They are always nice and the food is always good there. Definitely love the chocolate shakes there. I gave Braum's a 5 star rating because, I grew up enjoying the old Braum's on the other side of town and, I truly miss it there. Even though they moved Braum's and made it bigger, the ice cream and the food that they have, have always been really good to me. I definitely would recommend to everyone if you haven't been there before, that you really should try it.

Just spent a pleasant afternoon of browsing Ross, Marshall's & Aldi's with 4 of my 13 grand children. Topped it off with a fresh affordable meal at Braums. Love the free shake upgrade with any combo meal. Doesn't get much better than that.

Service was great. The night time cook actually cut my meat to make sure it was well done. The number 5 Bacon burger meal small with an Oreo shake. I went here with my family after some mid-day shopping and we ordered ourselves some tasty burgers. Braums has some mighty fine fries and juicy and fresh veggie topped burgers that definitely give you a delightful eating experience. Not to forget the great ice cream flavors and varieties such as malts, shakes, cone scoop, etc. I love coming here everytime, thanks for being great.

For me, I went inside to get a bag of cheese puffs and a box of chocolate covered vanilla bars. No waiting at the register, made my payment and walked out. As I got into my car I decided to get a bag of burgers (5 burgers for less than $9). Only had a couple of vehicles in front of me and my wait time was about 7 minutes before I was headed home. I like Braum's for the good food, friendly assistance and fast service. Shopping at the in-house store is like a small town feel. Not crowded, a little variety in grocery selection and convenient check out. I also like the selection of basket or grocery cart. Sometimes I feel like a nut sometimes I don't. There is convenient parking, easy wheel chair access to the store, restaurant, and restrooms. And the selection of ice cream is excellent. Bon Appetite

Amazing! I have been here 3 times and it was excellent! I used the drive thru each time, fast service and the employees are so friendly. The Banana Split is delicious and it's huge! I can't believe the amount you get for the price. Great Ice Cream and excellent service. Will definitely keep coming back!

Very good favorite ice cream in the whole world

So. This was my first time going to Braums since I moved here and my girlfriend and I wanted some comfort food and a shake. Sadly the shakes weren't being made but the young lady that took our order in the drive thru was amazing. She made the situation humorous to say the least. My girlfriend always tells me that she doesn't get why people naturally chat with me and last night it took the cake as she never experienced what we did last night. I hate that I didn't get any names. The young lady was natrual with her responses and very comedic. Unfortunately, there were people in the line waiting on us as we were having a fun conversation while ordering food. She also talked me to into trying my first strawberry limeade and I honestly was surprised at how good it was seeing as I don't drink soda. We got our food and went to drive off but realized my girlfriend didn't get her braums sauce so I went in to get some. The young man I spoke too was so sweet and kind hearted. He gave me the sauce and I was on my way. However, the part that blew me away most was both of the employees wished me a BLESSED EVENING. I LOVE that they were not afraid to say this and that it seemed to come natrual at this location. This is a big deal for me as I am a follower of Jesus. Overall, a really great experience and the food is always tasty.

One of the few places where prices are not bad and food is good. We’ve been multiple times and it’s always clean and staff is friendly. We really enjoy the biscuits and gravy as well as the ice cream. The fact that you can have a meal and shop for some essential items is also great.

Absolutely the best price on food imaginable. Real ice cream treats and orders made so fast. It’s amazing. The classic is still great.

Family-friendly dine-in without table service or drive-thru/take-out. The best thing about this place is the ice cream, and kids love this place even though there isn't a playground! The hamburgers are pretty good, and the french fries are crinkle-cut. This is not a good option for someone trying to avoid gluten, though, because even the hamburger patties have added gluten.

Only thing other than prices going way outta logical prices, that will soon be beyond means to continue buying milk products anywhere.. Stores always busy, and sometimes they forget about the grocery customers, because ice cream and burger lines are normally very heavy most any time of day every day. But otherwise everything is neat, clean, and stocked as it should be.

Braum's is a great place to get a good meal along with a great desserts menu. The restaurants are consistently clean and the restrooms are as well. The staff are friendly and helpful most of the time. Braum's food is a good thing but what sets them apart are the dairy products and the ice-cream desserts, you can get a burger anywhere but quality ice-cream selections and variations are not available @ most burger places. The retail store is awesome. We love spending time @ Braum's.

