Friendly staff, didn't have to wait long since I did my order online. But good lord the parking lot is horrendous here.

Went here with my girlfriend and ordered a white gummy and a peanut butter moo'd got into the car and my girlfriend spilled her drink. We ran inside to get some napkins and Erin and Sophia asked what happened. I told them, and they said they would like to remake the drink for us. Ended up, leaving happy despite the spill. This is an amazing chain that specializes in serving healthy fruit smoothies. I always order their mango-a-go-go. Highly recommend if you want some cold, healthy, refreshing fruit smoothies!

The smoothie was made quickly, and everything tasted fresh and exactly how I expected. The store was clean, and there were plenty of seating options if you want to hang out for a bit. It’s a nice spot to grab something refreshing, especially on a hot day. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area.

I ordered a delivery yesterday. Unfortunately they did not have an oldie but goodie smoothie listed online for delivery. I made contact with Gilroy Jamba Juice to explain situation, the manager, I believe, went out of her way to advise employees that when my order was received to change the smoothie I had ordered to the one I really wanted and have been drinking for many years. When my order was delivered, it was perfect. Thank you so much 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Must also add that they do still make that smoothie but it’s not listed online for delivery. However, whenever I am able to go in person, I always order that smoothie and they always make it. Gilroy Jamba Juice is the best Jamba Juice in Santa Clara County in my opinion 😊

I dont have a complaint about this location. I go about once every other day and they havent disappointed me. I get the Chocolate Mood or thr White Gummy and they are both really good. The staff of nice and even with everything going on, they are clean and are working hard to get everything done in a reasonable time. I very much recommend this location to anyone who is craving some Jamba Juice.

The only Jamba Juice in Gilroy! But it is sub par for Jamba Juice. The one in Morgan hill is better for sure. But at least we have one we can go to.

Poor quality. Servers are high school and college age and not consistent with their smoothies. As a prior employee at another Jamba Juice, I recommend avoiding this location.

I love me some Jamba but this location charges nearly a dollar more than any other location I go to normally. This is where the fruit is grown...should be cheaper. Just be prepared to spend an extra buck here.

Worst experience. Slowest service ever. After I paid for my drink they told me oh we don’t have that anymore. Only smoothies no juice drinks. I thought the name was Jamba Juice not jamba smoothie.

They didn’t even try to attempt to make it today. The cashier checked in the “back” and just decided that they discontinued making it. I just ordered this drink there last week?? Poor customer service, what a shame.
