The food is absolutely incredible!!! Service is great. Its definitely the best Mexican food around. I have friends from San Antonio that allways have to come to Grandview just to eat here!

This is absolutely without a doubt the best Mexican restaurant that we have ever had the pleasure of dining at. The staff, food and atmosphere were all fantastic. You will be asking for a to-go container at the end of your meal. Well worth the trip to Grandview Texas.

Really enjoyed the meal, the chips and salsa are very good. The tamale wasn't my favorite, had more of a cornbread taste and probably went when it was busier than usual.

Nice atmosphere. The pla very welcoming and the employees are so friendly. But even better is.. the food! If the chips, salsa, and the guac are good, then the restaurant passes my test and I place my order. Los campesinos is fantastic!

My brother in law brought my husband and I to Lid Campesino for lunch Relloet the 21st of Sept after we had shopped Antique Alley. I was hot, tired and in desperate need of good food. My BIL kept saying, "it's just a little hole in the wall. But the food is good". He was not kidding on either count! Very small place. And it was PACKED. That's because the food was really good. On my plate I had one cheese enchilada plus beans and rice and a tostado. Doesn't sound like a lot but I couldn't finish it despite how much I wanted to! My husband had a taco plate and my BIL had Chili Relleno(?sp). They both scraped their plates clean. Sister is a bird and never eats much anywhere she goes. But she ate a lot for her. Service was wonderful too. Would def recommend this place.

This is a great place, but it's not a food place anymore. It is now a venue for weddings, receptions, parties, and gatherings that the owners are keeping looking great but still historical. I highly recommend you reach out under the new name of Firefly Hall to discuss your wedding or gathering you'd like to have in a great building. They also have an outside stage for music and fun.

This place is great! The portions are large enough to actually fill a person of some size up. Little old ladies will no doubt need a doggie bag. The price is reasonable and the food is good. The young lady who runs the place was very attentive and provided us with great service. I recommend this place and I will be going back.

While the dining room is tiny, the food and service are absolutely excellent. As locals, we consider this the best restaurant in town. We have family that lives an hour away and they will make the trek specifically for this restaurant. Highly recommend!

I ordered Al a carte the chicken enchilada with sour cream sauce, the chicken was deliciously cooked with onions and peppers the sauce is true actual sour cream SAUCE! Not a dollop of sour cream. It was so good. The tostada with guacamole was amazing. And I love love love the Obrero tacos their name for street tacos. This place is generous with the servings, which is rare these days. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. The service is great very friendly. Cannot wait to bring my hubby here and tell my family and friends about my new favorite restaurant!

Good food, big portions, friendly service. They took care with my food allergies. Make sure you bring cash because they charge a fee for credit cards.

We stopped here on our way up to Kansas. Really do recommend this spot for a quick meal. The portions are huge, the salsa is great, and it is really reasonably priced.

The staff are very nice & friendly. The place is old, kind of cluttered & small. Not the tidiest place. The food is good, but not great.

The food was delicious and prepared in a timely manner. The problem was it is a very small dining area and the tables are too close together. It was very noisy to the point that we were getting a headache.

Food is good if you love cheese sauce or chili. I like a variety of Mexican sauces on my Mexican food, Ranchero, Mole, red sauce and various green sauces. Tacos are ordinary but good, enchiladas are too heavy for my taste with the thick cheesy sauce.

Great service but food needs a little work, more seasoning basically on everything. Other than that it’s was good food.

Very small place tables to close together. Service and food good for a very small town. You can call your order in and pick up. Restroom clean.Went with parents and daughter still had a great time with family.

Food was not good at all. I got the taco salad and the meat had no flavor. Shell wasn't crispy to brake apart. Tasted stale. Couldn't even pull it apart. Cheese sauce was like cheese out of a can. My mom said how can you mess up cheese enchiladas. Food was really bland. Tea taste like it was sour like it was left over from the night before. Felt bad for my family that came in from out of town and that's where I took them. We were was not impressed I've lived here for three years and now I know why I never went in there. I read all the good reviews online so I was really surprised that it turned out the way it did.

Its a run down little place. The staff was not that friendly. The food was not that great. They give you your drink in a can like a food truck. So I assume its not free refills. My wifes plate was swimming in oil. And we found a hair on her plate. Would not recommend

Tacos are good but my complements to the cook who both watered down and burned the cheese dip. Enchiladas come in corn tortillas not tamale and I could have saved money buying the hormel myself. Sorry I was hoping for good food.
