KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN

It's not tasty. There's no point in customizing the burger, they'll do it anyway. They didn't serve a drink at all, just a straw, and I had to go back for a drink.

What a joke. Total bait and switch, false advertising. "If you don't receive a receipt with the order, your meal is free" HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT???? I order, the receipt fails to print and they can't get it to print after several minutes of trying. They make a phone call and finally several minutes (5-10min) after my food has been delivered to me they walk out with a computer printed receipt. When asked how long it takes to get a free order with no receipt one of the guys behind the counter had no idea that sign was there and the other said "oh, we don't do that here..." EITHER REMOVE THESE "FREE ORDER" SIGNS OR HONOR THEM. I patiently waited for several minutes. The time limit should be when your food is ready. Period. Will not return.

Idk who was making the w food tonight but I came for a spicy macaroni bowl and classic & it always literally was just spicy and regular macaroni with no damn chicken in sight , if i ever have to go here for food again I’ll rather just starve

The WORST KFC I have ever been to. I came here tonight for a 4 piece crispy. I got home, 10 minutes away and my chicken was dry and looked unappetizing. It was obvious it had been sitting in the warmer for a long period of time. The guy at the drive thru was annoyed and acted like he didn’t want to resolve the issue. He looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.The manager then intervened and I overheard her say, “Is the issue with the chicken on us or him?” You gave me old chicken, no need for discussion. Work on your customer service skills. Had the food been up to par the first time, there would be no need for your hostility . I HIGHLY suggest going to a different location!!

I would not recommend this particular location. Service is horrible. If I could left -5 stars, I would. They forget to give a half of my order to delivery guy and when we found out this and tried to call to the store , they just won’t answer. After like 5 times they pick up, and when we say “ hello “ they just hang up. We kept trying, but after 20 times we just called the KFC main number and they helped us out to get a refund for missing items.

The person at the drive thru has no customer service. He was rude and really uncooperative. When placing my order he was not cooperative.....he began to say he was busy.....are you not at work???? When I asked him what his name was he responded with a why????? I guess if he was going to be recommend for a raise.....nevermind!!!! It really was an unpleasant experience.

Terrible service, with a delay of more than half an hour to pick up one that had already been ordered by the application, the person who attends yells at the customers. In addition, when I arrived to pick up the order I ordered through the application, they didn't have it ready, I had to wait 30 more minutes to be able to pick up my order

Is this a KFC or gun store, employees pulling guns on customers all of them have guns on them it seems and they pull it when they feel like if you say anything they don't like

No eye contact and then told me 21.29 for a 8 piece bucket just the chicken lol im good never coming back. At 5pm sept 14th

I made an order through the kfc app for pick up . Pick my food up got home the fries and wedges was burn to perfection the 6pcs chicken was soggy and under cook . Underneath the skin had raw flour I was so upset and disappointed I throw everything in the garbage the whole bucket of food was so disgusting.. I never had an issue with this location before but now I will never buy another piece of kfc ever not this location or any other location

Both the chicken sandwich and the chicken tenders were soggy and sweaty, not crispy at all. What made it even more disappointing is that I ate it dine-in right after it was handed to me, so it wasn’t a delivery or wait-time issue.

The food has changed tremendously. The macaroni and cheese tasted terrible. The chicken was not flavorful very salty. The biscuits are dry. Service was not great. I won’t be coming back here nor do I think I’ll be eating KFC again. I hope you guys step it up. Popeyes got you guys beat!
