Today I had the big mouth crispy chicken soo good.

Food not so great had chicken quesadilla hardly any chicken. Wentin lare in the evening service was great!!!!

For late night eating, Chili's is the place. I was in the mood for meat and ended up with the ribeye. It was so delicious and cooked just right. My friend and I both had the ribeye with fresh veggies. I chose green beans, which were crisp and seasoned with perfection. He had fresh asparagus, so thin and green. The loaded potatoes were excellent too, which were customized to our liking. I did takeout for my cookie dessert, and the cookie was very tasty. Chili's is known for its ribs, but I would go there again for a steak.

Haven't been at this location for awhile, Service Wonderful, except no personal pay process, had to checkout with a computer monitor. WTH !!! Food was Wonderful and a good value !!! Thanks Chili's and Team.

I went around 6pm tonight (a friday) and the wait was reasonable. Service was extremely attentive and all the food and drinks were perfect. I went for my senior father's birthday and he had a great time. He even forgot his phone and the staff noticed and kept it at the front desk right away. I can't say enough good things about this location. Thank you so much

Pretty good, we arrived at 3:40. By the time we got seated it was 4:02 and they didn't let me have a lunch special which ended at 4:00. I was kinda upset but did not want to make a big deal. Server was nice food was fresh.

The service was excellent despite the time my wife & I had dinner. The bartender that was our waiter, I’m sorry I forgot his name but he was very attentive. I made sure that the manager on duty knew how satisfied we were with his service. Thank you Chilis for outstanding service.

Haven't visited a Chili's in a few years due to bad service at one of their locations. But this chilis has got it all together, the service was as good as any I've seen. The food was tasty. Whoever's managing this place knows what they're doing. As opposed to the one in Monrovia.

The whole restaurant is in a great location, within an outdoor shopping center. While me and my best friends enjoyed our food, the service was a little mismanaged. One of my friends were missing a bun for their burger and took nearly half an hour just to get the top bun. But we understood why it took long, seeing the place was packed, but waiting that long for a bun was a little bit much.

I love this Chili's! We always get great servers that give great service. Food was awesome and flavored just right. The fact that they have reasonable prices for appetizers, drinks, and meal is what brings me here.

The food and the service was amazing. We went for lunch and the prices were really reasonable. I spent less for my son and I to eat than I spent eating alone at Denny's a few days earlier. We were seated quickly and the service was quick as well. They brought refills often, which was really nice.

I ordered the Alex Santa Fe burger. It was spicy and we'll seasoned. My child liked the salmon. The staff was very accommodating to our disability, allergy questions, etc. They were very nice and helpful. I loved our waiter and wish I could remember their name. Good job Chili's!

It was a quick stop for to go to bring to the movies. A separate counter for to go. Didn't wait that long for food. Atmosphere is typical of chili's, if you've been to any. Usually cramped but enough space to fill the belly. Kinda dark for my taste with all the harsh overhead incandescent lights. 😅 I liked the 10.99 3 for me promo. Take advantage of that. Loved the quesadilla combo for 14.99.

Fantastic service. Starting with the hostess, who noticed the table was still damp and hurried to dry it. When the server was busy the Manager didn't hesitate to assist us. The Shrimp Fajitas were the best

Been here many many times. The food is good and the prices are not that bad. Service is good and usually fast. They have a rewards program that is not too bad but Red Robin blows theirs out of the water. I would probably visit more often if the rewards were better.

This Chili's did an amazing job of creating a lovely comfortable atmosphere to enjoy delicious food! I had the pleasure to be served by the lovely Maya, she is one of the best servers I have experienced in a long time! She had amazing energy, great customer service, and was extremely attentive to the table. She definitely made the experience a lot more enjoyable! Thank you Maya! The rest of the staff was just as kind and a delight!

Ate in the "bar" area. Honestly super happy with the set up and service. Got to look out at our car and sit and eat for a bit. Its always a good place to go to imo. Nice location!! Would recommend if you like Chilis!

