The service from the person who serves me is generally good. Apparently, it's a family business; I went there because I had an online work meeting, and it was the closest place to where I was, and I clearly mentioned this when I arrived. During the time I was there (an hour and a half), family and friends of the lady who serves me arrived and kept shouting and talking extremely loudly (terrible because they couldn't hear me even though I had headphones on). Finally, they don't accept card payments when I pay. I had to make a bank transfer, and that took time away from me so I could practically run off to another work meeting.

I went to their cart near the IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), and while the coffee is good, the attitude of the woman—I imagine she's the owner—leaves much to be desired. She's incredibly unfriendly, abrupt, and leaves you hanging mid-sentence. If you don't answer immediately, she makes the decision for you. She spent the entire time scolding the employee (who I think was just starting out) in front of us customers. She was incredibly intense, which is a major drawback in customer service. Employees should be praised in public and reprimanded in private. In short, the product is good, but the service from that woman is terrible.
