Went here with friends and we all left our bellies full! Amanda was such a sweetheart and was very attentive. Great service and yummy food. The dirt and worms sundae is my favorite :)

The customer service was great, they walk through your table to make sure everything is fine! Food was very delicious, also tried the orange cream frost 10/10

First time to eat at a Freddy's. We had the double cheeseburger and the grilled cheese steak burger. Both were very good. I loved the shoestring fries and my husband said the onion rings were great. We also tried the frozen custard, and although pricey, it is was really good. Service was great, everyone friendly and polite, which is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Will definitely be back!

My youngest son thought we were going to eat at the restaurant called 5 nights at Freddy's (as in the movie). He dressed up as one of the characters and the staff played along with it. It was awesome.

We come to this one every so often when we are in town…we live about one hour away. 100% of the time it is clean, they are friendly and helpful, and the food is up to the high Freddy’s standard! We sat there and watched each one of the team member busy even though there was not a customer in front of them…cleaning, organizing, or stocking. BRAVO to the management!! And. Btw thanks for the check up visit from the manager! Nice touch! This is by far the BEST Freddy’s we have been to. We will gladly continue to be a customer! We got sucked into dessert after! Who could resist looking at all the delicious inviting pictures on the wall!! It did not disappoint!!

Amanda also checked on us to see how the food was and wanted to know if we needed anything else. You just can’t find employees like that these days. She is a gem. Hopefully the franchise owner knows just how valuable of an employee she is- my family will definitely be back.

I only ordered a single meat burger. Though it tasted good it was $8.00 for just the burger and the meat was sliced In half to create 2 Patty's. And called it one. . So when you get the double your getting really just one patty. But it tasted good so you choose.

Only had the ice cream here. Not sure on the food. Ice cream is very good.

I wrote a review on Freddy's awhile back. It was a terrible review because my experience was terrible. Several people contacted me from corporate to local and told me that they had taked steps to fix it. I went there today at 12:30. Where's my wife Big difference the food was good. Everything was hot. I got what I ordered and the lady At the window did a great job and offered Extra to try their spicy fry sauce we agreed. And appreciated the extra efforts. Good job in this turnaround.

We tried the new Freddy's location on Sunday right after open hours. It was busy but service was still quick. We ordered a #2 with the chili cheese fries and two kids meals and our total was about $30. My kids loved the fry sauce and the French fries. Parking is tight and we were blocked in from the drive through line when we tried to leave so maybe be mindful of that when dining in. We will for sure be back and hope it stays good as time passes!

Very busy. Staff was working as efficiently as any kitchen crew I had ever seen (I was a professional cook at one time). Place was clean considering how busy they were. The duty manager was doing her best to ensure customer satisfaction. Very well pleased overall.

Great prime rib burgers and custard. The only drawback on my visit was the screaming kids that made it a to go order.

Had six booth tables available. Everyone of them were filthy dirty. Nobody in ordering yet three people behind the counter watched as we went from filthy table to filthy table, then they watched me collect a handful of paper towels and washed down a table for my kids to sit at. Went up to oder and not one of them greated me or even smiled. Just took my order and handed me my receipt. Said "your order number is ......" Hugh difference from opening week, that's for sure.

Cute 50's decor---red dinette chairs, tables, booths. Giving a rave review for the Turtle Sundae, fantastic!! Was very disappointed in burger and fries. Fries are shoestring and the meat patty is supposedly not frozen, individually hand pressed...but we thought it looked weird and paper thin. The spicy fry sauce gets a 👍. Staff is working hard to give good experience.

My onion rings were overcooked. It was like biting into a chip. I had ordered a soft serve chocolate in a cup. Like what is usually served in a waffle cone. When I explained what I wanted, it was repeated you want a waffle cone? I stated I wanted soft serve in a cup. What I received was the hard in a dish. I'm looking forward to my local Freddy's near my home next month, where for over 6 years they have been consistent in their great service.

We wanted to give Freddie’s a try because it’s a fairly new restaurant in the area. First thing we noticed was the store smelled of old grease and the floor was slick with greasy shoe prints everywhere. We ordered food anyway, but we were really disappointed. The food wasn’t eatable, it was so greasy and had an odd taste. I had ordered a single burger and cheese curds. I took one bite of my burger, even as thin as the patty was, it was raw on the inside. The bun was super greasy as well. The manager was really sweet, she comped my burger and even replaced it with chicken strips, but my family and I lost our appetites and we just left. The experience wasn’t good. The staff were nice and the manager accommodating, but the atmosphere and food not so much. The Pepsi was good, but walking to the drink machine was a bit dangerous as the floor was really slick.

My wife and I were ecstatic when we found out Freddy’s was coming to town. I frequent Freddy’s all over Texas and Oklahoma (I eat at Freddy’s atleast 2x a week due to how much driving I do) and this store just does not compare to the others. Consistently having issues with Incorrect orders through the drive through and the couple of times we have dined in, the “craftsmanship” of the Steakburgers we receive are not up to Freddy’s corporate standards. I have mentioned to M.O.D. Several times about this and it seems that no progression has been made. Sharing here in hopes that the franchise group sees this and brings things back to the quality they had the first 90 days open. I will say, the store is VERY CLEAN EVERY TIME WE DO GO IN. 5 Stars on that.

Food tastes good but it’s just not correct. I ordered a steak burger. Receipt says double cheeseburger and I received a double burger no cheese. So they couldn’t punch in the order correctly, nor make what they put in correctly. The fries are too thin also.

I was very disappointed I worked in Keller so I ate at the Freddy's up there, which I loved. I just got an order from door dash. The pattymelt as soon as I picked it up the crust fell off around the bread, t j ere were not 2 patties as advertised and the fries were cold. The extra onion rings I ordered were fine and the shake ok The burger and fries were terrible.

It looks really fun from the outside and the food options "looked" great on the website. Different story actually getting the food. Portions where crazy TINY and for just the two of us it was 30$! I got a hot dog that was strangely stiff ( I took one bottle and threw it out ) and my husband got a burger and fries that made him look like a giant eating it with how small it was. He said it tasted okay but not worth how much it was. We will never be returning and are not recommending.

Freddy's restaurant is a rip off. I ordered a double jalapeño burger, the 2 meat patties were the thickness of a dime. Couldn't hardly even taste meat.

I mean it. • Burgers with soggy buns but with cheese so dry on the patty it looked like it sat out on the counter for 2 days • Tater tots overcooked and soaked in oil that needed to be changed a month ago • Fries cold, hard, and chalky with the same old oil taste • Cheese curds were the only thing semi-warm but also hard and tasted of old oil • Even the Dr. Pepper was bad. Ratios are off, or maybe the bag needs to be changed I'll leave it there. Just know it was shockingly bad. The amount of money they're charging is somewhat excessive to begin with. Though we're willing to pay a little more for really good food, this ain't that. To charge that much for something this bad isn't acceptable. We're pretty used to fast food chains offering poorly made food, so the bar is set pretty low. The only positive here is the manager I spoke with was very nice and apologetic, and they did refund our meal which I'm very grateful for, but I do feel this experience warrants a warning. If it's bad enough for me to leave a review on Google, it's probably not somewhere you want to eat. Proceed with caution. We won't be back.