This chilis is the best location in our area, my mother and I have gone countless times. The food is always amazing, the servers are always so extremely kind and attentive. For the past two years, my mother and I have gone every week to two weeks, sometimes more! There was one week, my mom and I went there for lunch by ourselves for soup and salad, then went later with a friend for dinner, then also proceeded to go the next day. You could say we have somewhat of an obsession. The manager Kara is literally one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, she is very on top of everything with a bright smile on her face. We've become regulars and it's so nice when the servers start to recognize you and get excited to see you, it makes the experience so much more enjoyable when the servers smile brightens seeing that you're enevitably back for more. I have never had a bad experience or a rude worker there. The food is always fresh, the atmosphere is always joyful. This chilis will always have my heart and my stomach!

We live going to this Chili's location. The staff is friendly. Their service is exceptional. Food and drinks are on the table very quickly after you order. Alyssa was great, our drinks and food came out quickly and she kept checking to make sure we got everything we wanted and with a big smile. Thank you Alyssa. All the servers seem to help each other to make a great dining experience. The food was great too. We always like the bottomless soup and salad, and 3 for me options, and the chocolate lava cake!

Not only was this the absolute best Chili's that we've ever had (and we've had some good ones), but this was the best overall restaurant due to... Awesome teamwork! This was my first time at a Chili's. The food was delicious with good portions. We enjoyed a few good drinks from the bar. Natalie was our server and she did a phenomenal job. Very friendly and personable.

Although it skews towards the noisy side, it is still enjoyable. Where else can you get a big burger, fries, an appetizer and drink for under $11. If you belong to the Chilis club, you can also get free chips and salsa.

Awesome dining experience at this Chili's in Glendora. We received superior service from Server Gavin- despite the fact the restaurant was super busy. We got the special for 2 meals for $25.00- which even includes dessert. The food was delicious with large enough portions that we brought home about half of our food to eat later. I tried the chicken fajitas- which were so tasteful- and came with warm tortillas. For this special, there are about 8 entrees to choose from. You also get an Appetizer to share- we selected Chips, Salsa and Guacamole. We both had water- which was served in large mugs ( some restaurants give you a tiny glass for water) There is ample parking since this restaurant is located in a strip mall. One interesting observation: the layout of the restaurant seemed to limit the noise. With all the people there dining- the ambience was still relaxing

Wonderful burgers. No drive-thru nor curbside delivery, but plenty of pickup area parking and a little cubicle for picking up a phone-ahead order.

3 for me options are always nice for the price. You get a drink, appetizer, and an entree for a reasonable price

I came here with my son to eat because he never tried chilis. This is some of the best service we have ever had. It’s our little thing to go out and eat at different places and my 11-year-old literally said this is great service our server William was fantastic. Five stars. We will be back for sure.

We had lunch here with my husband and son today. Shout out to our server Daniel. He was so on top of everything, checking in to make sure our drinks were filled and bringing extra condiments. What made him stand out was that he was cheerful and wanted to make sure we had a pleasant meal. His enthusiasm and attentiveness was contagious and challenged me to be the same when I have opportunities to serve others. Food was great and rest of staff was friendly too. Would not hesitate to return.

Had the “3 for me” meal with steak. The steak was cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were delicious, but the broccoli was bland no seasoning. The service was exceptional. Strawberry lemonade was also delicious. The balsamic dressing for the salad is one of the best dressings I’ve had in a long time.The only downside to this location, is there’s no outdoor seating. But I highly recommend it.

Waited a bit, but because we had a party of 9. They had us seated not to long after. They have a good special for single person including drink starts at 10.99 - 14.99. Not the best bathrooms but clean enough to go number 2 if needed. Waiters were great as well as hostees. Food always a bit more salty here, but that's just the way it is. Good drunk options. Probably come back in the near future.

Met a party for birthday dinner here. The food was great and even tho they were very busy the service wasn't bad. Really enjoyed their dessert. The chocolate cake with the ice cream and hot fudge. Pretty basic but fantastic! =)

For the most part a good restaurant. I would say that the best thing going for them is that they are actually open and serve food fairly late, in a town where things shut down at 9 pm.Staff is usually on point and food is what you would expect from any Chili's. Atmosphere is good although I enjoyed the old chili's branding more. Although it is kid friendly, I wouldn't say it's the best place for kids. More of a sports bar feel than a family restaurant. Great specials on drinks and happy hour. Nothing to rave about but definitely a good place to grab a drink and a bit to eat.

