🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for food and service, but 🌟🌟 for atmosphere at Chili's! This place desperately needs a remodel 🛠️. The Cajun chicken pasta 🍝🔥 was amazing, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. My wife had the sirloin steak 🥩 which was tender and juicy, accompanied by loaded mashed potatoes 🥔🧀 and fresh broccoli 🥦. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff 😊. Our server was Kat. However, the outdated decor and overall atmosphere really bring down the experience. With a little renovation, this place could be fantastic!

We ordered couple of dishes and drinks which are in the pictures absolutely good. They are really tasty. But they do something unfair to their tradename. We turn in to this restaurant with a hope of having spicy dish. But those are not spicy at all. We told about our expectation and then waiter brought us Tabasco. I think they can offer more pepper or chili as condiments or at least can ask whether you need one chili, two chilies or three chilies. This is how Thai restaurants measure spicy-ness. Always this restaurant crowded. This is not a state of art facility. But like maintaiing an old American restaurant. May be you can upgrade it internally to increase the customer experience. Paying the bill is a nice experience where you can pay the bill through the device in top of the table.

I sat at the small to avoid the 35 minutes wait for a table. The bartender was busy but she provided great attentive service.

We stopped by this location before leaving the mall. When we first got there, we were immediately greeted by the hostess and there wasn’t a wait. There were 3 waitresses, and each one of them had nice, bubbly personalities. They were all working well as a team too. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and the only problem was the under seasoned meat patty. Overall, It’s a convenient place to sit and eat after walking all over the mall.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with most of the recent reviews here. While the food was good, let me say that. The service is very slacking. I’m sorry but based on how the servers are today there is no way I think they deserve $15 an hour or whatever they’re asking for. It’s great to have this option in the Grapevine Mills Mall. But to be honest, you’re far better off just eating something in the food court.

The meal was fine, however the manager decided to fire an employee across the restaurant. It disrupt the environment and was unprofessional as it was something that could've been taken care of behind closed doors.

We came for late lunch everything was great but they felt the need to terminate an employee at the tabe across from us . This was very wrong the guy got upset made a small scene but I probably would have to. Next time do your terminations in the back .

The attention tobget people waiting is horrible . I counted 10 open tables and still two parties had to wait 10 min for them to react . One couple arrived without wait and were seated before we did . The manager need to do her job and train the staff . The waiter dont pay attention either . Brong the wrong drink too. Wake up.

Our server and the staff were friendly but the cleanliness of the restaurant isn’t the best. As soon as we got seated we notice how dirty the dividing wall was, there was splatters of food/drinks and you could tell it’s not wiped down or clean very frequently, however we overlooked that the food took some time to come out but it was freshly made so the wait time was reasonable. Towards the end of our meal I saw something move from the corner of my eye and turns out it was a roach!! They definitely could work on the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Plenty of open tables but no one able to actually eat because the employees just look at you like they have no idea what to do. Just wasted 10 mins of my life with 10 other people trying to get a table to spend money in this economy but the employees clearly don't know how to accomplish this task so everyone just stands there doing nothing. I will spend money with another company who cares to give customer service. Get a manager if the hostess is unsure on how to seat people at tables during a time where more than one party comes up to be seated. Plenty of tables, just no one smart enough to put people at them.

***change your frying OIL!!!***I could not eat the bacon cheese fries, which I normally love because the oil they were fried in was rancid. So gross, the fries actually smelled bad. The server was friendly, but not attentive enough. The food runner asked me if I needed anything AND didn't bring the item. I had to wait 20 minutes to ask the server. Ugh, Chili's.

I haven't been to Chili's in a loooong time and got a reminder why now again. Came for the cheese pull , never got it , just warm breaded sauce soaked bricks of cheese , order the double rancher with chicken tenders , rice and Mac n cheese. Didn't want pickles or onions , as you see still got em . Mac was gritty and chunky , like if y'all tasted anything before serving you'd know this was not good , the rice was dry and crunchy , like I didn't know that was the standard for rice now??? The chicken was hot and juicy didn't need any sauce , the waitresses were nice and somewhat knowledgeable. I don't know if it's the location or just chilis in general but I paid way to much to get way too little . Definitely will never step foot in one again . This was not as bad as past experiences but I just can't stand the thought of wasting hard earned money like this !!!!

Wouldn’t let me substitute the sides on the fajitas for sides that fit my dietary needs, it’s understandable, but Courtney was really standoffish and rude. It felt like he was looking to escalate the situation and even when I said it was ok and tried to pick something else he continued to get more frustrated.

The 2 girls at the entrance was so rude. They said it'll be a 35 minute wait which we was fine with but we asked to be seated and get started on drinks since they had plenty of tables. She said no. You'll be seated in 35 minutes! She proceeded to say that the kitchen is backed up.We said we understood that, but can we be seated?Since there's tables available just to get started on our drinks since we've been waking the mall. she said, yeah, you can be seated " in 35 minutes! " Then rolled her eyes. Now, We've been to alot of chili's. This one has the rudest host! Management needs to get these 2 young girls on check. Poor customer service! Sunday, Sep 21,2025 @ 3pm
