Not all Subways are created equal, this one is one of the best I have had. Consistancy is key with food. My sandwiches always come out great and made with love no matter who makes them.

I go here all the time! The staff is always friendly and they make a good sandwich. It's always fresh and I admit that Subway is my guilty pleasure.

I don't understand why so many people are down on Subway! Maybe it's not the hipster gormet they think they are so clever with, but it's good sandwiches with lots of fresh ingredients for cheap! I love it!

Malee, I love this software, because the two ladies they serve are very kind, clean. Quick, even though they are elderly, they are fast at work and are well priced, they are accessible.

Food is so-so. Wish they would have plain, regular, iced-tea. Tiffany's across the street has a much better sandwich...more tasty and cheaper!

Two separate visits, ea < $9 : 7pm salad & 6pm sandwich. Salad was ok, tomatoes were wilted; Sandwich was ok, very hard bread like a giant crouton on the outside and moist/soggy inside, chicken with vegs meh. Other ingredients like cucmbrs, spinch & pepprs were decent, 🥑avo was ideal ripeness. Both meals served their purpose, so satisfactory - better alternative than JitB/McD. The ladies working there are polite and patient which is why this Subway got my repeat business.

More decency and nicer voice tone would help this place a lot! Specially when you are taking an order, come on, we understand you might have had a long day but so did others!

Too crowded, workers do not have time to change gloves, can see sweat pouring on to food. They handle both veg and non veg items with same glove

The workers here are so so unfriendly. When we asked questions it was “I don’t know” to everything. Our sandwich was decent. We got my son a sandwich here, but I personally decided to go to another restaurant in the plaza for food. It’s so expensive nowadays, so I actually care more about the food plus service/staff now.

There’s very little meat in the Philly sandwich.

Got there with no one in line in front of me. They were making an order that was seemingly made online and the guy told be he would be right with me. A few minutes later he asked for my order which I gave him. I asked for a pretzel, sandwich and soup and he started making my sandwich then went back to making other stuff. He finished my sandwich and I asked away and I had to repeat my order to another employee who also started working on other food instead of finishing my order. They charged me, handed me my bag and said the pretzel was still baking. Why didn’t they start my pretzel first? A few minutes later they handed me a my pretzel which wasn’t cooked and wasn’t edible. By this time, there was so many people waiting that we were stumbling over each other and everyone was getting annoyed. The bag they gave me ripped after a few steps, the iced tea wasn’t even available and the banana peppers and jalapeños had the stems in them. I hadn’t been here in a long time because it’s often a frustrating experience which is apparently still the case. This place has no respect for their customers or the quality of their work. Avoid it!

I love subway. But this location was horrible. BRead was stale. I showed them my coupon with timer and the lady saw it and 2 mins later rejected saying that coupon is valid. Very bad food and very bad service. Wont go again at all

We ordered sandwiches online and they were nothing like what you would have got in the store . There were so little of everything inside that you could barely taste what you were eating . It was a great disappointment.

When you bring steak to the front from the back you're supposed to heat it up! The steak sandwich is a hot sandwich. My steak was ice cold even after the bread.And the meat and the cheese were toasted because a toaster doesn't heat meat a toaster toast bread. See you again maybe next year.

I ordered Subway melt which supposed to have 3x cheese as the app says and it wasn’t even toasted forget about cheese. I called and they were so rude and I was told melt means toasted and bring the sandwich back for future credit not even refund. Not recommended at all.

It's a restaurant without a bathroom. They sell sandwiches, yet give you nowhere to wash your hands. I really wanted my go-to Subway sandwich, but I left on the principle of how moronic that was. It's Glendale, give me a break.

I ordered online but put the wrong pick up time so I called to change up the pick up got told it was taken care of then when I get there I explain what happened but get told I have no sandwich then a second guy comes up and tells me I have to pay when I was already charged and does not even bother to listen to anything then I tell him again in Spanish that I called and tells me oh why didn't you say anything then so yea that is an experience

I bought food online. I went to the store. They end up telling me "Your order never went through". I show them proof on my mobile phone. They did nothing about it & left me hanging. While I was standing there. So, I left. Guys, I fully recommend not to come here. Go to Jack in the Box it's only across the street.

The customer service is bad, the manager guy is very polite and friendly, while the taller of the two Latino women is just very rude. Both women are grumpy, unhappy and kind of rude with customers and I have a feeling they discuss the customers in Spanish while they are still standing there.