Chili's is one of the places I like to go to for dinner, lunch or to the bar to watch a football game and have some drinks. Every place is different from the staff to the cleanliness of the restrooms. This place was good and our server was nice and we enjoyed our food. The only thing I had an issue with was the fried onion petals. They were very oily. I've had this at other Chili's locations and they were never that oily. Makes me wonder if its a standard issue there. We'll see.

First let me explain myself. The food was okay, I've had better at different locations in the past. Our servicer appeared to be having a mental breakdown 🤪. Not sure about his thought process 🤔. Overall, despite the cons, my wife and I focused more on the good and did enjoy ourselves.

Good. Service was prompt and food arrived quickly, but on the cold side. Not cold enough to make me return it thou. Good flavor and my dish was simple. Burgers look awesome and huge in side. Kids slider were properly sized for 6 year olds. Fries are thick and nicely crispy.

The food is pretty consistent and good. There's a huge drink menu and Thursdays all day happy hour. The atmosphere is pretty fun nothing too crazy but the seats are comfy. It's a great place to hang out with a friend or a group.

It's been a while since I've been to here. Truth be told. I've never really care for Chili's. Today I got together with my friends for lunch. It's still not in full mode but we got to sit after a 30 minute wait. Social distancing is being practiced here. We did wait a while for drinks , but understandable as it is not fully staffed. We all ordered the 3 for 10. Chicken wings , drinks from the bar and ofcourse their chips and salsa. 3 for $10 is a drink, salad, soup or appetizer and an entree. The food wasn't bad, service was good and good company made it better.

You can never go wrong with the three for me deal, and the bar area staff is always on top of all your needs.

Berry margarita for $5? Absolutely. Loaded and delicious. Cup of chili....and tasty as usual.... Chili's hit the spot for a light dinner.

It was a little loud for my taste but otherwise everything was fine.

The food was decent, the Mac and cheese was probably kraft but the fries were good. For my drink I had strawberry lemonade which was okay but not my favorite. My mom got the house salad and said it just tasted like any other. The servers here were nice and it was very quick to get our food and drinks. It wasn't busy at all, even though we were there around 1:00. All in all though it was a good and quiet spot to enjoy some mediocre food.

Burger is decent and big. I can't really complain about a place where you get a whole burger, fries, drink and small salad for 10 bucks. Is the food amazing? No, but it certainly has enough flavor for the price.

It was okay. I mean the food was good but way over priced. It was loud and busy. The wait staff was nice. Honestly the only reason I went was because someone gave me a gift card. The wait to be seated was long. I guess I'm not as cool and hip as I used to be because all of the hype was lost on me. I will say, again, that the food was good though.

This location has a lack of staff. We waited a long time to be seated, and again before our server showed up. Over half the tables remained empty throughout our time there because there was no one to serve. Even if they had additional wait staff the kitchen took a long time to prepare our food so I doubt they could keep up.

Its Chili's an not a 5 star wine an dine location so let's be honest here. If you're here on an evening night with your friends "happy hour" is where it's at! If you're here with the family, then go for the combination meal deals for the grown ups an let the kids have some fun. If you're here for a quick bite at a very reasonable price, then try the new $10 combination deal they have. Overall had a great time, drinks were good, and the food.......well again let's be honest....it's not like there is an actual chef creating each and every plate from scratch, that's why it always tastes the same no matter the location. Would I return.......well yeah of course I would. "Happy hour" is always a fun time. Cheers y'all!

First time to this Chili's, but not to one in general. We have always received good reception, food, nice atmosphere etc. This one in particular just felt unwelcoming because of our waitress Kaylee. She immediately came off as annoyed, even though we asked for water, lol. She very clearly avoided our table several times and gave attitude when attending us, even though we stayed respectful. Unpleasant experience because of her, but the food and wait time for it was pretty good. We got seated nearly immediately and and the person at the front was very friendly and nice, accommodating for us and our baby. I'm leaning towards 4 stars, but it's going to stay at 3.

