Sushi 22 has all the classic rolls you're probably used to already, plus a wide array of special rolls that are as pretty as they are delicious. If you live near Golden's Bridge and have frequent sushi cravings, this is the place for you.

Love this place!! They aren't able to offer much dine due to the nature of the space, but they are very courteous and quick, prices are very fair and the food is delicious!!

My one and only place to grab sushi in the Hudson valley, especially during the pandemic. Quick turnaround times after ordering, usually ready under 15minutes. Excellent tasting sushi and wide selection of specialty rolls. If you like Kobu's sushi in Mahopac then you'll like Sushi 22. It's owned by the same people and it's better for quick take out.

Excellent customer service. The guy who answers their phone spent about 20 minutes on the line figuring out with me what my daughter could eat there with her food allergies. The food is delicious and fresh as well!

5 stars for Sushi 22 in Goldens Bridge... my go-to for ultra-fresh fish, generous portions, and quick, friendly service. Standouts include the Spicy Maki Combo, Chirashi, and the Sushi-for-Two with rainbow & dragon rolls; the poke bowls and ramen are great too, and online ordering/pickup is easy and reliable. Consistently excellent quality and value, highly recommend for takeout or an easy weeknight feast.

I love this place! Such delicious options for a vegetarian. Avocado/peanut and sweet potato rolls are my favorite. The people who run the place are friendly, hard working and the prices are great! Strictly a take out spot, no places to sit and eat inside.

Amazing!!!! The best spicy tuna rolls I’ve had, and amazing salmon nigiri with amazing portions. The food all seemed to be very fresh, and the service was also very good. Highly, highly, highly recommend Sushi 22 for those craving sushi in the area. Will definitely be returning.

I’ve been here before for a simple hand roll and miso soup and the food was pretty tasty and very fairly priced but I didn’t feel like it was the best I’ve ever had. Today I tried their al a carte Salmon nigiri, crab rangoons, and spicy tuna roll and everything was exceptional. The nigiri was some of the best I’ve ever tasted all while being very reasonably priced. The crab Rangoons held their crunch and delivered in every way I wanted them to. And their spicy tuna roll was full of flavors and textures I never expected to find in a spicy tuna roll but I’m so glad I did. The worker behind the register was very patient and nice while taking my order and even waited with my order until I came back to pick it up. If you’re craving sushi or want to try something new Sushi 22 will not disappoint!

Recently moved to the area, tried this little takeout sushi spot, and we were not disappointed. This is a takeout only business, so don’t except to find a sushi restaurant setup here, but the place was clean, the menu quite simple, but most importantly the food was very fresh! Perfect for those days you don’t feel like cooking!

service is sooo friendly but I got a stomachache from eating the food oof (spicy crazy poke bowl) also just some useful information: salad greens make up around 70% of the poke bowls (or at least the one I had.) just letting everyone know that

He went in and out. You can't call this a restaurant. one shabby table, the smell of the kitchen immediately penetrates your hair and clothes. I left right away, although I really wanted to eat, but I had to look for another place.

Update: I called the restaurant and told them how awful the sushi was. We went over what was ordered and the issues in a ten minute call. They freely admitted that the fish had been sitting out all day, and to come back the next day to try again because it would be better. Think about that before ordering here. Who is giving this place these high reviews? First time here tonight and the sushi is hot trash. Pungent fishy taste that comes from old fish is in every roll. Multiple types of fish. Sushi doesn’t get that strong fishy flavor unless it’s old / bad. Plus look at the pictures, just mashed up and tons of filler. If this is all you know you have to go out and try other sushi, you need to find a place that’s quality, not this. Also, if you come here and order hot foods with your sushi they’ll put it right in with the sushi. Warm, fishy smelling/tasting sushi when you get home. I hope you get the point. In hindsight walking in should have given me more red flags. Man in the back was eating over food prep areas when I walked in. It smelled like a Chinese food restaurant, not a sushi joint. Be aware of what you’re ordering and if it tastes like this don’t eat it. You can get insanely sick from fish not handled, stored, or prepared correctly. From what they decided to serve my family tonight doing things correctly isn’t what they’re going for

Ordered a few rolls and sushi based solely on the 4.7 rating. Felt compelled to post a review to the proprietors, please update your sushi quality game. Had your overall rating been 2 or 3, I would not have ordered from you and you would not be reading this review. There is a disconnect between the quality of sushi you served us and rating.
