I hosted a lunch for daughter’s baptism here and the entire experience was amazing. The food was phenomenal (family is still talking about it!) and I could not have asked for better service. Recommend them 10/10!

My husband and I went here last week and were not disappointed. The food is delicious, the ambiance lovely, and the staff aims to please. I’m looking forward to see indoors when it’s finished. Great new addition to the neighborhood.

Took my kid to the playground and found this GEM …. A great Resturant steps away from the playground … Beautiful atmosphere , great food , kid friendly , friendly service … love it all … felt like I was on vacation … loved it all , I plan to make this my regular go to spot and even have a private family party here if possible … staff was extremely nice and walked us around …. Can’t wait for the inside area to open up .

Very great spot! The food was perfectly cooked, large portions. The cocktails were well inspired and for fall, they had many specials. This is a perfect restaurant tucked away, and convenient for those who want to play some golf. The service was very good and thorough! We had a lovely time and found the food to be great and a great value. Steaks and Chicken Marsala were outstanding. Many sides and options for kids too (including a kids menu).

I hosted my bridal shower at The Marker last weekend, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. All of my guests are still raving about the incredible food and the beautiful setting. The Marker is a fantastic new spot with beautiful golf course views and a relaxed, upscale vibe. The live music on certain days adds a great energy, making it perfect for a night out. As a fan of The Brass Rail and Heirloom, I’m happy to say this place fits right in same high quality, with its own unique charm. The octopus was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. And the tiramisu martini is a must try. I’ll definitely be back!

Outdoor seating is preferred weather permitting. You have a few of the golf course and the water too. The cocktails are delicious. They have a spicy blood orange margarita that was excellent. The food for very good with a nice presentation and flavorful. Recommend you try their lettuce wedge salad.

We went New Years Eve for the first time of the new owners .., food was fabulous.. service was very good and our waiter was excellent.. must try this place

Absolutely love The Marker! Have been there a few times already and never disappointed. The grilled skirt steak is soo good and the drinks are great as well. Everyone is also very friendly and accommodating, you never feel rushed no matter how busy they are. 10/10 and welcome addition to Glen Cove!

We recently hosted an event at The Maker and it exceeded all expectations. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is excellent.

My husband and I came to this local restaurant to celebrate a last minute, early VDay dinner. Great ambiance, warm and welcoming staff.Our drinks were delicious as well as our dinner. Great vibe. Sat at a high top table in bar area. *Happy Hour menu is available (3pm-6pm) has a nice variety of options.

We went there for an engagement party and it was outstanding.The outdoor space was just fine and the food, service, music and bartenders were great.

What a lovely hidden gem on the north shore. Had an early Christmas celebration and thoroughly enjoyed everything! The server, Juan, couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. From our drinks to the appetizers (fried calamari and stuffed clams), caesar salad to our main courses (skirt steak, pappardelle with ragout, burger, steak fries and Philly cheesesteak), the food was splendid. The restaurant has been updated and is beautiful inside, very, very clean, and the staff is lovely.

Have been wanting to try this place for a while. Came here for holiday party. Food was good, staff was friendly and they inside is very new looking. Love that they have prixe fix menu during the week. Would recommend if in the area

Great food our server was A plus but …. Drink service excruciatingly slow. Painful and unacceptable. 30 minute wait for two glasses of wine? This is your major profit center, mgt - get it together! Do you need Bar Rescue to whip the bar/drink staff into shape?

Food was good. I had 2 appetizers However, at Happy Hour- wine i thought was way overpriced. A glass of B V cabaret was $18. Regular price not during happy hour is$23. A little too much for my pocketbook.

I’m disappointed writing this review bc I think this place has a lot of potential. We dined here on Friday, June 6th and service was abysmal. It took 10 minutes to get water, another 30 minutes to get a cocktail (waiter said it was delivered to another patron). Food was also slow and lack-luster (overcooked burger when asked for med-rare). Took another 30 minutes just to get our check after asking multiple employees. When the hostess came by and we voiced our concerns she just laughed (that actually upset me the most). We love Heirloom and Brass Rail. Food and service are always great there.

Arrived for 8 pm reservation, was seated and not acknowledged for first 15. A server then came to set the table and offer water. Another 15 minutes later another server came up and asked if anyone had helped us yet. We then ordered drinks, apps and entrees as it had already taken 30 minutes for someone to take our order. Took about another 20 minutes for the drinks to come which was followed by our entrees arriving before our appetizer. We were just about ready to leave at this point. Would say ambiance and drinks were very good, food very very salty. Would not go back for food but if in no rush, would go to bar for a drink.

I recently had the chance to dine at the new restaurant located on the golf course, and as a fan of both The Brass Rail and Heirloom, I was looking forward to a delightful experience. Unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. To start off, I ordered the baked clams, but they arrived dry and lacked the flavor I was anticipating. It was a disappointing beginning to the meal. Next, I tried their interpretation of Chicken Scarpariello, which was surprisingly more akin to chicken fricassee topped with sausage. While I appreciate culinary creativity, the dish missed the mark, lacking the characteristics that one hopes for in a classic Chicken Scarpariello. As for the service, it was subpar. Our server seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which detracted from the overall dining experience. With restaurants in this price range, I always expect a certain level of service, and sadly, this one did not deliver. On a positive note, I must commend the ambiance. The setting on the golf course is indeed lovely and would make for a great spot to relax and take in the scenery. However, the visual appeal alone isn’t enough to warrant a return visit, as I was looking for a memorable dining experience, not just a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, while the restaurant has potential, my experience was lackluster. I hope they can refine their menu and service to match the beautiful surroundings. For now, I’ll stick to The Brass Rail and Heirloom for my culinary adventures. I can’t help but feel that there is much room for improvement.

The worst buffalo chicken wrap I've ever had. Chicken was completely burnt. Tried eating 3 bites but had to throw it out. My buddy had the same wrap with the same opinion. Other items might be good but avoid grilled chicken

Very disappointed!!! This was our 2nd time there. Our 1st time was amazing! The food was great, service, very attentive, and the dining rooms made you feel like you were at an up scale NYC restaurant. Not so this time. The bar was full of loud drunk people, the dining rooms were LOUD, the wait staff was a step above a local diner. The food was terrible, steak was tough, vegetables were hard, it was like they threw the vegetables on the grill to get grill marks and then put them on the plate. We did say something to the waitress and we were comp'd out coffee and dessert. Thanks but never again!!