Ice cream was great. I would love to give a five star review but that would feel immoral as I only experienced the ice cream part of it. Although, the market and breakfast diner look really good too and I would love to go back. One thing though, there's no menu for the ice cream flavors so be prepared that you have to make your ice cream cone decision very quickly. Personally, that's quite stressful.

Great ice cream at decent price. I did ask if I could get two different toppings on my two - scoop sundae. They said I could, but then charged me an additional fee. They did not make it clear that it would be additional. They said it was because it was custom - made. It was the same amount of work as putting two spoonfuls of the same topping.

The food and service, impeccable. What lacked was the atmosphere. Older building with cracked seats, old tables, and things were a bit dirty. Dropped overall rating down. Would get food without reservation and the staff are very kind and professional.

Braums was ok this morning. The sausage gravy is not as good as in the past. Hardly any sausage and gravy was water gravy or mix,not milk like it was in the past! Will not waste my money again.

Staff is almost always very friendly, doubly so for the cashiers at the "store" portion. In fact, the store portion seems run by someone else, in my experience, it's always clean and well maintained. The dining room tends not to be at the same level.

Food was as good as always but I wasn't impressed with the soda machines being down, so they were using room temperature 2 liter sodas, pouring them into cups of ice, and the ice melted instantly due to the soda being so warm. I wouldn't have paid for a drink had I known this in advance. Would recommend letting the customers know beforehand, because some would've passed on drinks if known up front.

The food was very good but a little on the cool side.

We always have a very consistent experience at this location. The food is always as expected and service is always lack luster. Overall, our bellies get filled and we leave satisfied. The atmosphere is great since they have the mini grocery inside. We enjoy just walking through it at a minimum and sometimes buy a half gallon of our favorite ice cream to take home.

Love Braums and its currently the only place that has decent ice cream in the area.

Great Braum's option. Staff was nice. New guy was working, had a banana split all done up and as he closed it, it spilt into the nuts and kind of caused a ruckus. But it was cool with us. His manager wasn't too happy, poor guy. The service was quick, and food was all tasty.

Food was great. Was timely and good customer service. Three stars is basically just cause of the atmosphere.. its not a gross place but it could use quite a bit of TLC and just general cleaning..

Updated 11.5.24: The staff for the drive thru are absolutely awful and rude. Visited two days ago and they were terrible. I would prefer to go inside due to that alone. Also, there are young ladies that work there that are lovely in person Just depends on who you get.

I love the food, ice cream and little market. I don't live 10 people making 🍨 🍦 on the same line and not getting my sundae and banana split until almost 39 minutes after ordering it. I think the girl may have been new. BUT, 2 of the 4 with me got theirs and the other 2 of us had to wait forever. The girl said they would bring it, didn't. I went back to the counter and had to still wait until finally a nice young man got it for me. I understand they recently opened but a shift leader or manager should advise them on how to handle the rush more efficiently so that people aren't standing around waiting and nobody knows what the hold up is. I'll go back another time and hopefully it will be a better experience.

I used to go to Braums daily literally for meals and ice cream. When you have a complaint you can’t pretend it didn’t happen, mind you I’ve only complained there once! Laura was rude and unapologetic. Amanda was decent with the exception that when someone is driving 20 minutes round trip for Braums and the order is incorrect replace the one meal. Who want to eat fries without the burger? According to Laura that was all that was offered instead of replacing the meal and refused me my drink. I have not returned since and I’m a daily customer. When I told Laura I would be contacting corporate she said ok and walked away. No apology no anything, very unprofessional.

Be careful with drive thru when giving your credit card to kid at window. 22Feb25 7pm. He has his cell and it looks like he took a picture of my card.

I know we were "those people" that come in ten min to close and ordered food, but still no reason to be rude an also no reason for it meat to have been old and dried out. I'm in the service business myself yet even when a customer shows up at closing hell ten customers we all as a crew treat them like it was opening time. Service an quality is the only reason a customer will return, plus word of mouth either brings people or it can stop them from coming just the same.

It's great for the order taker to ask what you would like, speak to you as if you're a child for ordering a jalapeno burger as it's hot, not listen to the rest of your order, become rude as if you're wasting her time, you have to repeat several times, and then at the pick up window listen to the workers have a conversation about drugs and their overdosing on edibles. I was there about 11:35 am on 3/31/2025.