Overly salty. Fries were heavy on salt and pepper had to get new ones Crispy Chicken Sandwich breading was also heavily seasoned removed it just to eat the sandwich. House salad wasn't cleaned.

Great service, we had a little wait for peak time but not too bad. Was easy to order and split the check with the iPad. Only thing I didn’t like is the mountain of lettuce my wife got when she asked for a lettuce wrap on their burger. They didn’t have that so it was fine with us… but we didn’t expect get so much of it!! Shame it all went to the garbage

Food is always decent but not out of this world. Our most recent visit was around 3pm on a Wednesday. Waited an unnecessary 20-30 extra minutes in total for refills, secondary food item orders and the bill which is frustrating especially when the kids get restless. Understaffed in the dining area but the bar area was lively.

The service sucked the two times we went here...so not sure why we even tried a 2nd time. the food was decent enough but they really need better servers it's definitely lacking.

We weren't ready to order, but taking care of 5 other tables before checking on us was a bit much. Steak was so salty I needed 4 bottles of water after I got home. My finances drink was empty, and we got a to go cup for refills. I guess staying wasn't an option for this waitress. We left a $5.00 tip, and she was lucky we left that. We sat in the bar, and kept looking for waitress, so maybe the restaurant main place is better

The service was great! Kyle was our server and he was awesome. However, the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the baby back ribs and they were the driest, most unjuicy and unsavory ribs I've ever eaten. It was like eating, what I would imagine, shoe leather. Very disappointing and unsatisfying.

They are inexplicably slow when they aren't busy. It takes them so long to get the food to your table some of it is often cold. The staff is absent-minded at best, half way through my last meal they took my drink to refill it and never returned at all, however when they are busy and the restaurant is full their service is great. Drinks are refilled instantly, the food comes out quickly, and the staff are attentive. I've been going to this location for years, this issue developed within the last few months. I don't know what changed but I have no intention on going back any time soon.

**Update** Chili's did respond to this with a link asking for additional information. Unfortunately, the link (when I clicked on it) is currently under construction. Tuesday evening I met up with a couple of friends at 6pm at the Glendora Chili's for drinks. Sat at the bar. It took around 10 minutes to be acknowledge. There were only 3 other people at sitting at the bar. Started with chips, salsa then ordered drinks. The chips were broken, like you find in the bottom of a chip bag. Making it difficult to dip into the salsa. We asked for another serving. Arrived about 5 minutes later. While waiting for the drinks, we could smell a sewage odor . I asked the bartender and she responded by saying Chili's was built on top of an old sewage area. I tried looking it up and did not find any information. I do know that the odor came and went throughout our time spent there, around 2 & 1/2 hrs. The chips never came out good and the wait time to order drinks (sitting at the bar) took too long.

I mean the atmosphere is what you expect, so I'm not sure how to rate that. It's a restaurant. Our server and his team were rock stars. The food however was not good. It was so bland and my big mouth bites came out under cooked even though I specified well done. So expensive for three bricks of cheese that just ended up being flavorless and cold. The sampler platter has increased in price but decreased in what comes on the plate.

In 10 years coming to this place have never had a good experience. That is why I don't come here often. Food presentation was good. Brisket was cold, but I couldn't complain cause the waiter never came around. Never offered a refill on my empty drink. Other food was fine. Then I couldn't leave cause the Ziosk was not working. So we had to wait until waiter decided to come around.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't that great. The waiter wasn't trained well. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks, never received our appetizer, and didn't get any refills. Even though the refills were promised (3 times). When the waiter asked if we wanted steak sauce and Tabasco, we said yes and never received them either. When telling the waiter we were dissatisfied with our service, he replied that he had other tables wanting items and was too busy to remember the items he promised to bring us.

