⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Round Table Pizza never disappoints with their food—the pizza was absolutely amazing—but what really stood out this time was the customer service. The manager, I believe her name was Mashawn, provided the best service I have ever received from any restaurant chain. At first, I thought something went wrong with my order and that a slice of pizza was missing before it was delivered. I later checked my home security cameras and realized it was actually my mom sneaking a slice without me noticing (thanks, Mom! 😂). Even though the mix-up was on my end, Mashawn went above and beyond to make things right. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression. Because of her, Round Table Pizza has earned a loyal customer for life. Please give her a pat on the back and some well-deserved kudos for making this organization shine. She is truly amazing!

I recently visited RoundTable Pizza and Fatburger, and I had a really great experience. I ordered a gluten-free pizza. It was tasty, though I was a little disappointed that vegan cheese wasn’t available yet. Still, the staff were amazing, friendly, fast, and even remembered me from my last visit, which made me feel welcome 🤗 The new dine-in design is beautiful. It’s a place where you want to sit and enjoy your meal. Also they have the open kitchen - it looked super clean and well-organized, which I always appreciate 🙏 I’m vegan, and it’s not easy to find places that make me feel this comfortable. I love that I can customize my food, and I’m really excited for the Fatburger section to open soon. They told me thy will have the Impossible Burgers and vegan milkshakes! 😋 If they add vegan cheese in the future, it’ll be the perfect spot for me. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for tasty food and a positive atmosphere 👍

I haven’t been to a roundtable in a while and the first time back I walked into a beautiful well done Dine in lobby might not be open yet, but I’m excited for it to be. I will order Food for my family and they loved it. The staff was great and the time from order to pick up was amazing.

This location was very impressive! Food was great, store was clean and customer service was amazing! Alexandra was super sweet and very attentive. I had the burger and my partner had the triple crown pepperoni pizza and everything was fresh and made quick! We’ve tried a lot of round tables but I believe we found our new location! Thank you

I love Round Table and over the years it’s a hit or miss. This location has made some changes this last year and I could not be happier. Some of those changes are the new staff. They are wonders full! Everyone is super friendly, virtuous, and professional. The best part is they get my crazy customized order right every single time! I know this should be expected but over the years, some Round Table location la get it right every now and then and some just never do. I order a Maui Zaui but instead of ham, I ask for pepperoni. And sometimes, I do a half and half. The past few months, no matter what curve ball I send over to them, they get it right! The friendliness and professionalism alone is worth the trip.

To be fair,they are under construction, so it's literally just a walking place and a counter. Normally it's better and more inviting. Food was good, looking forward to after the renovation is completed.

Their pizza is very good and has been my favorite place to go. We decided to eat inside Round Table on this visit and I was truly grossed out. It was 4pm on Friday and it looked like a herd of elephants had come thru and had a food fight. Salad bar was unpleasant looking and the entire floor had partially eaten food and used napkins everywhere. If this is how they treat the customers area, I wonder how messy it can be im the kitchen. I will be ordering my pizza to go or have it delivered from today forward.

4 stars on food only because the salad bar wasn't fresh and some of the vegetables sour. Pizza was great and it was for a softball party. Just know the salad might not be up to par.

We went in for Fats Burger a coupleof times. Very clean, food and service was good. They have a gaming area, surprisingly.

Kinda cramped with Fat Burger in there. The cashier got our order wrong and it took a while to get our food. They are friendly.

We went about 2 30pm. No other customers. I am disappointed that the salad bar is now a one time trip. And the lettuce was wilted. The pizza was good 👍 but for 3 one time salad bar, a medium pizza and three drinks the cost was $60! We could of eaten at a fine dining restaurant for that price. We will NOT go there again

Well it doesn't all reflect on RT, It's how I ended up there, because the Google maps search was for straw hat if I remember correctly. It seems there were a couple parlors but not where I thought I was going. I'm over sixty and navagation errors are probably mainly my fault. It seems like a lot of times navagation keeps giving me directions without an easy way to tell, if we're still on the same page, so to say. But that aside five stars would have been awarded to RT as I do love their product, but wrong easy to get me there as was trying to impress my girlfriend, it was hot out, I couldn't believe for all the time effort and money spent on unreliable data. The whole incident got me back on my meds

Ordered pizza 20 minutes ahead of pick up. When I arrived pizza was ready. Smelled delicious. Unfortunately, their card reader would not read the chip on my card. She told me this is a problem that we have been having. Unfortunately I had to go across the street to mountain. Mike’s where their chip reader works perfectly. Sorry roundtable I really look forward to that pizza.