This place is hit or miss. They really don't seem to care much about the customers. Sometimes the staff there is really nice and quick and professional. But sometimes you go, and it's a bunch of teenagers who'd rather be online than at work. Makes us sad. We used to love the food. But it's not worth the terrible wait times, terrible attitudes, and super woke culture they've got going on there. It's just too in your face. And dirty too. Yikes.

The ice cream is fantastic, the customer service and the cleanliness not so much. Floor was so sticky I could hear my shoes peeling off at every step. Unbelievable amount of staff, nobody smiles greets you or holds eye contact for more than a moment. Lots of drive-through orders, but also lots of staff standing around, and really didn’t enjoy being skipped over twice in order to place an order.

They don't have peppermint ice cream like they used to I've been having it for Braums for the last 50+ something years and they took it off and put three Mexican flavor ice creams. I don't have any problem with the Mexican flavored ice cream but don't take away the peppermint for that.

Went there just to get some fries and a drink. I get root beer because it's bargs and fresh. Without warning they decided to pour the drinks out of a fully open 2 liter sitting by the window. Gross and it wasn't even what they have lol just a random a and w 2 liter

Witnessed the drive thru worker text on her phone, then scoop ice cream without a glove on. Then we ordered a sundae in house, but not even half way through it, I but into a strawberry and it was spoiled. It tasted like ammonia, or alcohol. I got my refund for that. Bag of burgers are always dry and cold.

We stopped for breakfast, ordered our food but they didn't have coffee, or any other drinks, just bottle water, coke and sprite cans, and they didn't have braums sauce either, service needs improvement and food is OK, first and last time going here.

Ive never been to a braums this stingy with fries. They put like 15 fries in your chicken dinner and call it a day, even if you specifically ask for a large fry instead. Jesus Christ how hard is it to put more than 10 fries in a dinner. This isnt a one off occurrence, otherwise Id assume its a coincidence. This has been rhe past 20 orders in a row. Ive literally never had this issue at any braums besides this one

Typical Braum's in concept and execution. Atrocious service. The standout issue with my late night visit is that I literally was the only one in line at the counter. I watched four employees clean the food service areas and/or prepare orders for the drive through for at least five minutes and no one asked if I would like to order anything. Ultimately, I left. If it is too late in the evening to order an item, then lock the door so it is obvious the counter is closed to walk-in customers.

I don't have photos because I considered the store to be clean because of the outside look WRONG. Good lawd the station that keeps all the ice cream topping was extremely nasty and filthy. My wife and I came in to get a Sundae yet after seeing the filth we decided to buy our own and make it at home. With all the employees standing around the county you would think one of them would be trying to clean or sweep the store when Noone is in there. I just hate that all them young folks have no since of cleaning. When you know better you should do better and if they don't care about how the store look in front of customers I can imagine what their own home looks like

Ate here late and burgers were burned up dry garbage. The cheese was no longer melted. This food was so old. My fault for being hungry and eating it but I felt stupid for enduring it and told the manager afterwards. She called me a liar. I told her how much better the burger was when I had it at lunch before so she said eat there at lunch when burgers dont get as old. Ok I guess.

Good food but these people are incapable of following instructions, you order a burger with no pickles? Expect them. You order a MALT? Expect a milkshake. EVERY single order I have made via drive-through is just further confirmation how trash the service is at this place.

The dinner manager for 05/11 at 7:30 was so rude. I ordered a bag of burgers on one it was a dry burger requested and shown on my receipt. I bring my bag in she throws the bag away, brings me new burgers and says the one with the sticker is dry. I go to my car and open the “dry one with the sticker” it’s not dry. So I call to let her know in fact it wasn’t. Her response was “I know that’s not right, I made that burger” I questioned asking her why she would think I was lying. She said check the rest of the burgers. Why? You told me it’s the one with the sticker. I get it restraints get busy but dismissing the customer and making them out to be a lier is ridiculous. Your mistakes are not my problems.

Idk if y'all can tell but it looks like someone sat on my sandwich before putting it in the bag. It wasn't even under anything heavy, just flat with a hole in the side of the wrapper. Every restaurant in Greenville has issues anymore and Braum's is no exception. Do better.

