of shrimp with a couple walnuts. Asked for a replacement. Got more of the same “that’s why I gave you a lot!” A water spill has been sitting on the floor for 20 minutes waiting for a cleanup. I told them about it 3 times already. Would not recommend.
Last night was my first visit to this location. My expectations are not incredibly high since it's fast food, but this was not a good night for this location. They were not prepared for the crowd they had. They had long lines at the drive through and inside, and they were out of brown rice, chow mein and a few of their entrees. No fortune cookies or silverware in my to go bag (fortunately I was taking it home). Not sure if this is common for this location, but it was a bit disappointing to only have half the menu available.
Got the family pack, usually its enough to feed 4 people and have a little left over. The fried rice container was 2/3rds full and the honey walnut shrimp (which was a $3.75 upcharge) was only 1/2 full. Food all tasted as I expect from any Panda, but really feel shorted on the portions. Barely fed 3 people. I guess this location takes advantage of having the walk-in closed and not being able to view what's happening. Likely won't be back to this location, and if so will check the meal before leaving drive thru window. Can't wait to also leave negative feedback to corporate using survey on reciept
Not sure what happened to this location. Used to give generous portions and service was pretty quick. Now the line always seems to be wrapped around the bank to the driveway and boxes are full of vegetables with hardly any meat. Beef with broccoli should be renamed broccoli with beef. Chow mein is 60% cabbage.
The teriyaki chicken we ordered was still kind of raw when we recieved it and cold. The rice at that time was hard like it had been sitting there for awhile. The floor was full of food at the time. And when I went to the restrooms they were dirty and smelled really bad.
Guess we should have read the reviews before expecting much here. Staff had a very bad attitude, it's really not even worth it. Tried to use a birthday reward and I guess that makes them mad?!? Cashier couldn't have been less helpful and lied about having a manager on duty. We'll mark this location down as a no for now.
Just came from this Panda store. Went to the drive thru with long wait time but cannot go since one of my kids were asleep. Ordered and paid for a bigger plate(3 entrees and one side) but was given a plate(2entrees and one side). No time to check prior to leaving since there was a long line. Yes, maybe skip the drive thru and go inside to make sure you get what you paid for.
Me and my partner are huge fans of Panda Express. We gone to this particular Panda Express many many times. And have never had issues with the staff. They e always been super lovely and nice. The food is hit or miss as the rice is normal cold or tastes old. But today was different. There was two people working the front counter. One was already helping an customer. When We walked in we were immediately greeted by a sweet lovely worker named autumn. She came over to us asked what we wanted and almost immediately in a very rude and snarky manner the manager Lupe, who was helping the other customer told autumn to go back to the register and check out the costumer who wasn’t even done ordering with Lupe when Lupe was more than capable of checking this customer out herself. From the dirty looks to the way she talked to autumn just made us uncomfortable and it was just disgusting to watch. Once autumn checked us out she was wonderful. We always see a new staff when we go in. Maybe instead of having to always hire new people maybe hire new managers. Coming from someone who has been a manager in the service industry. Talking to your employees like that in front of customers is just not good manager material.
Place kind of sucks. I don't know if it's just the policies of this location or company wide, but apparently you can't order just get the entrée without sides. I went around and around with the female manager and employee about just a single serve entrée. They insisted I had to also take rice, noodles or veggies when all I wanted was just the entrée. They wouldn't sell otherwise. Oddest thing I've ever dealt with. They wouldn't even package separately, either since I didn't want it mixed in. Also this place isn't friendly to peanut allergy sufferers. A relative had gone here that's allergic to nuts and he told the server as much. The server assured him that no nuts were in the food or in contact. Relative ate a peanut. It was pretty scary.
I just ordered through the drive thru. I asked for a bowl, and 2 kids meals of teriyaki chicken. They told me to hold on while they made sure they had enough. They stated they did so I placed the order. I get to the window, and was told there was a mis communication and it was sold at the front, leaving me to eat something else because I already paid. And there were only 4 options left to pick from. The wait is ridiculously long, I've spent 20 min in drive thru with only one car ahead of me.
If I could give them half a star I would. My husband went to go get food as I do everyday for lunch I love panda but after today I don’t know so much any more, my houband is Hispanic and the restraint at the time was full of cacations and the employees skipped him and so were the couples in line. If I wasn’t mistaking that’s discrimination!!! Mind you I’m a regular there so to see this happen it was upsetting because I love this place and food. But thay were trying to make him pay 10.00 for a Gatorade! No I don’t think so and then the manager was upset and making faces because they had to give him his money back. I’m so upset at this place right now!!