Ordered XL Chicken and Garlic pizza for pickup this past Sunday. Pizza arrived warm and delicious. However, the most important topping was missing: Chicken. Pretty bummed about paying $50 for a pizza with no Chicken.

I give this one a two. The main part is the pizza. They come slowly so people would not eat so much. It takes just a few minutes for a pizza to disappear because people are waiting. Beside, customers also compete with employees who also wait for the pizza. Salad bar is a joke. It costs me and my teenage son almost $30.00 for all you can eat. And we have to wait for a slice of pizza which may disappear before we get to it. The lead lady was talking so loud about her tenure from a general labour to a supervisor . I can understand why there's not enough pizza for all you can eat. I will never return to this one ever.

Very disorganized, dirty. I ordered food online, they didn't have what I ordered. He offered me a smaller version of what I ordered and to add toppings. I would have over paid if I accepted and when I tried to explain that he said "I was going off the handle" at the point. I asked for my money back. I paid $51.60 with a $5 tip online. I only got $46.60 back. I was treated poorly, didn't receive any service and got ripped off for $5.00. The GM is just as bad. She wanted me to send her my bank statement over $5.00, like I was lying over $5.00 difference. This restaurant is the worst and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Ordered my pizza at 4:53 and was given a delivery time of 5:36. I understand that places get busy. After my food was 20 min late I called and was told they were busy and it wasn't in the oven yet. I was told it would be put in the oven and delivered in about 2O min. I waited another 4O min before I called again. At that point it was close to 2 hrs since placing my order. I was told the same thing again! Still not even cooked. I have questions for Round Table, since this is the second time this has happened at this location. First, why even take delivery orders if you're so short staffed that you can't get them out? Also, why didn't someone call me to let me know it could be up to 3 hrs to get my food? How is this ok? You know what Round Table? This isn't 1989. Back then we had to rely on chain restaurants to get our pizza delivered, and back then Round Table was the best. In 2023 there is so much competition and so many great smaller places to choose from. Round Table is no longer king and the prices are very high, especially for this sub par service. Get it together Round Table. Figure something out.

I used to love round table.... Their high price was acceptable when they had good service and a great pizza.... Now, the price does not equate to the service or even the pie. If you want a premium price then you must deliver a premium product and that includes service. So sad how far Round Table has fallen.

This is the last time I am ordering from this business. Staff is great but prices are insane. They raised all the prices and now charge a 5% fee. Fee for what??? Also they cancelled the rewards on the app! I had a free pizza and wasn't able to use it. They never even sent an email out to notify customers. Corporate greed! $55 for a specialty pizza is RIDICULOUS.

I come to this location often and I always get great service. Not last night, I called in my order for pickup and I spoke with Alona. She said my order will be ready in 30 minutes. No problem, I got there in about 40 minutes. When I walk in to pick up my order, I was told by Alona that is was not even stated. I was a little confused because the restaurant was not that busy to were they should not have stated my pizza. So, I sat down and waited for my order when another customer came up counter to say that their pizza was messed up again for the 4th time. Then Alona stated to use a lot of profanity towards the customer. As many times as I come the this restaurant, I have never seen any staff do anything like that. Finally after another hour my pizza was done. She made a few mistakes on the pizza but I did not want to say anything to Alona. I just wanted to leave and try to enjoy the rest on my night.

Frustration, is how I describe our latest visit to Round Table Pizza. Our local store offers 50% off large pizzas on Mondays. We know that this is a popular offer and therefore the place is normally busy. We always take this into account when ordering on Mondays. This last Monday we called up and ordered our pizzas, we were told it would be an hour. We arrived about 45 minutes later, fully prepared to wait 15 to 20 minutes. We pay, get a couple of drinks and grab a table. After waiting 30 minutes without any pizza we checked in and were told that it would be up shortly. Another 10 minutes we check again, told that they would be right up. After waiting 45 minutes before arriving, then additional 45 minutes at the restaurant we are seeing other customers who arrive after us get their pizzas. Once again we check in, only this time we insist that they check the tag, guess what they lost the pizzas. No one seemed to care that we had been waiting nearly two flipping hours for a pizza, we asked for a refund and it took several attempts to refund us. My take away from this whole experience is that the manager on duty, did not care. If the manager doesn't care why would the employees?

