Such a delicious and fresh respite in Grapevine. From the very moment upon our arrival we were greeted is a genuine and friendly way - so refreshing! You can’t believe how rare this is becoming. Tostadas, tacos and all were delicious, tasty and fresh. The place is also well taken care of, clean and was well air conditioned. Will be a nice stop and go to when in Grapevine.

I haven't been here in a while, the meat was so gross and slimy. It reminded me of potted meat. It wasn't good. I hope this isn't how it is at all the locations. The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is because the Dr. Pepper was good.

Food was horrible! Ordered the super nachos to go. Got home and the chips were stale, sour cream looked like it a curdling. Was so tossed out. Would not go back.

I drove a ways to go to taco casa n got taco bueno tacos today. They were thin, not much meat and not much cheese. Spent $43 on crappy tacos! Not sure what is going on but whatever is working today must not know how taco casa does it! So disappointed!!!

I've been going to the this taco casa for awhile now without issues, but today I had a bad experience. At the drive thru, I ordered nachos spread out with cheese on the side. I've ordered this plenty of times before, I know how to order it so that the cheese is always on the side. I also ordered a few other things for my family. The girl at the drive thru didn't repeat my order back, and they always do that. When I pulled up to the window, she didn't repeat it back to me then either. I didn't want to complain, so I just hoped it was right. However, glancing inside I saw they were putting the cheese on my nachos not on the side. I asked the girl if she heard me when I said I wanted cheese on the side and she said yes, but I said "are those my nachos with cheese on them?" She walked over and told the manager it wasn't supposed to have cheese. The manager, Jerry, asked her if I just now told her that at the window and she said yes! A complete lie to cover up for her mistake. The manager seemed frustrated, but remade my nachos the way I wanted them to be, or so I thought. When I got home and opened them up, there was barely any beans and beef and a ton of sour cream. And it wasn't put on there the way they normally put it on, spread out, it was in piles and looked unappetizing. It's as if he was mad at me and incorrectly made my nachos because of it. I'm really upset with this experience, and will be travelling further to a different taco casa in the future.

Pull Gothic girl off your drive thru window. She doesn’t talk, literally zero words came out of her mouth. She might be better suited for bathroom detail or a job at Hot Topic

Ive tried this location twice. The first time the mentally challenged drive thru attendant brought me the wrong items and a drink. I sent it back for him to get my meal of 3 tacos. He went back got my meal and returned. I noticed in my Bank Statement he charged me for both meals. Taco Casa rep on the phone wanted to give me food credit for the guys mistake. It's been a few month now and I decide to go thru the dirve for 2 tacos and 2 bean burritos at lunch today. The same mentally challenged male attendant came out with my food. Out of pure meaness guy was squeezing the life out of my meal and handed it to me in a fashon for me to drop it on the ground. I noticed what he was trying to do and saw the look on his face that he was dissapointed i took control of the sack before he prematurely let go. I'll never be back and I've attach photos of what he did to my food.
