We went to this restaurant today to celebrate a baptism. The menu included three appetizers, two first courses (one fish and one mushroom), sorbet, roast beef with potatoes, cake, and coffee. Water, wine (white and red), soft drinks, and sparkling wine were also included. Everything was excellent and beautifully served. There was very little waiting between courses. I highly recommend it!

I don't usually frequent many restaurants, but Ristorante Orchidea has become a go-to place for me. You don't just come here to eat well, but to feel welcomed like family. Every time I return, it's a pleasure to meet Beppe, his wife Miriam, their sons Roberto and Marco, and the legendary grandmother, the true soul of the place. The welcome is warm and sincere, and makes you feel immediately at ease. This time I chose fish: a grilled dish served with enthusiasm by Roberto, who called it "a spectacle"—and he was absolutely right! Authentic, intense flavors, the likes of which I hadn't tasted in a long time. My wife had the mushrooms, and again: another spectacle. Everything is prepared with the highest-quality ingredients and a passion that is palpable. The desserts, then, are a real treat: homemade by Beppe's grandmother, with love and skill. A perfect ending to an evening steeped in emotion and tradition. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff: every visit is an enriching experience, and I'm happy to be a loyal customer. If you're looking for a restaurant where you eat excellently and are treated like friends, Orchidea is the place.

Highly recommended restaurant. A casual place with professional staff who are always available to serve their guests. The staff who welcome you are incredibly friendly and professional, as is the owner, who comes by your table several times to check if everything is okay. I've eaten at this restaurant several times and tried various dishes: from fish to pizza, they're top-notch. Generous portions and fair prices (a mussel appetizer costs €9, and a portion of the main course is included, which is delicious if it's on the menu). The fried fish is fantastic, and the tuna steak is exquisite. And what can I say about the fabulous and delicious homemade desserts? Ask the very knowledgeable and friendly staff for advice. There's little wait in the kitchen, and during the week you can find a table even without a reservation. I'll definitely be back.

We stopped for a quick lunch while working in the area. The place is casual yet welcoming. At 1:45 PM on a Saturday, they welcomed us without any issues due to the time, but there were still several tables occupied. The service was friendly and fast. We each had just one first course: spaghetti with clams and plin with roast beef sauce. Both were excellent and plentiful, accompanied by a good house wine. There was a mushroom-based menu that would definitely be worth trying next time, with more time to enjoy it. Free and plentiful parking in a square next to the restaurant.

I've been back to this place several times now. The space is spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The portions are generous, and the food is excellent, both for the use of top-quality fresh ingredients and for the preparation. Highly recommended! The mushroom menu is a delight for the palate. The house red wine by the glass is also excellent.

One of the best culinary experiences in Valsangone! The all-mushroom menu is truly remarkable, both for its quality (really excellent considering the high demand) and quantity (more than generous portions). I booked a table for friends from the area and they were more than satisfied! The value for money was more than fair, because after a full menu (three appetizers/two first courses and two second courses) with dessert and wine (the house wine (extraordinarily good)), my wallet didn't bleed at all (only my scales 😅). A special mention for the service: a friend of mine is celiac and lactose intolerant: I've never seen such kind and thoughtful care and attention from any home-style restaurant (the waiter asked about the ingredients and then suggested the dishes to order). Compliments to the manager! P.S. Besides being delicious, the dishes are also beautiful, as you can see from the photos!

Fantastic or better show !!!! The owner is an exquisite person who welcomes customers as welcome special guests and follows them during the meal without neglecting them even a second. The service is very fast, carried out by kind and capable staff. Vario menu and able to satisfy all ages, many proposals for vegans. Abundant portions If you want the mushroom menu, it is better to request it during the booking phase. I recommend it absolutely

I went there with a couple of very good friends of mine. It's a lovely place, with a very family atmosphere. They also make pizza. The menu isn't overly extensive, but it's well-cooked, which I'd say is always the best option. I'm always wary of long menus. You feel pampered and at home. The desserts are delicious, all prepared by the grandmother, who, according to rumor, is in her eighties. At the end of the meal, they offer homemade myrtle or limocello. I'll be back to try the pizza, too.

Probabilmente abbiamo preso una serata no. Però pur avendo prenotato per le 21 ci han fatto accomodare alle 21.50. Personale gentile ma super impegnato ( sottodimensionato) il cibo di qualità mediocre . Un antipasto misto mare , una frittura mista con 2 gamberi , patate fritte , dolce e mezzo di vino della casa a 49 euro mi sembra eccessivo sopratutto visto la qualità mediocre. Per scusarsi da un conto di 254 euro ci han scontato 9 euro e offerta 1 grappa . Troppo . Locale bello ma troppo troppo kaos .
