I often visit Santa Barbara and the first thing that comes to mind is Rusty's Pizza. I ordered for delivery and to my surprise received even better service. The delivery was fast, CORRECT, and tasted soooo good. Love this place!

Higher quality pizza than chain stores, and an expected increase in price. Around $21 for a large with plenty of toppings. The pizza isn't so heavy/greasy, and they have a salad bar with a salad and personal pizza lunch special.

My favorite pizza ever. They're pretty quick but I'd still order ahead of time if you can. They have a small arcade and the pizza parlor feel.

We love Rusty's Pizza. We've been to 2 in Santa Barbara and one in Goleta. They never fail us. The pizza is always delicious. The service is great.

There's 2 Rustys that I feel are the best ones as far as the food quality. That's Carillo and Storke. Storke is more personable, which I like. Very friendly. Good hard working people

This place doesn't despondent food is taste great and salad bar is always full with all the diferrent toppings. The wait for our food was not that long eventhough it was lunch time. We had the lunch especial with includes a small individual pizza with two toppings a drink and a small salad. We also had Buffalo chicken Wings and an order of cheese bread.

Aside from the old Deano's pizza on the mesa (gone several yrs now) Rusty's is about the next best in Santa Barbara. Definitely not Deanos but a good pizza nonetheless. Only complaint is the prices....on the higher side but again this Santa Barbara where everything is expensive.

Great Rusty's is a good location. The building they are in used to be an old bank which they left mostly in place so you eat inside the vault if you want too. Contains the normal arcades for the kids and a large party room. Has a big screen TV as well if you want to watch a game.

Great tasting pizza at a reasonable price. If you are near Goleta, California and you want a good pizza, I recommend Rusty's Pizza on Storke Rd in Goleta. They have a good variety. I got the Rusty's special thin crust and it was so good on the way home I stopped in and got one to watch the Superbowl.

Excellent thin crust...we always get the thin with the salad bar. Rusty's Garden and the Hawaiian. Very good. Did not get five because was a bit dirty. Still, consistently good since I've been eating at one Rusty's or another for past 30 years!

Honestly, Rusty's needs to fire the person answering calls. He's so unfriendly, it's shocking. I like pretty much everything else about Rusty's though. Just your quintessential local pizza shop.

Food was good. BUT OMG the women's bathrooms were disgusting. There is no locks on the door and no soap. Really bad first impression. Also the service was ehh. Not the friendliest people

My kids love Rusty's puzza, although today i noticed something that I haven't before and is bothering me. One of employee was adding toppings on pizza with bare hands? Aren't they required to use gloves? After that I could not eat pizza that i odrered.

Good pizza but not good enough to make up for the service in store or through delivery. If we're desperate we might go to or order rustys. People on the phone are always rude however in store service is a bit better. I will never order from this location again unless were going to dine in and even then it's unlikely I'll return. The cheese bread is very good though. Overall it's a bit expensive for what it is also. Not a terrible place just not my favorite.

Not really sure what all the hype is about. Got a medium cheese pizza and an order of hot wings to go. Asked and paid for extra celery and received 4 pieces total. Wings are breaded and mushy. Could be because it was take out, but doughy wings aren’t good. My bad for not reading the fine print that they are breaded. Pizza was meh - definitely in the oven too long. Nearly black on top.

I love the pizza and hate the delivery / ordering service. The operator hung up on me 3 times now all because they forgot the ranch that I paid for already then when I called the 4th time he put me on hold for 15 min. I'm pissed. The price of the ranch is extremely high as well as the pizza ....delivery guy couldn't find my address and then when I called him to tell him he forgot the ranch he also hung up on me. I'm going to corporate this has happen one to many times for me dont order rustys late there crew are awful and should be fired!! I want refund !!

The only reason this place is getting two stars is because of the good food but the service is just horrible period!!!! We were at the counter in front of 5 to 7 employees including the one a the register doing who knows what and no one greeted us at all. We were ignored completely and no one even made eye contact with us or asked if we needed help or at least said they would be right with us, nothing at all. I had to ask the short girl at the register if there was anyone that was going to help us or if she could and not only she mambled something I didn't understand but then she moved to another register and instead of asking to help me at the other register and at least explain what was going on or anything she just looked at everyone and asked who was next when my party and I had already been there for a while in front of her waiting to get help and there was no one else at that time but us. Totally rude and unprofessional.

