Food is good, like any other Subway store. What sets this restaurant apart is the super friendly staff. They are always amazingly kind and welcoming. When there aren't customers waiting, the staff are cleaning. It's different than other Subway stores and better.

I ordered three pastrami foot longs and they short changed me on the pastrami today. I usually get well made pastrami sandwiches with a decent amount of meat. Today they were made by not my usual server with very little meat.

Had a hand made bulletin saying that the steak subway was not included in the coupon saying any foot long @ $5.99. Then we ordered a tuna sub. Was given the sandwich in a bag even though we said we were eating in.Had to ask for a tray, the mgr very visibly upset @ the request had to go into the back for the tray & came out wiping it with a dish rag! was given 2 napkins/ sandwich was falling apart! Reconstructed the sandwich, had to ask l for 2 more napkins to clean our hands! Seating area & table was not cleaned from previous customer! My wife & I were treated as more of an inconvenience than as a customer. This has been our favorite location for 6 or 7 years but will give our business to the Devonshire location from now on. We ordered 12 footlongs for a church gathering from there 2 weeks ago & was treated very professionally. The sandwiches were tasty & fresh!! P.S. the help @ the original store today we're ok but it was the Mgr I assume an Indian woman that had the attitude! thank you for reading!!

Pretty poorly stocked. They never have Guacamole, just avacado slices. Why not use that to make Guacamole? I have asked before and haven't gotten a straight answer. Probably the worst Subway I've ever been to. It's the closest one to me so that's the only selling point.

The clerk was rude and dry and I don’t know why he did not put enough meat in the sandwiches I ordered. I am generously giving two stars only. Please watch what are you paying for. Thumbs down. 👎

The customer service here has never impressed me much. They barely put anything on the sandwiches they make unless you speak otherwise and their ingredients do not look as fresh as other subways. Was not very impressed.

Where’s the beef? This is a steak and cheese. I’ve been to other Subway’s and usually there more than double the meat shown here. They also hide the prep area so I can not tell how much is being put on. I purposely stopped them from putting any toppings on because I knew I was getting shorted. the owner was there and did nothing when I asked if that was the right portions. Take your business elsewhere.

The workers at this particular Subway location are extremely hesitant and tightfisted with the way they put on the toppings. It is definitely worth driving to the next nearest Subway location so that you actually get more in your sandwich.

They served unfresh veggies, I ordered a tuna sandwich and they shorted me tuna and also give stale bread. This location was recently bought by owners of another terrible subway on Chatsworth and balboa. No wonder subway is loosing so much market share with lame franchisees like this. Stay away unless you like shale bread and in fresh veggies. The workers there are rude and incompetent. Terrible place

This subway is by far the worst in the neighborhood. The current employees don't listen to basic instructions when preparing your food. The service is awful, and they never have essential ingredients like cheddar cheese in stock.

I order two footlongs and they charge me for one footlong and two 6 inches. I didn’t see that because while charging they were talking in their language. After I paid I told them why, both of the ladies there ignored me, and when I was like you guys are scamming people she said I don’t know it’s the boss he is watching us pointing to the camera. Beware before paying!! The meat looks old, the environment is dirty and they are rude and have no customer service. Never been ignored like that when they make a mistake they seem to do it often. Make yourself a favor don’t go there!!

Never ever order food in advance. I ordered food to be catered last night at 8pm for noon pick up today. Today's employee had no idea so they are now they are scrambling to put order together. This is for my Mom's Memorial. I don't needed the added stress. Never again!

Today during lunch @ 12:30pm, I witnessed a disturbing incident. Two male Hispanics visited the store and were “helped” by a female of Indian decent. The two male Hispanics ordered 3 sandwiches and when the female rang them up, the total was $58.00. When the male Hispanics questioned the price, the female became upset and said it was because they ordered avocado….? (That obviously didn’t make the price double). Another Good Samaritan male who spoke English stepped in and assisted the two males and questioned the female employee. The female employee became agitated and continued to say it was because they asked for avocado. The Good Samaritan who was assisting asked them to check their order and they found that only one sandwich had avocado. The Good Samaritan did the math and found that the female employee was over charging by double for no apparent reason. When they asked the female employee to do the math, she answered “well how much money do they have? Do they even have money”? That was not the point, of-course they had money, she was just trying to steal from them and thought they wouldn’t notice or know better because they didn’t speak English. Racist female employee, who didn’t even say sorry and continued with her attitude even though she knew she was wrong and was trying to double dip. If you can avoid this store, do so. She is racist towards Hispanics and she doesn’t deserve to have business.

They had this employer named Carlos, he was the best, always asking you how was your day going, and a great costumer service and being respectful and patient with everybody I asked for him they saif he left. Otherwise that place is the worst Subway, they re-use the ingredients and when they drop things on the floor, they put them back in the line, that is so gross, employers they don’t wash their hands to make your food. The Owner she touches the food without gloves and she doesn’t care about her costumers at all!

I’ve been a regular Subway guy for 20+ years and this particular restaurant, in the Knollwood Plaza, has without question the worst customer service. It’s always slow but today, they are turning customers away without apology because they scheduled maintenance work during lunch. “We can’t serve you right now.” It’s shocking. Absolutely shocking. A business that doesn’t respect its customers makes you wonder whether they keep their food clean. What other corners are they cutting at this particular restaurant?

The worst branch you could order from. My family and I are regular customers to Subway but we always order from a different one except for the last two times which they were the worst times. The first time we ordered online and when we picked up the order, all sandwiches were not as we ordered. The second time was just yesterday where we placed an 11 sandwiches order and once we got there an hour later, the worker was like ohh your order is not ready(with no even sorry) he was like you order in the last hour before we close and so there is only me so I can't make 11 sandwiches in 1 hour. After letting us wait for 10 minutes, we got our money back and that was our last visit to this place.

They don’t follow food safety, healthy GMP procedures. The person who was preparing my sandwich went to walk-in refrigerator, touch the door handle and pick an item without changing her gloves and came back continue preparing my sandwich. Not acceptable…

Ordered 2 footlongs sub today around 9:30pm through app.It was made nothing like I ordered. No sauce or sub crunch in it which I specifically asked in the notes too. The subway looked all torn and the bread tasted like it was from morning. All hard and powder like when eaten. Waste of money! Worst part is all the subways were closed near by my place so I drove 10miles for this shit. Please be mindful when you are making your orders. Make it like you would make it for yourself or your family.
