A classic menudearía, like the old-fashioned ones, served by the family. I've never encountered such a truly traditional menudo in Guadalajara. The flavor is delicious, like that of real menudo, and the meat is well-cooked. In other places, they leave it tough, but here it's tender. If you arrive early, you can order your favorite meat, and they'll give you whatever you want. Simply delicious.

The best menudo I've ever had in Guadalajara. The broth isn't strong-smelling, it's not greasy at all, and the meat melts in your mouth—a true delight. The only downside is that they don't always keep to their schedule; I've gone several times and it's been closed. The service is okay, nothing special—they're quick and friendly, but they don't really pay attention to you. They have fresh juices and delicious Mexican-style coffee.

The menudo is very delicious with super warm handmade tortillas. There are also quesadillas, obviously accompanied with their salsa, lemon, onion and their golden chili de árbol. 100% recommended. It has hygiene measures, excellent service. For a menuderia Don Memo that has been serving since 1956, imagine how many years they have been serving this delight.

The menudo is delicious and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that they don't have restrooms, which is a big deal if you don't live nearby. Also, keep in mind that you might have to share a table if necessary.

The menudo is very good, not greasy at all. The only problem is that they don't give you a check; they just tell you, "It's this much," and you don't know how much each item costs. My girlfriend and I went and ordered a medium and a mini bowl of menudo, a quesadilla, and two orange juices. The total was $314, but I didn't know how much each item cost, and I thought the amount was a bit high.

The most "mendearía" in all of Guadalajara. 😂 I bought a large menudo and at most it had 100g of meat in a liter of broth, completely ridiculous. Even the lemons are "mandea." I asked for 3 more lemons (they had given me half) and they gave me 3 quarters. Hahahahahaha. It's good but not worth it.