It was 20 minutes until closing and my friend and I really wanted some panda. We saw dine in was open and we really wanted to sit somewhere and chill. As soon as they saw us pull in they locked the door and laughed. They said they were limited on some things which is understandable but you need to get your teens in order cause that was seriously pathetic.
This is the now the 4th and final time I will try an come here. Everytime I drive up and told the drive thru is closed. I have a car full of little ones and am told that's it's because they are closing early. 4 times now closing early? There is plenty of staff inside just always horrible service. The hours on drive-thru say 10:30 not 7:45.
For the Williams Dr. location. This was THE WORST Panda Express I have EVER had. And my lady and I have Panda Exress once a week at the Wolf Ranch location usually. But they were out of string bean chicken so I went to the other. They gave us Chow Mein that was almost entirely cabbage, the Kung Poa chicken had barely any chicken, Bejing Beef tasted funny, the string bean chicken was terrible, they didn't have the 2 orders of spring rolls that I requested so i ordered 1 and 1 order of chicken egg roll which was burned. Needles to say, we will NEVER eat at the Williams Dr. location EVER again!!!!! DISGUSTED. Wish there was a no star option.
This location is using a known issue with their App to control special offers. The special could not be handled so this location would not accept orders that were not submitted through a non working APP! Manager Amy was unresponsive so I took my $ elsewhere!
Ordered three dinners through doordash, two of them were great. The beef and broccoli had ONE piece of beef in it. Tried to call, but noone sneered the phone
Will never go back to this Panda Express. Ordered bigger plate meal, found hair in Kung Pao so I called, manager was very unprofessional “like uh...” was said every other word. And when I said I’d just like a refund for this portion of the meal she demanded just to be put on a list to get a free meal. Just bad food, service and everything between. Don’t waste your time or money. *EDITED TO ADD* I’ve also found hair in the rest of my food, general manager is supposedly the only one allowed to do refunds, guess I’ll be coming back here tomorrow for a refund. Pretty annoying
The chow mein at this location consists of mostly cabbage with just a tiny bit of noodles. The do this every time and it’s honestly so irritating. Edit: today my husband picked up some plates for us and my plate had a piece of chicken that looked like it had been chewed up and spit back out. I’m getting so sick of this place, the drive thru employees attitudes (eye rolling and talking mess amongst each other), and their low quality food that is over priced. The thought of ordering from them again makes me sick to my stomach because now I’m thinking about what they do to the food since they are so shady. Do not waste your time and money on the Wolf Ranch location! They need to be investigated for how they are handling the food and what they are doing to it when they don’t like a customer!!!
I don't post many reviews, but this place prompted one... I love Panda Express, but this location at Wolf Ranch is by far the worst PE in the area (Gtown, Cedar Park, Leander). This is my second attempt at using this location... The first time, small portion and super dry as there was literally zero sauce on my entree. Tonight, a giant bowl of white rice with barely any entree at all. It didn't even cover the rice. Even my wife got ticked off about it and wanted me to take it back lol. Lesson learned. I'll never use this location again.
This is the worst Panda Express I have ever gone to. First I waited 20 mins just to be able to place my order and was told my egg rolls was going to take 8 mins to cook and I was ok with that, 11 mins later I finally got to the window and promptly paid in which I was handed everything but my egg rolls hoping they came out before my food got cold as this food usually does pretty quickly. Then I had to wait 10 more minutes for my egg rolls. Such a waste of 41 mins waiting in line to get home and eat cold food.
Was in town decided to have some beef broccoli and rice. Well I got a whole lot of broccoli but when it came to the beef. I WAS LIKE WHERES THE BEEF?? Portions are small for the price being charged. Make sure you check your box before you leave. Or make sure you tell them I would really like some beef with my broccoli and beef! I wish I had 3 hands so I could give this particular Panda Express 3 thumbs down!!
I am regular at panda, particularly this one. Unfortunately I have to say buyer beware! I arrived around eight o'clock in evening and place was deserted. That being said l found food undersable and simply unappealing . I believe the food wasn't desirable was due to heat lamps. That food had been there too long! I regret going there later in day!
Three times I've drove in town to get something to go. Three times the drive-thru was blocked off. It's 830 Sunday night and the drive-thru is closed. I called the store and was informed that they were closing early tonight because they were short on staff. I'm setting outside and l count six employees and no one in line. THREE TIMES.
