Avis sur Brew Aleworks Granbury
Place is great! Definitely a little spendy for the area but worth it: Blonde ale: 8/10 Cheese Curds: 9/10 French fries: 6/10 (a little over seasoned) Bison burger: 10/10 One of the best burgers I’ve had in the Southwest region. Portion sizes are massive.
Great microbrew and gourmet burger joint. Only place in Granbury with truffle Parmesan fries and cheese curds. Still fairly new, but the wine and food menu is expanding weekly. Recently started Wednesday Wings which are great. We have been in several times and the food is consistently great.
Amazing beer, WINE (yes ladies, great variety of wine), and gourmet food. Not your regular brewery. I am a picky eater and their lamb burger (The Greek) and truffle fries are beyond words. This staff, GM, and chef are experts and artists. Just seconds outside of the Granbury town square. Cannot wait to come back! And by the way, dog friendly patio (who doesn’t love a sweet puppy face!).
Had my first burger at Brew Aleworks and it wil NOT be my last. I cannot wait until they expand the menu. The beer is amazing also, I personally loved the blonde!
We had lunch here yesterday and it was amazing. The Nashville Hot Sandwich was juicy and flavorful and the Cajun fries were to die for! We will be eating here anytime we are in Granbury!
Pineapple Bellini is my adult Slurpee! Go Astros! Only bar in Granbury that gives you the ticket! Watch every NFL game every Sunday here!
Went to enjoy a late beer after dinner. Started with a flight, but went back afterwards and ordered the Big Bock Energy (8% ABV) and the Speakeasy Stout. Also played Rockstar Bingo with my wife and friends! We sang along, perhaps a bit too loud. But it was a fun Friday night atmosphere. 👍👍
Great BEER, amazing burgers, friendly staff. This fun new brewpub is quickly becoming a "must visit" location in Granbury.

My husband and I visited today after a recommendation to try it out. The atmosphere is very calm but yet lively. When we went, it wasn't busy at all and after trying the food we are still baffled as to why there weren't many people there. The location is a little hidden off the main road. I got the chicken strip dinner and cajun fries (I'm not very adventurous at new places, so this is always a safe bet for me). My husband got the Brew burger. After trying a bite of that, I know what I'm ordering next time! The food was AMAZING. My husband got a flight of beer and loved every single one (all brewed in house). Very friendly staff. Food came out quick. We have found our new favorite spot to eat. Definitely recommend!
We had dinner and beers on a Friday night. I had The Greek Burger. It was so delicious, very well made. Husband said his burger was very good too! The banana pudding was amazing! Great atmosphere! We will definitely go back.
Excellent food and service. The burgers and fries were amazing and the banana pudding was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful even turning on a children’s Christmas movie so our kids could have something to watch. The local stout was a perfect compliment to the burgers. We will definitely be back and will certainly be recommending to everyone we know!
My husband and I decided to try this place for lunch, as we had never been there. We both ordered different salads. Hubby ordered Ceasar and I ordered Greek -both with chicken. The house-made dressings were some of the best we've ever had. Grilled chicken was flavorful and not dry. Then we tried their beignets with house-made carmel sauce and honey. Delicious! We'll be back to try the burgers!
Great find in Granbury while we were in town unexpectedly for a funeral. The restaurant accommodated our large group quickly and served up our 9 orders efficiently. Great food and loved the various burger options, including a tasty black bean burger! The beer options were plentiful, and we loved the local brews we ordered. Thanks, Brew Aleworks!
We LOVE Brew Aleworks and ALL the people who are there. We go every Tuesday to eat lunch and have a brew at the bar with Aubrey. The food is GREAT! And we’ve had just about everything on the the menu. Seth and crew make delicious food in the kitchen! Try the unique banana pudding. And the beer … my favorite is Jitterbug, 2nd is Lucky Light, 3rd is Dizzy Blonde. We also love watching sports there on the weekends. Ashlie is also great at what she does. Tim, Christian, Steve … they’re all great. Also, it’s clean, light and bright. If you haven’t been yet, put it on your schedule and go! You won’t regret it. 💕
Cool vibe for this area. Here on Sunday night - sports on the tube and cool conversations. Lindsey, running the bar, is super hospitable, energetic and makes it a greater experience. Parm fries are legit! Beers are good and cold. They have wine, seltzers, bubbles, and more for those who need a booze break. We’ll be back for sure!

First time visiting on a Sunday at midday. The restaurant was busy! Portions on burger pattie & overall salad size were not to our price expectations IMO. Environment was nice, we watched the PGA tour in comfy chairs. The service by Ashley was great!

This is a business plan of if you build it they will come . And people do but really no solid reason to revisit. Five people in restaurant when the two of us came in. No welcome no wave or acknowledgement. Walked up to counter and guy hands out menu. He acted like he was chained behind counter. Sat down looked at menu then returned to counter and ordered I did say that there was only 5 people in restaurant. Got a dark stout which was good, but unsweet tea in a plastic cup and coke in a can and had to ask for a plastic cup of ice . Cheese curds came out and they were awesome . Burgers and fries came out later fries were home made but over cooked. Burgers were strange the all meat patty was about the size of a tennis ball in the center of medium sized bun. Hard to open your mouth that big and your eating bun before you ever get to the patty. Flavor was good but not a great eating experience. Maybe press out a large patty rather than a tennis ball. I wish you good luck but you need to have customer service. Did I say 5 people in restaurant and the guy just stands there behind counter. My advice is to check out your competition and see what they do and copy. And hopefully you have success.
Dead place Thursday night. We had a party of six abd one table 3 came. 3 Hours. Fries etc. cold except great hamburgers and salad good (old croutons ugh). Hamburgers good. Out of truffle oil so no specialty fries. In a year might retry. Pretty unimpressed. Service is up to you.

We ordered a burger and adult sliders with no alterations. The food took 45 minutes to cook. The sliders were delivered to another table. The waitress then went to the kitchen and informed them it was supposed to be without cheese. The cook said I know...here. The waitress exchanges the no cheese sliders for the original ones she delivered. Taking the old slider order back to the order up window. Then she grabs the burger and the traveling slider order to us. The waitress, Aubrey, ensuring me yes it was delivered to another person; but it was okay because the other patron never touched the food. I get eye rolls and irritation when I asked they remake the sliders. Not a good first impression. I also would not recommend for dietary restriction, only two kids items, and nothing in small portions.
Well, the Dizzy Blonde beer was good. Nothing else was. Service was slow, even though there were only four patrons at the bar and two tables when I walked in at 7:30PM on a Thursday night. I went to the counter, and was told by a young pink-haired server that I could just take a seat and he’d be “right with me”… after 10 minutes, he never came back, so I had to go back to the register to get a beer and order a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. This was at 7:45. I got my beer quickly enough, but 15 minutes later I still had no sandwich. I think the bartender must’ve reminded the cooks about the sandwich, because I saw some scurrying around back in the kitchen, and five minutes later I was served an almost inedible chicken sandwich, way too over-fried, way too greasy, and pretty dry on the inside; the fries were pretty bad, too, way too salty and overcooked. Meanwhile, the bartender was hanging out with the patrons at the bar, and the cooks were busy making a bunch of banana puddings for them. I bet you this place has excellent banana puddings, because they really put a lot of time into that. I’m sure this place will have some really good beers in the future, but I’m disappointed that I skipped Stumpy’s for this place. I most likely will not be back.