My burger king experience. Awful On a scale of 0 to 5 and 0 being no problems and 5 being im never coming back we rate u a 10. I asked for a Classic chicken sandwich. Large onion ring Large coke Two 6 piece chicken fries. Hershey pie 2 crispy chicken sandwich only chicken add cheese. Hershey pie Large coke Two 6 peace chicken nuggets 1 woper only ketchup and mustard add chees Large coke Hershey pie What we got was Only 2 cokes not our 3ed we pade for. Crispy sandwich had lettuce on it and had to be sent back twice. Told they dont sell 6pc chicken nuggets. Only one 8 peace chicken frie had to order 2 more Onion rings where to salty to eat. The simple whopper only ketchup and mustard add chees was sent back twice because it had lettuce Lady walks around the corner and cone and hands me the same burger as im checking it still wrong i speak up only to be asked by another employee whats wrong with it now Its still got lettuce He replied hateful we are having to make it now. Then why did the original lady hand it back to me as if she already fixed it and walk away. So insulted and wont be back The Hershey pie where also put in upside down As was the burger so it fell out in his lap. We spent $50 there to be treated like that and leave dissatisfied and with bad not fresh food. Wont go back or ever recommend this store #BurgerKingSucks

Braum’s is usually a solid stop, but this location needs serious attention and accountability. Walk behind the counter and take a look, it tells the whole story. I was genuinely shocked at how unclean and poorly maintained the place was. No exaggeration, it was just messy, unsanitary, and completely disorganized. Can’t do a simple cheese swap on a burger even though it’s a type of cheese they provide and they’ve done it before without a problem. They’ll rudely yell at you about it too. What happened to customer service? Every other fast food place can do it why is it suddenly so impossible for this place? 🤷‍♀️ they skimp out on ice cream too. Don’t ask for a double scoop they’ll only give you enough for almost a single. So much for being a regular customer here 🙃

I am so angry and sad I went to braum's today one of my favorite places and was treated so disgustingly that I left. I was not welcome but others were. I went to the register to order and was ignored. The lady looked right at me and walked away from the register. There was no hi we will help you in just a minute or we'll be right back. Then she turned around and just looked at me ugly. Okay you don't want my money I don't want to give it to you I don't care how good your stuff is I will not buy something from a place who makes me feel like I don't deserve to be there just because I look Mexican which by the way I'm not. Not that there is anything wrong with Mexicans.

This is one of the best braums yet but today I’m disappointed in the years coming here I’ve been robbed. I got a single dip ice cream cone and a jr cone. The jr cone had more ice cream then the regular cone as shown one this picture really this is what I paid for!!!! As the customer this is pretty upsetting I got more cone than ice cream.

I went inside Braums super hungry and watched as one of the employees argued with a drive through customer about how it was the wrong ice cream. She proceeded to go to the ice cream counter and knock the ice cream back into the original container and then give them the right ice cream on the same cone. Boy I hope they weren't allergic to pecans as the first icecream had them. Anyways. I ordered a jr bag of burgers and some strips (because I had never tried the strips and wanted to) and some fries. I work doordash and it's easier to eat tiny burgers throughout the day than to try and stop for dinner. It took almost 30 minutes to get the food. I said thank you then left and unpaused my dash. I ate some fries and they were EXTREMELY salty. The burgers were old patties that were dry and gross. The chicken was either old or overcooked but definitely not strips. They were just small chunks of breading. I am extremely disappointed and won't be returning.

We stood at the ice cream counter for about 10 minutes ⏳ while 4–5 employees stood in a group conversation, clearly more interested in talking with each other than helping customers. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Lots of avoiding eye contact 🙈. At one point, one employee even said, “Oh, I don’t even belong at the ice cream counter — I work in the kitchen.” That may be true, but customers standing there for 10 minutes should still be acknowledged or helped. There appeared to be no adult supervision or management presence, and the whole interaction felt unprofessional and unorganized. This location needs a serious overhaul — from cleanliness to equipment maintenance to basic customer service standards 🏗️. Very disappointing experience.

This morning we again tried getting breakfast at this location. My sausage/egg/cheese muffin was horrible. The bread was not even toasted and meat was dried out. My husband got a sausage biscuit that is so bad that we won't even feed it to our dog. To be honest, the only thing this store is consistent on is their sodas. They have the best coca cola's. We have now decided we are done getting anything here except coke's. Thank you for reading.

My husband and I both ordered a double scoop sundae. He had MAYBE one tablespoon of hot fudge and me one tablespoon of Carmel for 2 scoops of ice cream. Very disappointing. We wanted sundae not just ice cream.