I highly recommend verifying the costs of everything before you order and double check after at this location because I've had 3 separate encounters in which an unexplained price change happened at the register. The first time I caught them changing the price at the register, and called it out, not one of the three employees there knew how to speak English all of a sudden. I left the sandwich without paying since they were obviously trying to run a scam. I went back a year or so later since it's the closest Subway in my area and hoped things would be different but, again, I had to ask why the price of my sub didn't match the price posted on their menu. This time I was told they hadn't changed the pricing on the menu yet. When I asked what their excuse was when they pulled the same trick a year earlier, they played dumb. Now, last week, after many months since my last encounter, I went in to get a wrap. I didn't see prices for the wrap I typically get at other Subways and was told it'd be about the same as the sub. Not only do you get about half of the ingredients wrapped in a wrap but, once I got to the register, I was asked to pay more than 150% the amount of the sub version. I asked how they came to that price when I was told something different minutes ago. All I got was a shoulder shrug in response. Again, I'd rather they toss the food and take the loss than try to price gauge me at the register. I tried calling corporate to inform them and was basically told to just go to a different Subway. Isn't changing the price at the register illegal? Regardless, I've learned my lesson and will go to Jersey Mikes, Jimmy Johns or Firehouse in my area instead.

The worst Subway I have ever been to in my life. The staff has not had any desire to comply with any offer that Subway offers on television or in any other media. They act like they don't understand and start talking to each other in a rude and arrogant way. In addition to that, I asked not only the manager Neftalí And he reluctantly gave me his name. I honestly don't know why Subway bothers to make so many offers and promotions for 6.99 as indicated on television, only for the Subway, which is closest to my work, not to accept it, not to recognize it, and to act like fools for wanting to help a customer.

First time I ordered from the app for the 2 for 5 deal and do pick up from this store. My order was cancelled and I wasn't notified until I was at the counter asking for my order. There wasn't any explanation why it was cancelled. I continued to make the order within the store now but find out I'm paying full price. Second time I ordered, same deal, this time they brushed me away like as though I didn't submit my order and wouldn't even give me a chance to show them the confirmation email that I received. After having a fuss and 20min pass by, they final decide to look into their system. Low and behold, they found my order. Making me look like a god dam Kevin. Update 09/07/20: Subway recently updated the promo to buying 2 foot longs, third 1 free. Didn't realize the new promo on the app, tried calling this store to cancel, went straight to voicemail. Finally showed up the store and asked about if they can make me my third sandwich, said no. Update 03/31/21: What a never ending disappointing Subway. Ordered three sandwiches for the family all with reg amount of spinach and instead, we get scraps of spinach because their concern for food costs.

I work on the same block as this Subway so I used to come here frequently and have been for many years. I've watched the quality of product and staff plummet at this particular location. There is one particular employee that made me stop coming here altogether. They are eternally short staffed which does not help with the customer service. I don't blame the poor overworked employees and can sympathize with them because I've worked in similar situations. This seems like a very poorly managed store. I've been attempting to come back to this location due to convenience and did so a couple of nights ago but once I saw the employee that I don't care for I turned and left and went to a Subway located a bit further. I attempted again this morning once again due to convenience. That one employee was not there so I went ahead and ordered my food. There was one employee there by herself and no one else appeared to be working from what I could see. She was preparing the orders that were in front of mine very quickly. She took my order and I went to pay. I decided to order a couple of fountain drinks. I paid and went to fill up my drinks. The ice machine was not working and other people had come in to order so she was helping them. I felt bad but I flagged her down to let her know that the ice machine wasn't working. She really didn't know what to do except tell me that the machine wasn't working. I decided to just skip the ice and went to fill my cups with the watermelon cucumber agua Fresca they have and I noticed mold on every single one of the machines. I about gagged. i was going to say something but that poor girl was working by herself and I'm pretty sure she was not a manager and I am also pretty positive she would not have been able to do anything about it. I figured a negative review would yield more results if any at all. This place has gone completely downhill and after this last attempt of ordering here I do not think I will be ever patronizing this location ever again. It makes me wonder how unsanitary the rest of the place is including the food prep area. In my opinion this is a very poorly managed store that needs a health department visit and bottom line I will not be coming here again. Eat here at your own risk.