I'm by Ellwood beach and they literally just decided it was too difficult to deliver here anymore. Woodstocks pizza in IV is twice the distance, and delivers no problem.

This is the worst rustys many times no one is at the register and you have to look for a employee hiding in the far right corner behind the counter on their phones and get their attention to service you.

Me and my girlfriend order two Pizzas I order pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage she orders a regular pepperoni pizza. Her order comes out right but they give me a pizza with mushrooms. I told the kid that looks like he's 15 and he opens the box inspecting the pizza as if he was making sure there was no sausage on it. So he takes it back and I had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes. Luckily buddy was too stupid to charge us for that pizza.

Placed an order to dine in and waited awhile while noticing people that ordered after us, getting their order before us. Went to the counter and saw what looked like our order sitting there but were told it belonged to "Glenn" and not "Gail" which was us and were told that our order was still being prepared. After hearing Glenn's name called for another 15min over the intercom, I asked the person to double check agian that our order for "Gail" is actually there and being prepared. Guess what, nope. So just maybe the cashier made a mistake and wrote the wrong name but I guess that's never happened before. Asked to speak with the manager but "Teresa" was not there or any other manager. No apology was given or anything to make things right. On top of that there wasn't anyone wiping down tables or picking up after customers. Toilet paper on the ground in hallway outside the bathrooms. Hopefully changes are made.

I got food poisoning on July 5th and July 13th. I decided to call to let them know that my daughter and I got sick while after eating their pizza. I didn't want anything. I didn't ask for anything. I didn't even need a manager to call me back. After speaking with Abby, the supervisor, I have decided to never order from Rusty's again. Ever. She was rude, defensive, was yelling at me, and escalated the call so badly that I've decided to contact corporate when they open on Monday. Even was though I was shocked by how she treated me, I let her know that it would have been better for her to have just directed me to the manager to solve the issue. I actually tried to help her. I was calm, giving her really good advice, and genuinely was trying to help her know how to handle this kind of a situation the future. When I was finished she said, "Are you done telling me how to do my job?" I was truly and genuinely trying to help her understand how to handle a call that has been escalated. If she is a supervisor, she needs to know how to talk to people in a way that deescalates the situation, not escalates it to the point that someone never wants to order from Rusty's again, ever and, in addition, contact corporate. Such a shame. Hopefully Abby can get some retraining in how to treat people.

They're charging you $15.40 for lunch special they advertise for$12 on their website that lunch special comes with a small pizza with two toppings I asked for one of the toppings to be cheese and one of the toppings to be mushroom and they charged me for the extra cheese so in actuality I only ended up with a one-topping pizza they advertised for two because I paid extra for the cheese, I've never been to a pizza place in my entire life that charges you extra cheese when you say you wanted to be one of the toppings that you get with the pizza, I will never come back to this pizza place ever.

I am regular customer of Rusty’s for over 23 years. Every one of them that I visited in Santa Barbara area were good. We visited the one in Goleta this afternoon . When we got there no one was there except another customer who was ordering to go. I ordered medium double pepperoni and garlic. It took them 25 min to make it ! No xtra pep and garlic on the top ? All burn ! When I ask the guy first he deny then he offered to take it back and make another . But we were hungry and did not wanted to wait another 25 min, as they were getting more customer. They never offer any other solution , never apologize , and no refund or credit !

First of all, this is not about the food. The pizza is great! We've been coming to Rusty's for years, and this was the first time we've had a bad experience here. We made a pickup order, and since we've never had any issues we just picked it up without opening the box (that was our mistake). Once we got home and opened the box, the pizza only had a bit of cheese in the middle. Nothing to overreact about. I called Rusty's about it and there was no issue with remaking and exchanging the pie. The issue lies when we walk into the restaurant and the woman in charge of the front in a derogatory manner said to the lady next to her "those are the guys who called about the pizza. They're both ridiculous, they took the pizza, and now they want a new one". She (Maribel) said all of this in Spanish, guess she thought we wouldn't understand. And even when she realized that we understood every single word she said, she just gave us a dirty look and walked away without a single apology. This is unacceptable behavior for someone that deals with customers daily. The other lady working there did apologize, but Maribel's attitude left a lot to be desired. Again, this was a customer service issue, not about the food.

I'm so tired of the AI ordering. It messes up EVERY TIME and there is no way to ever speak to a real person. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN BECAUSE I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A REAL PERSON NOT A COMPUTER!!
