Small restaurant, the tortas are good-sized and delicious. The place is ideal for eating alone or with friends. Not recommended for large families, as the spaces are not spacious. Parking is limited to two or three spaces. Delivery service is available.

If you want a sandwich, that's fine. Sandwiches are their thing. The other dishes leave a lot to be desired. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. It said it was a mix of three lettuces; it was just lettuce, and the amount of chicken was minimal. It was also pieces, not in fajitas. The steak tacos were very dry. The burger was okay, not super delicious, but decent.

Today I ordered from their restaurant. The "torta endiablada" was delicious, definitely worth it. However, the delivery service is terrible. They made me wait 55 minutes on a slow day, and they sent the torta without salt, salsa, or ketchup, even though I had specifically requested it on the phone. I highly recommend their food, but if you order delivery, you need to be VERY patient. The combo cost $174, including delivery.

I used to order from this place during the pandemic, and I loved their tortas. They had great flavor and the quality of their ingredients (especially their bread) was excellent. However, this Saturday I placed my order (arrachera torta), and where do we start? 1. The bread was stale, not soft, and it tasted so-so. 2. The meat was the worst, super-bad quality, tough, you can't even tell it was arrachera. If they go back to their old bread and improve their ingredients, maybe I'll order again, but not for now. The good points: excellent service, and the pickled chilies and carrots taste super good.

I used to order food at this restaurant and it was good, but the last time I ordered they sent me the food without any sides and it was cold. I ordered some tacos and they had no onions or salsas. Honestly, they were the worst tacos I've ever eaten. They've probably changed management but they're not worth it anymore. They're very expensive and don't even include salsas. I don't recommend them.

The food is delicious, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Delivery times are slow, both for dine-in and takeout, even when there aren't many people. The last two times I've been, they've been missing things. They didn't have any Cambray sauce, and the other time they didn't have Coca-Cola. They don't have a terminal for card payments, that's what they told me.

They're delicious and the ingredients are good quality, the only thing I don't like is the portion they put in each cake; it seems very small for the price you pay.

Pésima experiencia... Cervicio igual... Tardan horaaa!!! Además de que falta cosas del pedido... las calles las anotan mal! Las papas están crudas, la comida fría... Me decepcionan... No la recomiendo para nada!

I ordered two pirates and they didn't bring any meat, just fat. I called to complain and the only response was mmmm... um... mmm and from there they didn't tell me anything else. 🤬

I don't recommend this place. I don't know what happened to them, but in the last five months or so, they've really let me down. I bought a cake, and one time they forgot to put lettuce on it, and another time they didn't put cream on it. I do recommend the Las Americas branch in Plaza Loreto; that one is 10/10 👍🏻
