This place is awesome!!! Best frito ever! I'm a nice cream junkie so I'm very biased to ice cream however this froyo is amazing! Flavors are fun and exciting! The toppings second is equally awesome! I'm hooked! Me and the kids have officially named Fridays "froyo Fridays" and this place is our new hangout!!!

The flavors they had when I went were amazing but what I liked the most is that I went with my mom and my 3 year old and both of the girls working there started playing with my son, they were lovely! We enjoyed our froyos and my son enjoyed playing with them with the big connect-4 they have at the store.

This Menchie's location is always a great experience. It's clean and bright with friendly staff. There is never a wait. The fro-yo is delicious and there are too many toppings to choose from. Be careful not to fill your bowl too much or it can get expensive. Highly recommend this Menchie's.

The yogurt was smooth and creamy (can be contributed to quality mix, but being that smooth is due to meticulously cleaned machines) and the staff was very friendly. Great place!

Very good for a treat for the kiddos but very expensive great selection and everyone can get what they want. Dairy free and gluten free options available not just sorbet either. Following covid protocols well

They have really delicious yogurt and quite an assortment of flavors and many toppings to choose from! Everyone is always very friendly as well! Great place if you want to be in and out with kids.

This store barely offers a variety of flavors. Half of their machines do not work. It’s been like this for a while now.

I killed two roaches while at this place and tried to reach out to management before posting this but they didn’t care to even respond.

If we could rate a 0, we would. Been here 3 times, more than 1.5-2 hours before they close and the place is consistently shut down. Don’t waste your time.

Update: Saratoga Springs store: Pathetic!! No selections! Used to Love this place but they either have a bunch out or change flavors quickly! Sad as the closest place like this is Clifton Park!

We arrived at the store at 8:10pm for the bogo deal. A sign on the door said "no longer accepting customers". We asked if they were sold out, the employees said no not sold out, they were starting to clean up so they didn't want to accept anymore customers. How is that acceptable? If a store is opened until 8:30pm doesn't that mean customer can make purchases before 8:30pm? As far as I can tell 8:10pm is before 8:30pm

Horrible selection. 9 out of 16 machines were not working! They didn’t even have vanilla. What a waste of a trip. If over half the machines are not working or empty there may be a problem!

Went to get bogo. Arrived at 8:10 and they posted a sign saying “we are not accepting customers”.

Got here at 6:45 and they were closed, lights off. Don’t advertise 8 if your going to close 2 hours early every night