Every time I go here I have a problem.i can no longer use the drive through at this location due to the fact every single time something is missing,I have to go park and check my order, on one occasion I got what I asked for but got a brillo pad in my orange chicken! This time they forgot a whole entire entre! I never post bad reviews I let everything slide but dang it what the heck guys c'mon. Why do I have to babysit or eagle eye my order can't I just say hey I want this here take my money have a nice day? Apparently not
Customer service was amazing I will give them that. But here I am the next day throwing my guts up from both ends because of that food. I didn’t even finish the entire meal because the meat and shrimp were too soggy and had a funny taste. Panda Express all together has lost my business. If I could give the food a zero I definitely would. 😔
Walked in with my husband intending on getting some food and as we were in line behind these two girls, a roach fell from the ceiling and hit one of the girls in the head. Absolutely disgusting, we walked straight out of the establishment.
I request Beijing beef Angus steak and white steamed rice and that’s what I got teriyaki chicken even with no salsa instead Beijing beef and brown rice, not acceptable specially in the rush-hour where the traffic so bad that you will not even be able to go back and make your order right

I ordered to include only chicken Items but there was a beef in one of the bowl. I had to drive 20 minutes one way to get it replaced. Staffs were very rude and no sorry but simply said okay will replace it. Used the same container to fill the replacement which was awful. Never go to that place again.aThis is not the first time as they filled beef in place of chicken in the past too.
IF I COULD GOVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! Manager is extremely rude (Hispanic Lady) and wanted to argue with me about my order when I was simply just trying to get my refund. She refused to give me my money back or try to compensate a substitution so I simply had to purchase an entirely new order. NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! Her actions and attitude is just distasteful. I do not recommend this place she’s even rude to her employees she was yelling at the cashier that was trying to help me when this should be a teamwork environment. I honestly feel bad for even going inside after seeing how she treats the employees.
I ordered identical 2 plates. chow mein, honey walnut shrimp, and teriyaki chicken. What i got was a mess of mostly cabbage, 4 shrimp with a bunch of loose breading/honey slop, and a some orange chicken underneath the teriyaki chicken. The second plate had no teriyaki chicken, just orange chicken and some sloppy shrimp. Very poor experience. Not worth the drive back to correct the order.
This was the worst food. I couldn't eat any of it. I hate wasting food but this was horrible. Doordash wouldn't help
Owner does not hire enough employees for busy nights so you can easily be waiting 30+ minutes for a drivethru, online, or delivery order. If your're a delivery driver do not come here Friday or Saturday night. Five or more drivers can be standing around while one employee runs around trying to make several orders at the same time which is just inefficient.
My honey walnut shrimp how to disgusting texture that was almost like mayonnaise and the shrimp was very soft had no crisp at all was not able to eat due to weird sauce that looked looked like and had the texture of mayonnaise
Worst place ever! Had to wait 40min in line at drive thru to get the order, vehicles behind me back up and leave so i did the same. Worst place ever.
The chicken was undercooked and still very red inside. Unfortunately, I only discovered this after I had already eaten almost the entire portion, which was too late. What makes this even worse is that I ordered three Bigger Plates, all with teriyaki chicken, and they all had the same issue. From the outside, the chicken looked cooked, so I didn’t realize the problem until much later. This is a serious food safety concern and very disappointing
Ordered a family meal and got an extra bucket of chow mein and was missing one of my three proteins. The service quality is terrible here and this location is under staffed. I placed an online order and it wasn't even ready when I got to the restaurant 20 minutes later. What happened to the really nice black lady who worked here?? Seems like she was holding the place together smh.
I just ordered the teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. It was so soggy, slimy and disgusting. I called and asked if it was sitting out, she said "yes but we just remade everything if you want to come back in" she said "but that is all I can do for you" I loaded up my 1, 3 and 5 year old kids to go back for this 'new' food. It was the same exact soggy and disgusting food. I am so mad that I wasted not only my money but time going back.
I want to do some free advertising for this place. They now offer invisible teriyaki chicken. For those of you that want to eat healthy. Try this. You order it and then everything is there but that. I love it! I love how I have to drive all the way back here and I love that the rest of the food will be cold and soggy!
Should have looked at the reviews before eating here. Got the Angus beef which charges more and there was literally one small piece of beef after I lifted up the large piece of broccoli. Very disappointing because I usually enjoy and have good quality at Panda express. Will never come to this location again.
