I went to your store tonight around 7:00 PM to do some shopping. I want to thank the guard who protected me from four kids who tried to rob me and then insulted me in the parking lot. The guard chased them away. Thanks again.

Classic supermarket. Not friendly staff who do not speak English. Prices are affordable, wide selection of products. Complaint about the staff and of course because the toilet was inaccessible and the reason for that is locked
Spacious with uncovered parking at the entrance. Good selection of products, including those for those with lactose intolerance. Few open tills, resulting in a long line.
I wouldn't say clean....years ago there was a cleaner...this morning like several times...very dirty floor...that never happens in the long run!! For the rest...good, sweet and delicatessen counter good. Compliments to that cashier who is always joking and invites you to the till
Be careful with the coupons. They gave me two: one for 50 free napkins. I took them, but then at home, I discovered they weren't the right size, and on the phone, they told me that many people had fallen for them. Waste of paper.

Sharing the same experience as several customers - attitude to the customers is very bad - and main reason is the guard. He is telling some comments and ask questions very close to racist, suspect and is very invasive with his behaviour! I have wrote a complaint to the head office - zero reaction. Based on what I read here in comments, nothing has changed. I switched the shop and now don’t visit this chain. Esselunga and Iperal are much better. Don’t recommend it to everyone - enjoy you time in other places!
I went into this supermarket to do some shopping, but the experience was terrible. The very unfriendly guard at the entrance constantly stared at me as if I were a suspect rather than a customer. His attitude was so exaggerated, I felt more like I was in prison than in a supermarket. It's annoying and obsessive behavior that made it impossible to shop calmly. In the end, I decided to leave without buying anything and moved to another nearby supermarket, where I was treated with respect and normality. This kind of behavior not only makes customers feel uncomfortable, but also causes a loss of trust and customers in the store.
