Best Dunkin in Long Island! The guy at the front (I think he is the owner) is very professional and listens to ever specific requests especially when it comes to drinks. This Dunkin is the only Dunkin that has gotten my coffee right the first time and the food here is always fresh! I have a picture that I took of the donut they gave my daughter this around October! Very creative and the kids loved it! I don’t live near greenvale but I always take the drive down to get my morning coffee from here that’s how much I enjoy this Dunkin! Highly recommend this Dunkin for anyone who is in Long Island!
I have been going to this dunkin ever since I started college! My college is very close by so my parents would take me and my sister to this Location and I’m not lying when I say that this is the only dunkin location that listen to order specifications! No other Dunkin knew how to make my special frozen coffee! I recently haven’t had the time to visit but I haven’t forgot about these guys! 10/10 and I recommend this location for anyone who struggles to get their Dunkin drinks made right because this place knows how to make drinks!!! Also the egg and cheese croissants are very fresh but I just want to focus on the frozen coffee!!
The staff here are super nice and friendly. They also work pretty fast and the size of the donuts are absolutely perfect. You can tell they care when they prepare your food. One of the best DD I've been too in all of NY
Stop here often on the way home from work, or as I'm running around. I can only drink decaf, and they seem to always get it right. Other places often look baffled when I ask 'its decaf right?' Here they seem to always get my order RIGHT. Coffee, milk and flavor shots... Love stopping in at this one for my daily fix!
⭐ Dunkin’ at 1 Glen Cove Road in Greenvale – My Take This Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go. The location is easy to find, but the parking lot can get tight, especially during the morning rush. You might have to wait a bit for a spot, which can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry. Inside, the store is on the smaller side. It’s really set up more for quick grabs than for hanging out, but it’s always been clean when I’ve gone in. Service has been hit or miss depending on the day—some staff are friendly and fast, while other times the energy feels a little low and the orders might not come out quite right. Food and drinks are standard Dunkin’. Most of the time my coffee is spot on, and the breakfast sandwiches are decent. I’ve had a couple off days with stale donuts or a drink made wrong, but nothing major. Just depends on who’s working and how busy it is. Overall, I’d give this spot a solid 3.9 out of 5. It does the job when you need a caffeine fix or a bite, especially if you’re already nearby. Just don’t count on it for a relaxing sit-down coffee—this is more of a grab-and-go kind of place.
It was okay 👍🏻 in a pinch, I was traveling to an event at one of the colleges and needed some thing to eat quick. 3 tables small shop, staff was ok No one told me where to pick up my food had to figure it out No I will not be going back
Just a donut and ice cream place, they do what they do and I use them as needed.
Terrible customer service. There has been two instances when I have experienced this. One was when I accidentally ordered my food to a different Dunkin an hour away and they would not make it and I had to drive to a different place, another time we ordered and they gave us the wrong drink and refused to remake it. I work in the food industry and I know the customer is always right, in my store we would immediately remake the food, no questions asked. this is a multi million dollar company that can’t remake an iced coffee? Ridiculous.. the workers are hard working and the store is often crowded. Sometimes the drinks are inconsistent but otherwise it’s a fine place. Probably start driving to the one in glencove instead
This has got to be one of the smallest Dunkins I've ever been too. It did not even have a drive thru.
Easy to see right off of Glen Cove Road servicing Greenvale and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Small parking. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restroom. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Staff is ok. Give it a try and you decide.
I ordered 10 jelly munchkins. The total amount of filling in these 10 munchkins was less than would have been appropriate for even 1 munchkin. I cannot yet tell whether my anger or disappointment is greater. But both are greater than the amount of jelly I received. The strawberry dragonfruit refresher on the other hand was adequately refreshing, albeit overly sweet and lacking a certain depth I've appreciated about the Starbucks version.
It says 24hr but when I got there at 2am door was locked and clerk went to the back of the store when he saw me drive up! Waited at the door for a few minutes and he never came back to the front of the store. Why do you have 24hr on your door?
Let’s begin with writing that it’s sad that people get complacent but I’ve been coming here for years and very few times. They have giving me my Matcha latte the way I wanted it even though I repeated several times how I like it, people sometimes don’t get it rightand it’s frustrating because you come here spend about $10 and they give you a lot of ice even though I said less ice, I’ll give you Matcha halfway and halfway is foam.
we bought 1 dozen mixed donuts all 12 were not fresh. The quality and taste were lacking . WIll not go back. AII 12 were stale and lacking quality.
Worse Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Had me wait 35 minutes to order. When there was no line.. plus waited another 25 minutes just to get my order wrong!!!!! I recommend to get new management and new staff to this place!!!! I’ll be reporting this dunkin to The Better Business Bureau as well!!!!
Came in for a take out. My regular coffee tasted "baked." My wife's Hot vanilla late' turned out to be chocolate. Our box of Munchkins, all 2 doz were stale. We were down the road getting onto the LIE by the time we realized we were served garbage. We caught the shift change no less. I guess departing early employee didn't do her end well. Never going back to this "Dumpkin"
THE WORST customer service experience I’ve had in at least the past 5 years! Cashier: “Kamal”. I told him that today was free donut Friday, and he told me that it was not. I showed him the advertisement that I received through email about it on my phone. He said it is not happening. I told him to try to input the donuts into the cashier, and then we will apply the coupon and see if it takes. After trying to ask him this for about the next time, After requesting this for about 3 times he excepted, and so did my coupon. After this interaction I noticed that behind him on the menu the free donut Friday deal was being advertised. Lastly I tried to pay through my DD app. I had credit for a free beverage on my account. He said I can not apply that coupon and that he already charged my account. I never authorized for that to happen. I would of stayed longer to correct the issue, but I was rushing and had to go.
Person was not welcoming, place needs to practice customer service. Also, didn't ask if I wanted whip cream and caramel like many other dunkin places do. Will not return.