My sister and I decided to try the sliders after seeing a sign posted on the counter advertising a slider combo (2 sliders and a 20 oz. drink) for $4. But when the cashier rung us up, our order came to $11. Even with tax it shouldn't have been more than $9 max. I don't know what she did, or where that extra came from, but I ordered the sliders because of the special price. Another girl came out from the back and insisted the combo was $5.50 each with tax. When I pointed to the sign, she refused to come around the counter to look at it. She refused to honor the sign. I'm sorry, but I worked in retail and customer service for years. If an offer is no longer valid but you forget to take any signage down, that's on YOU. The customer is going on good faith that the order is valid. Either you figure out how to ring it up at the price shown, or you eat the cost of that order. My sister and I walked out and we will never EVER go back there again. I only gave this place any stars at all because my phone wouldn't let me post this review without stars. If I could I would rate them a negative-one star. You don't cop an attitude with your customers if you want to keep them. I went to another Subway that was on my way home on Hollywood Boulevard, and THEY were WONDERFUL.

Rude Man subway worker with glasses. We came in around 4. He made my sandwich sloppy , rolling his eyes , and giving attitude the whole time. He had his coworker doing all the cleaning while he got mad over having to serve us.

Yesterday at around 430pm, an older short Latina woman is taking our order. She turns around and starts to do something else. She took a good 3-4 min to return to our sandwich. While she’s preparing, our sandwich, she’s yelling out that she doesn’t want to be there and if there’s anyone willing to take her away?! This old hag was flirting, trying to get my husbands attention! Lol. Made us feel uncomfortable. Very rude and unprofessional!

Nora is very rude and unfriendly. Should not be working in customer service. No greeting from any employees when entered and barely even spoke to me to take my order. Literally just stared at me until I ordered. Looked high as a kite. Got mad when I said I was paying with giftcard.

I ordered a 6 inch BLT with additional avocado online for pickup. When I opened it up to eat it a while later, It was just bacon and avocado with some mayo on the bread. No lettuce or tomato on a BLT? That’s what a BLT is!! I was not in a position to return it but that sure discourages me from ordering again.

Absolutely, the worst service and worst location. I visited the Pacific Avenue location earlier this evening. I ordered a tuna melt sandwich, a photograph of which hung on a wall. The woman who took my order, spread tuna on the bread I had selected and next added slices of pepper jack cheese though never asking me what type of cheese I wanted. She next removed the slices of cheese and sprinkled parmesan cheese over the tuna. I have never had a tuna melt with sprinkled parmesan cheese. I asked why she chose to add parmesan. She replied in Spanish that parmesan is the only type of cheese used on a tuna melt sandwich. She also said the only additions that can be added to a tuna melt are onions and green peppers. Her entire spiel seemed illogical. If I ordered a regular tuna sandwich, I would have been asked what type of cheese I wanted. I also would have been I'd like it toasted. I informed the woman I was displeased with how she prepared my sandwich but agreed to take it nonetheless. I also told her I wanted a combination meal with a drink and two WHITE chocolate chip cookies. When I arrived home, I discovered she gave me two chocolate (not white chocolate) chip cookies. The sandwich was also awful in flavor and pungent. This location needs to exert more effort in training its staff.

When I entered, they were preoccupied with a couple. Seemed they asked only for a 6in. I asked for a white foot long and a herbs n cheese foot long, soon after the couple do the same. The subway employee(Amanda) instead fulfilled their request even though I've made mine first. So instead what would be a walk in dinner now has become a drive and dinner. Came back to do a refund since by the time I had to go to a 2nd subway to pickup a white ft long, my first sandwich would be cold. Refused a to do a refund.

The only reason I go there just because my son likes their sandwich and it is on our way home. Otherwise, it is terrible place and unprofessional. I spent almost $40 and they didn’t let me use the restroom. They said is not open for public, I said but I am a customer here I just spent $40 and don’t let me use the restroom. This is horrible.

Worst subway ever. Breads are burnt and the guy at night (old dude) don't even know how to make sandwiches. My 5 yr old would make it better!! This place don't even deserve 1 star!!

Even one star is too much for this store. . Very bad food . They always send the wrong order. Disgusting sandwiches. Will never order again.

Terrible Customer Service. Did not pay attention to my order. Staff was making fun and making comments.....little did they know I speak Spanish and understood everything. Had to repeat my order in Spanish.

Shocking customer service! My family and I order from here a few times each week. We ask for extra chicken in a cup for our dog. Some staff are happy to do this and charge me $3 for it where as some staff say no they can’t! Makes no sense! Why can some do it but others can’t
