We were greeted with a smile, and waited on immediately. There was some confusion with which refresher we had ordered. The new cookie dough iced coffee slaps!

Some days my drink is good, other days not so much. I specify how i wamt my drink so I don't understand why the flavor is so terribly inconsistent. Several times.i have got my drink and it was basically just foam. Today was one of those days. It's supposed to be an iced cappuccino. There is no ice, no sugar, no caramel. This makes two days in a row by the same employee. Very unacceptable considering this drink cost me almost $5!

The employees here need to be offered hearing tests. Had to repeat simple order in store twice and both of our drinks still were made wrong. I ordered a hot latte with a sugar-free Hazelnut shot. Sticker says hot coffee and in the cup it was served hot chocolate. Boyfriend ordered an iced match and was served a vanilla iced coffee. Kinda frustrating, not interested in revisiting this location.

Don't go unless you want to wait in line at the drive thru forever! And no one in nice and friendly like you would expect in a customer service oriented type job. Don't expect any smiles out of those workers. Also double check your donut orders to make sure you get what you order.

Had a bad experience when they first opened, so I thought I would give them another try. My chocolate cake donut had no taste at all (actually threw it away) and my large hot protein latte was half foam and barely warm. Very dissappointed.

This place continues to disappoint time and time again! I've witnessed absolutely deplorable customer service. This particular visit they completely got my order wrong. I ALWAYS "reorder" through the app and get the exact same thing every time. I go to pick up my order this evening and it had absolutely no mocha sweetener in my iced latte at all!! Starbucks has this place beat hands down when it comes to customer service and getting orders done correctly! It's so bad here that they don't even put receipts on your drink any longer with the code to do a survey and leave feedback!

I’ve been trying to come here to avoid Starbucks but quite frankly I’ll just spend the couple extra dollars and go there instead. They’re rude in here and they don’t even fill your cup of coffee. I’m trying to figure out why I pay for a large coffee and it’s not even full when I get it ?? At least at Starbucks I get the entire coffee I’m paying for.

Purchased turkey sausage breakfast sandwich.... horrible! Completely bland.....cold egg..... flavorless.....just a doughy taste to it.....never again ......I'll pass

This location does not have good mgt. The people working there are definitely not trained properly. The location does not use both windows the 1st to pay 2nd window to pick up your order. This is part of the problem for the extreme wait. Also one person making hot food 🤔 you need at least 4 workers minimum. I have been a worker in Massachusetts for several years at numerous locations. This management at this store does not have a clue of how to run a store properly. I have been here 3 times and refuse to go back waited in a line with 4 cars for over 45 minutes. Several people leave drive thru refusing to wait after ordering. Also have had worker tell me they were out of straws??? WTH!!! Also ordered another time 2 large Iced coffee's to get to the window to find out I have 4 cups because they were out of large cups. How do you run out of paper supplies??? (Non Perishable) SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Unless you don't know what the hell you are doing ordering properly sure isn't because there a busy . There donuts are a disgrace not fresh they are out of so many products including there signature items. This failing manager definitely needs to be fired immediately !!! Especially in a new location that already has the stigma of terrible service and REDICULOS wait times has already been established, people will not return. It's a shame because Greenville could have used a properly run restaurant. Pissed off consumer!!!🤬 Only a matter of time they will be out of business what a shame. What owners invest that much money and sit and watch the business fail 😳🤔

Gave them the chance to do a mobile order. The bacon we ordered wasn’t even heated up. It was floppy and cold. I guess they are trying to work on getting their drive thru time down? It’s worth the drive to Englewood and back at this point.
