Eddie, the night shift lead is so passionate about customer service & is always so kind & pleasant to talk to. He seems to have a great relationship with his staff as well. The whole evening crew goes above and beyond. I was so grateful for that experience after an extremely long day. My food was made correctly & all fresh! Thanks, you guys! 🙏

Eddie, the night shift lead is so passionate about customer service & is always so kind & pleasant to talk to. He seems to have a great relationship with his staff as well. It was nice and clean, food came out quickly and was delish. Only downside, no fault of McD is that it's labor day weekend and it was super loud and kids running with no regard to people, narrowly missing knocking over an elderly lady.

Understaffed when I visited. I witnessed a customer verbally harass a staff member but the staff member remained professional. Afterward I thanked the manager for how the situation was handled and told them I thought they were doing a fantastic job despite the high volume of customers compared to the minimal staff. I usually stop here on my way to Cleburne to get a tea or cola. The fries are hit or miss, but the drinks are usually okay. The service is okay too. Yesterday, because I came in around one, I had to go through the second lane. I've driven through that lane before and had a hard time getting service. Yesterday again, they worked with the first lane, and never got to me. I left and drove on into Cleburne. That is a great area for a McDonald's, but this store needs some attention.

Don’t drive by this place, drive as fast as you can. As you can see from the photo, the chicken strip was not golden brown as the poster in the window showed! This is probably from some unchanged oil that it was cooked in. By the way it was lukewarm at best as were the fries. This was by a long shot the WORSE McDonald’s we have patronized and will not ever go to one again. Finally, the menu was difficult to navigate and the not too friendly Hispanic ladies behind the counter looked at me like I was not too smart.

I went in to order 4 double cheeseburgers. 2 hot spices, large order fries to go waited 15 minutes to get my water when I got to my pickup and I took a bite out of the first double cheeseburger. It was cold so I put it aside. Took about the hot and spicy, it was cold. At that point I went inside. Asked him to make me a fresh batch of what I ordered because I was not willing to pay money to eat something that is cold so they remade. My order came back to my pickup. And the only thing that was freshly made was one hot and spicy and everything else was cold. The kitchen manager comes out yelling. Because at that point I was already irritated so I.Walked in and asked them, are you all serious?I asked you to make it fresh and still cold and I threw it on the floor.... From all the McDonald's is, however, equal.This is by far the worst service.The worst way to treat people and the worst food.They also need to be trained again.Get new management and new employees

Wow I don't feel I have ever had a good experience here since they came to Glen rose! But today topped it the people at the window gave us a frappe we didn't pay for or ask for then proceeded to try and charge us for it? We than told them that we didn't ask for it, and a lady with a Marijuana leaf tattooed behind her ear came over and said give me the frappe back we said ok like no sweat if we would have wanted that we would have bought it. They rolled their eyes and gave major attitude over their error. Hopefully they can get a good team in here. On a positive note the GM said he would handle the situation.

Never go to this place , these guys are cheating . Orrdered a happy meal for my kid , it came without nuggets and kids fries had nothing more than a few pieces of cold French fries

I placed an order through the app. When I get home I am missing 40 of the 80 nuggets I purchased. I have called and called the store with no answer. Then I send my daughter back to the store and they will not give us the missing food. This is not the 1st time food has been missing or the order is incorrect. Check your bags or go to a different location

Don’t go to McDonald’s go to Whataburger instead!!! On July 20,2025, My aunt had a mobile order so me and my cousins went to go pick it up, as soon as we got there it was 10:15pm two cars were in front of us. No one would answer on the speaker so both of them left. Then we went to the drive thru, no answer, we thought the speaker machine was broken so we went to the first window, no one was there, tried the second window, no one , then the last window, NO ONE! Then my cousin got off the truck and started knocking on their window trying to get their attention, it was only the kitchen manager and the store manager inside, as soon as they saw us knocking on the window they ran and hid. Then we went again at the drive thru and they had put cones up. We all decided to get off and knock on the door to at least ask why we couldn’t get our food from the mobile app. At this point, it’s 10:35pm, we even double checked what time they closed, and it said 11. Once we got off, they got on the intercom and started yelling at us to leave and that they were closed and they threatened to call the sheriffs department. We then went back to the truck and called our parents and they arrived at the same time as the cops. The cops said that the McDonald’s workers called us juveniles and claimed we were harassing them. the whole time, we just wanted our food. After speaking with the cops, we still never got our food and went to whataburger instead, don’t waste your time or money after 10pm at McDonald’s.

I would like to bring to your attention an incident involving a staff member whose customer service was less than satisfactory. On this occasion, the employee neglected to include a McChicken sandwich in my order for my son. When I addressed this issue, she suggested that I should visit the drive-thru on a daily basis whenever I required assistance. This experience has been quite disappointing and has raised concerns regarding the level of service provided.

Not only does the food suck but they can never seem to get it right :) now with the McDonalds monopoly going on they take my piece before I get my food/drinks (I do delivery) and there’s no number to call when your food is messed up or if they decided to take the pieces you paid for so now I just get to deal with spending almost $30 on shitty fast food 👍

GREEN HAIR TROLL ALERT!!! i was pulling a trailer coming back from a car show. stopped in to get a McRib. i parked in front of Mcdonalds out of the way of any traffic or customers. a green hair troll came out and told me to move. i said i was puling a trailer and there isnt anywhere else to park. she said someone was going to hit my truck or trailer and i had to move. my wife was in the restaurant getting our food, the cashier told her we would have to move our truck.. we left without getting anything. watch out for the green hair troll...

Went through drive thru and tried to order 6 pies, they checked and said they had 5 available, one pumpkin and 4 apple. I said that's fine, I understand and I'll take those. Then I got stuck waiting for 25 minutes after paying, waiting for pies they had already verified they had ready! No one even communicated a reason, just left waiting. Absolutely ludicrous! I'll give them this, when they finally got me the food, they had gotten a second pumpkin and included it in the bag.

Th is Place Sucks! It Took Almost 45 Minutes to get our order. When brought to the attention of the worker, she was rude, and said "you'll have to wait your turn. The food we did get was cold and not edible! Don't waist your time, folks!

Not to go into too much detail, but they gave away my order after sitting in line forever and then had to sit and wait another 20 minutes from the remake my food from an online order and didn’t even fulfill that correctly no straws no dipping sauces and a smug smile from this goofy looking manager

Horrible customer service. They locked the lobby and we had a long horse trailer and were going to try to order in the drive thru on foot. The employee came out extremely rude and told us to leave and that it was a “safety hazard” we explained we had an 8 hour trailer and he was rude. Will never visit this location ever again.