I would give NO STARS if I could. Absolutley the worst experience I've had with a Chile's. I like their food but wanted the comfort of eating at home. I ordered online and paid in advance so that I could have Curbside pick-up. I arrived at the time their system said the food would be ready. I even got a text reminding me to let them know once I arrive so that they could bring food out. Problem is, I waited in parking spot for 20 minutes before deciding to go inside to find out what's up. I was told that they were running behind. After 10 more minutes with no sign of food I gave up and cancelled the order.

My husband, myself and a couple friends decided to stop by for a late night meal on our way home. We checked online before stopping by to see what time they closed, which clearly says 11pm. When we walked through the doors @ 10:13pm, we were greeted by a host who said they were no longer seating people at tables or the bar. He said they stopped seating at 10:15pm. All we wanted were some appetizers to get us through on our way home. 1) I work in the food industry and I know what it means to provide the best quality service, and this was NOT it. 2) I also worked at TGIFridays for years, and we never turned guests away 45 minutes before closing. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had and will not be returning to the Glendora location and will be sure to pass along our experience to family and friends who love in the area.

This is the third time I have been to this location and was hoping the issues with servers was just a fluke. First we kept getting another customers orders, appetizer, drinks..then they got one of our orders wrong. We asked if they were just going to throw it away then we would just purchase it for our son at home, they never came back to say if we could do this. Assked for extra fries, never got them. When we talked to the team server, the message never got through to the server and vice versa. I gave it a one star for the service. Food was good as any chilies...four stars.

DO NOT GO HERE. Told us at 9pm there was an hour wait but they close at 10pm. There were several empty tables with no one waiting. I will make sure everyone I know will not go here anymore. I wonder if corporate knows this is how this location conducts business.

Literally everything we ordered was wrong, but that is just the beginning. Nobody’s food came out at the same time, some peoples food took an extra 40 minutes and multiple requests to the staff. The waiter was flustered and once our receipt came it’s clear that one of the reasons our food was all wrong was he had entered the wrong things on the order. There were 7 of us and only two got what they ordered, as ordered. I don’t leave negative reviews, but they left my 82 year old aunt waiting 40 minutes for her meager little meal because they entered it as a side salad and then couldn’t even manage to get it to us before everyone else finished eating.

Let me start off by saying customer service is okay however they really need to train employee's better training on difficult situations. or better systems because I don't know what it is but whenever I take gift cards its invalid to them. They didn't help much either. So I felt defeated after I told them these gift cards are barely opened and has a balance. Other then that Food is great I ordered a chicken fajita It could've been better if they put more rice so that was a cherry on top. Sorry but I will never go to this chili ever again... :(

It’s cold in here for being winter it makes u want to leave earlier than you anticipate sucks

Food was good as usual, however service had messed up my order. They then took around 20 minutes to make any progress with that, and they then offered me a chat with their manager which was another 15 minute wait and highly unproductive. Manager refused to give us any accommodation for the food already in front of us, and instead took it away. We ended up leaving with very little satisfaction and still an incomplete order.

Terrible service from a server who refused to ware a name badge. He also refused to let us pay through the Zosk to keep us from taking the Chili's review. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning.

food was great our server was just extremely extra when it came to alcohol. understand u have to watch peoples intake but u babysitting near the tables is ridiculous especially when our party was 21+. she took a drink that had no alcohol in it even when there was no request to send it back? ur a chilli’s server not a bartender or nanny. focus on serving the food and the customer service, not babysitting the whole duration of our visit.

First the food came out without the rice which comes with the fajitas then when the fajitas got to the table the steak and the shrimp were way beyond cooked and the chicken was still raw in the middle so I took it back. This Chili's location really is a hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get your food hot and fresh and sometimes cold and not so tasty. It's Chili's so yeah...this time some of our food came out cold. They got our drinks wrong and never came out with our appetizer. Service I would say most of the time not so good. When servers take your order they have an ok attitude. After that most of them don't even come to your table. You'll probably have to get up and get what you need yourself. Of course remind them they forgot this or that. The place is usually pretty clean, the restrooms though that's a different story super dirty. They do not keep it maintained, sometimes no toilet paper. Overall it's meh to eat here, my kids like it.