(Couple months ago) we ordered for delivery with cash payment. The delivery person would not accept our payment (above a tip) explaining that the bill has been paid. Later that evening the manager left 3 threatening messages telling me that they will no longer accept our business unless payment was collected ASAP. I called back the following day explaining the issue and offering payment. The manager said she could not accept payment any longer as the books were closed all while blamed her staff for the mishap. Today we called back for another delivery order and we were hung up on 2 times and placed on hold over 5 minutes only to be told our business was being rejected due to a note in their system set my the manager. RTP…Your prices have increased so significantly as have most. But being treated this way on multiple occasions…your competitor is far more deserving.

While the location is nice and convenient, the wait time is not. I placed an online around around 5 to pick up at 5:45. Went to pick up at 5:45 and was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. No apology or anything. Just that I would have to wait.

This is one of the absolute worst places anyone can order from, whether in person, online, and over the phone. The treatment of employees within this location is absolutely horrendous, and it reflects in the daily issues plaguing this horrible excuse for a restaurant location. The oven breaks regularly, the food is rarely stored properly, the manager is a extremely vulgar, aggressive, disrespectful and violent woman who routinely offends customers and employees alike. The place regularly reaks of marijuana, and ultimately one decent inspection from the health department or random visit from the Regional Manager and this place would be no more. This is unfortunately the complete truth. I would know. I was one of those employees vital to the operation who was horribly mistreated, and no one deserves to deal with such terrible service and energy whether working to make ends meet, or just trying to find something to eat.

I placed an order and I use some of my points to get six free twists. When my order came there was no six free twist and I called and I spoke to Alana she refused to make it right and told me that it wasn’t her problem that I need to go back online and place another order and pay for delivery. I have three children that are sitting here waiting to eat dinner, and the order came an hour late then they bring the order with food missing! Then she don’t even make it right? I asked for her name and said I’m calling corporate and she said I’m not going to give u my name and so I had my husband call back and she slipped up and gave her name! These people are a mess and lazy horrible customer service! Alana needs a new career! She’s very rude, disrespectful and selfish leaving my kids hungry like that and don’t even make it right! That’s a shame she didn’t even fix their error! She tried to blame it on the website and system.

We spent 15 mins waiting for help in an empty store. After ordering our food, our total comes to 48.00. We have a 50. The guy tells us he can't accept 50 dollar bills due to the large amount counterfeits used at this store. Awesome. Wondering how it came to the point of not being able to verify a real 50? Turning away business because of incompetent employees.

I have been coming here for some time. This place has gone from the best RT to the worst. I have not had a single order filled correctly in the last year. The problem is with employees who just don't care. They will let your pizza get cold while you wait in a long line until they finish a 10 minute conversation with their friends. Tonight, every table was dirty. I went into the restroom to get a paper towel. Incredibly nasty, and no towels anyway. Every shaker was empty. Every napkin holder needed more napkins. I haven't seen cheese in their salad bar for several months. Of course, they messed up my order again, and they didn't care. I am done with this place. I can see why their dine in business has dropped off.

Placed my order online and headed to the store to pick it up, my receipt said 45 minutes so I arrived at 615pm which was 45 min from the time I placed my order, when I went to the register they hadn’t even pulled the ticket and started the pizza! Now I’m waiting another 30-45 for them to make and cook my pizza! Horrible service, no apology or offer to make it right, so I sit here with the other 3 people whose orders aren’t made yet either. I won’t be coming back here with this horrible customer service.

Ordered an XL pizza, called to confirm I could pay with a roundtable gift card which they confirmed. I came to pick up my pizza, their gift card processor wasn't working, they said I could only get my pizza if I paid for it with cash or credit card like I'm the reason for the gift card malfunctioning. Ended up not getting the pizza, poor management style and business ethics.

Ordered online with delivery instructions: deliver to back door in carport. 45 min after delivery time and 2 phone calls asking where my pizza was i found a cold pizza on my front porch under a yellow sign saying make deliveries at back door! Guy tried to not take blame saying it was their third party delivery fault. Then dont use them! He left me on hold 5 min when i called thr first time and never came back! I had to call again. Roundtable is horrible! Will never order again! $32 for a small gluten free pizza delivered to wrong door with no email delivery notification where i might have had a chance to still eat it hot!

However, I was extremely disappointed to received a very underwhelming amount of pepperoni on my pizza. It didn't look like anything other than a regular pepperoni. When I inquired about this to the staff, I was told they measure out the ingredients and the pepperoni. I was flabbergasted. The customer service is ridiculous. They measure out pepperoni? They could have charged more for extra, then. They could have served me. I think there was a disconnect from Elizabeth, who seemed willing and understood my order, even writing pepperoni three times on my order, and the staff in the back actually making the pizza. Overall, the customer service sucks. I got myself a refund. They wanted to save money but they ended up wasting it. Just give me the pepperoni!
