Tangled Hearts Bakery is a gem in Groveland. The burritos were such a highlight for our trip. The OG burrito and the BEACON burrito were the best burritos we have ever had in the entire world! This bakery is a must stop breakfast spot on your way to Yosemite National Park.

We stay at Rush Creek and were quite disappointed with the staff and the food yesterday, so we had a look for alternatives. Tangled Heart is no alternative, it should be the standard. Omg, so friendly and care taking beside having amazing food. You have to try the burrito with the cheese outside if you are really hungry, it’s sooo good. Thank you Tangled Heart for allowing us also in the Yosemite to have great food from lovely people!

I like this place! There was no pretension here - I was heading up to Hetch Hetchy and nowhere else was open. I got a hot coffee and the "locals favorite" breakfast burrito. Solid! The meat in the burrito was just chopped up sausage patties, but whatever. It was still good. I think the black shirt for sale says it all...

Great food… avocado on croissant with everything bagel type seasoning is yummy… veggie scramble with salsa is quite loaded & filling… pancakes were soft & fluffy… very reasonable priced too… perfect choice for breakfast or lunch

I visited Tangled Hearts Bakery last summer, and man, it was worth every penny. Tasty burritos, amazing service, and beautiful outdoor views. Everything you need to enjoy breakfast or lunch.

That brisket burrito is so good! I wish I lived closer so I could visit this place more often. I got the bear claw and the cheese Danish and after 2 days they did not dry out.

I loved their cafe so I decided to check out their bakery and take some goodies back to Southern California for my husband. I got 2 cranberry lemon muffins, 2 blueberry muffins, 2 apple turnovers, 2 sourdough cookies, a toffee bar, and an apple Danish! Everything was amazing and the apple Danish was absolutely incredible! Now I know why the cafe has such amazing desserts because they all come fresh from their bakery right down the street. What a great combo, a cafe with fabulous food and an amazing bakery! Don't miss these great stops on your way to and from Yosemite. You will be so glad you stopped by!

The burritos were amazing. This spot was so solid that we came here every morning for breakfast and even visited the sister location down the street for lunch. The owners were super friendly and knowledgeable, happy to give us insider info for the area. Service was fast and the menu has excellent variety. We had the brisket breakfast burrito, the green machine breakfast burrito, and pancakes. Everything was fresh, cooked to order, HUGE portions, and phenomenally low prices. The brisket was chopped in big, delicious chunks and mixed into the breakfast fixings while the green machine was stuffed with a ton of spinach and avocado. Kiddo's pancakes were also fantastic, with both parents stealing bites. We each picked out a treat for the road, all of which were equally top notch. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stop at this wonderful, family-owned eatery!

After four years of getting to know the area, I rate this cute little place Best Breakfast for Tuolumne county. Hard to get wrong with the freshest ingredients and the power of love!! You can tell these guys love what they do, you can literally taste it! P.S. the sausage gravy is amazing!!
