It was my first time at this restaurant, I came here to work on my schoolwork, etc. I thought it'd be some kind of lounge or workspace, from the name, but it's more of a restaurant, so keep that in mind if you're coming here to study, etc. Im not sure if you can work on your stuff here, but I did get a warning at the door that if you order food, you have a maximum time of 90 minutes here. I got sat at a table, and got helped by a server called Jordan. Supppppper nice and helpful guy. It was my first time and I wasn't sure what to order. Everything looked good, and I wasn't picky. I asked him what to order and he recommended the Lavash Wrap. He told me I could customize the meat inside, but I wasn't sure what some of the meats were, so I told him to choose and pick for me. He asked for the type of food I enjoy, and chose for me. I ended up really liking it since I have a more salty preference palette. I also asked him for coffee recommendations. He recommended a couple, and I told him I didn't like super sweet coffee, so he helped me in ordering it with less sweetness. In the photo, you can find the Tiramisu Latte. Not too sweet, and tasted so perfect when mixed together. Loved it :) Prices here are definitely a bit higher, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, vibe and service here is great.

I truly want to recommend this café to everyone and thank the owner once again for the great service. It’s the first time I’ve seen an owner so dedicated and responsible in their work. I had guests visiting from Sacramento, and I brought them here so they could feel true Armenian warmth — and that’s exactly what happened! We asked to take a photo, and the owner kindly came over several times to make sure we got the best shot. He even treated a child to a sweet 😊 Thank you for your kindness, hard work, and warm atmosphere. Wishing you continued success and many happy customers! 🌟

You can tell right away that My Cafe takes pride in what they do. The quality of the food is outstanding—fresh ingredients, great flavors, and everything made exactly right. Orders come out quickly, everything is accurate, and they’re always happy to help or make recommendations. Nikki, was my server. As a CEO in the gaming industry she is exactly what I look for in an executive. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to details was impeccable and very impressive. She is a star! You are very honored to have her working for you. Instead of wasting the last 1/4 of my steak she offered to box it with some fresh lettuce and all of the items of my steak salad. She also saw how much I loved the bread and added a loaf. Watch out Outback…I may be stealing her!

Personally outback steakhouse I think is the best bang for your buck when it comes to a great steak. Today we had Collin for our server and let me tell you he's the best! We go often but this is the first time at this location and he knows his stuff and can upsell. We had never been offered onions or a blue cheese crust at an outback and boy was it fantastic!! I can not rave more about Collin if I could give 10 stars I would.

I had a loaded house salad (added bacon and egg ) home made ranch dressing & a loaded baked potato cooked to perfection with all the fixings . Always a visit to Aussie. I’m never unhappy with my choice . Whether my appetite is light or I’m hungry at a horse I can always count on Outback to get it right ! I love that there’s not been a huge change to their menu over the years . Some places just got it right from the beginning and knew exactly what to select for the best food options all in one place for everyone invited . Andrew was the funniest & most attentive server we have ever had! Especially for a holiday weekend such as New Years Eve! The food came out promptly, was delicious, and he offered refills & made great suggestions! We each got the garlic butter which was yummy on both the chicken and steak! We even got the tower cake for dessert! We will definitely be coming back and asking for him every time. This is the best location by far! We ate here on Sunday, December 21. Our server, Daniel, was professional and fun. The steaks were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. By the recommendation of Daniel, we added the chimichurri sauce. It was sooo good! We got sides of ceasar salad, baked potatoes and the bloomin' petals. Everything was delicious. Very glad that we ended up here and we will definitely go back.

This was such a wonderful meal for veterans day. I usually don't come out and do this because of how some places have made me feel. But my server Miranda was awesome. She made me feel welcomed and not a burden for the free meal. She was attentive and made me feel at home. The food was great too! The 3 courses was such a blessing. Mediocre outback This was my first time at this location. Overall it was ok. The restaurant was clean and spacious but took 10 minutes to get seated when there was open tables every where. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was the worst part of coming here. The onion blossom was soggy and very greasy.. The batter was falling off and tasted like pure oil. The burger was ok but nothing special. The steak was tiny and very tough to chew. Not sure if I can recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience at My Cafe. We came in as two people and were seated at a larger table even though other seating options were available. We ordered immediately just two coffees. After our order was taken, we were informed that if we were only ordering coffee, we were allowed to sit for a maximum of 45 minutes. This rule was never mentioned before we were seated. About 20 minutes later, while we were calmly sitting and talking and had not even finished half of our coffee then the server came over and asked, “How are you paying?” even though we had already paid and our 45 minutes were not over. Shortly after, the manager/owner approached us and made it clear that the cafe was full and they wanted us to move to a smaller table or sit outside so they could seat new customers. It felt like we were being rushed out simply to make room for others. The entire situation felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this place. I would strongly recommend that My Cafe’s management and staff consider traveling to Armenia for professional customer service training. They could learn a lot from established restaurants, hospitality groups, and management teams known for high service standards such as Yeremyan Project, Balkhachov Group, MBG group , or even from experienced professionals like Areg from Kamancha. If traveling to Armenia is not an option, they could also find excellent service training opportunities in the United States. I would be happy to help point them toward well-run restaurants and hospitality teams here that demonstrate proper guest-first service and professional management.

Unfortunately, this was the only option close to me that has some coffee and food at about 10pm without getting into a full restaurant. There were about 3 small tables outside that were full with plates from previous customers and I asked to have a seat outside. FIRST thing that I was told is “coffee orders have 45 min and food orders 60min”…. I almost laughed at that 😂 this is a first time I hear a time limit...if someone is at the table for too long, there are polite ways to let them know that the restaurant is busy and you cant just seat there with no orders. What type of cheap service is that. But ok… whatever. I was really hungry. I said “ok, I’ll just get that small table outside”. SECOND thing I hear is “are you alone?”. Meaning if its just me I might not spend enough or what? What kind of question is that? And FINALLY they offer me a bigger table but right next to the restroom door😂 when I asked to get that small table outside and that I dont mind wait till it will be cleaned , I was told “it would take 15min to clean it” 😂😂 15min? 😂 come on. The table is like 20” by 20” with 3 plates on it. They definitely have to work on their service technics and level it up. Sad to see this type of service in Glendale.

I am very displeased with this establishment for lying and false advertising!! We ordered a filet mignon. What we got was not what is advertised in the menu. The pictures below are what we saw on the menu versus what we were served. We sent the steak back thinking it was served incorrectly by mistake and were told “it’s butterfly cut to cook faster” by both server and manager. This was NOT mentioned in the menu. Nothing like being lied to and misled. We will not be returning!!!!

Drinks were extremely weak, Blooming onion was over cooked parts burnt, my chicken sandwich crust was also burnt. Would definitely not go back or recommend.
